I really like this game u0026 enjoy playing. But any time there is a special task, I am kicked out of the game, any credits I earned on the task are lost, u0026 I have to start over again, which usually crashes the game again. This is the 4th time I've installed this game and attempted to play. I'll continue to play until the crashes become too frustrating. Administrations say they have updated u0026 improved the quality of ZooCraft, I see no difference in the quality of my personal experience.

I have been playing this game now for a few years, and I play it everyday, and everyday I look forward to it. I have made some purchases that I thought was reasonable, but others, I thought were too expensive for what they were offering. You don't have to buy anything, because the game itself is good enough without having to buy anything. That being said the items I have bought you may not get them until a good few months later, I just wanted them sooner. I still rate this game 5*.

Update March 11, 2021 - Support commented back quickly and their solution to clear the cache fixed my crashing problem. The game is super fun, they make it easy to level up and get stuff while also keeping it challenging enough. The rewards for watching the optional ads are great!

i love this game personally its my favourite but it needs so much coin to expand the zoo and not everyone can buy coins or other stuff plz make it easier for us to have coins and save sick animals because the energy runs out fast

Very interesting game????????, it have been one year in Feb since I started playing this game????. Organizing new and different contest are a big points of attraction and I just love it????????. But sometimes the game show unable video which use to disappoint me.???? Now the game also don't hang more. ???????? I appreciate this game and wanted to achive more levels. ???????? If it will get little bit more smooth I would definitely give it 5 starts !! ????✨

Love this game. My favorite game on my phone. I make sure to play it multiple times a day. I just hate that when you reach a certain status on your zoo that the visitor quests are gone. That made the game a whole lot more fun because you can level up faster when you have multiple quests. Please look into bringing them back ????

Made a purchase and bought a package that last for only an hour and i didnt get it. Tried rebuyin it and 2nd time didnt go thru it says I have items but I dnt plus the game keeps lagging, thought I was gonna enjoy this game but it's just been annoying me now since I downloaded it and I haven't even had it 24hrs yet.

I love the game. Simple as that.. but there is one major downfall that stops me from being able to complete certain tasks. When I try to see other people's zoo's the whole game crashes, therefor say I need money and the only task is to catch butterflies? Ok? How can I when the game crashes everytime I try? Please fix this problem,if the problem gets solved I'll change my rating to 5 stars.

So, it seems a decent game from what I have experienced, however my experience was short. I don't know if this happens for others but I play the game for a bit (5-10 mins) and then get kicked off. The app closes and the last few things I did are reset and I have to redo them. Because of this, I haven't done much and have become bored of doing things over and over. Without this, the game would be given 4 stars Edit: 4 stars for a really quick and helpful response from the company :)

I've loved this game for about 3 years now almost and it's always been an addictive game to me. The game does have a bad habit of crashing when i try to visit other zoos please fix this issue and try to take the game compatible for all platforms. Other then that this game is the best!

Great game overall, I reccomend this for anyone 6+. Only problem is , when you get the first sick animal you have three days to save it and your character runs out of energy so fast that you have to wait for half an hour to do one plant. It would be nice if there was an option to spend money from the game to get more energy rather than spending real life money. I gave this game 5 stars, but I really wanted to give it 4.5 for lack of energy in the characters.

Just took 2 stars off. It's still a nice game that you can play without spending real money. BUT after my last review about the laboratory algorithm, it just got worse! I unlocked mystery animals, put them to breed, waiting time 34 HOURS!! And when time ran out, i receive common animals that you can get for 30 MINUTES waiting time?! What's up with that? Totally bullsh*t! 34 hours waiting is already way too long, but then give us a common animal that we get for 30 min?? I'm done with this game..

Love this game,I wish there was other ways to earn coins cause it takes so long to earn them. I've already made a couple of purchases and not everyone has the money to keep buying coins. Other than that it's an awesome game.

After playing this game for years I've finally given up. The developers have dropped the ball on what was a good game. The glitches are horrible, you can't move around the zoo smoothly and even if you can it keeps crashing every couple of minutes. There has been no significant update to the actual content of the game since it 1st came out. Their idea of an update is nothing more than a seasonal side game. Even those you used to be able to finish if you put in the time. Now-pay to play.

I love this game! It's really fun to play and create different animals. The only downfall is the more you play the higher the cost of the habitats. You really have to save up to be able to afford them. The zoo passes for different events are also kind of expensive. I can't afford to pay $20 every time they have a new event just to get the better rewards. It would also be nice if there was a way you could earn more tokens for completing quests. Other than that, it really is a great game!

I'm done with this game I can't change 1 breeding only the animals cost too much normally animals dosen't cost this much and you told that you'll fix bugs but you made more bugs and it dosen't open easily it's the most baddest game I ever seen and if I can give 0 stars I'll do that :(

Ive downloaded this game and am trying to play it but it wont start its unfair because this has caused me a lot of data and i also have to remove apps from my device to download it. I know this game because i had it on my phone a couple of years ago before it was destroyed and it was great so thats the reason why i downloaded it again but as i said before it wont start.

I loved this game. But I have a problem and that is, when I reached in 28 level in this game, some new things has unlocked. "Acurium Fish Shop" is one of them. But after unlocking the items, i found all the things correctly without the "Acurium Fish Shop". I found no "Acurium Fish Shop" in my game. So I have a recuest to the game owner, please tell me where can I get the"Acurium Fish Shop" in my game?

I love ZooCraft! There is just one small thing. When u make animal couples, the animals look identical. Male lions look different from females. That is my only small criticism.

Okay game, fun for kids. Lots of in-game purchases available, so be sure to lock those features parents. Its a basic click Zoo tycoon kind of game with lots of creative potential.

I used to play this game a looooooott when just use money to buy the accessories not using pearls. It was sooooo addicting because money is easier to get than pearls. I really wish you make it like that again

Buying u0026 upgrading certain kiosks, skipping wait times/impossible tasks, zoo spaces, warehouse spaces, lab upgrades, aquarium habitats u0026 so much more, all require coins. So why are they the least available currency? The point of the game is to make a zoo, if I can't do that, I'm not motivated to play everyday, all there is to do is collect u0026 save minimal coins a day. Especially now the tasks are repetitive u0026/or LONG term.. P.s, surveys, buying or subscribing to random appsu0026 things is not "free"

They're never going to as long as we all keep playing the game. I know longer play regularly anymore i have too many animals in storage and the cost for the habitats is utterly REDICULOUS the game is no fun anymore. It takes too long to expand and too much gold to upgrade. And way too long to even go up a level. So I know go in once a day to collect. I no longer participate in events I've yet to finish even one there isn't enough time to do them. So I'm pretty much done with this game.

Installed third time and started again from the begining point..the game has become more exciting than before..Celebrity visit concept is awesome..it examins the observation power...????????????..the curiosity concept, amazing animals, lots of event decorations etc...totally a big improvization has been made in game..Thanks a lot for making it more exciting day by day.????????????

If I see another slotomania ad, I'm going to throw my phone at the wall, wouldnt mind but when I watch the ad and I click it off it guides me to the play store so I have to reload the game and start again and see that slotomania ad again and again. So frustrating

Asked the help center sevaral time. Nothing. Quest are not loading. Done eveything told. Nothing and being ignored. About to delete at lvl 42 I have friends playing at higher lvls who still have quests. You cant advance without points from quest. If this is the case it's worse than I stated. there WAS a glitch. You fixed it. Until you admit that I'm not changing anything. The game continues ti have many glitches. You finally just fixed the glitches for extra points from ads. Ads are glitching

Love the game! But there is an error that 'Our beavers have eaten the wires. The game will be relaunched.' It doesn't allow me to enter the game. Pls fix it. Thankyou for your help. Now its fixed.
