I've been playing this game for years now, and I can officially say I'm done with this game. The past 2 years this game and it's owners have gone so downhill. 2 week bugs and they barely do anything to fix it, and satisfy customers. The in game purchases are ridiculously expensive, and it takes to much to get the best character. It's a cash cow game pure and simple. So don't let any of the YouTubers trick you into this game. Those guys spent countless dollars, that most people can't. It's bs.

Can't in good conscience give this game any higher. The game is great and fun, but the company constantly favors the Japanese version while leaving the Global version in a depressing state. Recently the game was barely playable for a week, and the compensation for it was downright insulting. If the JP version had the same issue it'd have been fixed within a day and the compensation would be much better. The constant unfair treatment is a huge black mark on an otherwise wonderful game.

I've been playing this broken game for about 4 1/2 years now. I've never felt like less of a player/customer to this company then I did this last week. 4.14.4 - Fixed some bugs. Did you see that? Fixed some bugs. Those bugs made the game unplayable! If you were new to the game good luck doing anything because one of those bugs was, items didn't work. Yup for a week you couldn't even heal yourself in an event. For vet players like me this is just a slap in the face. F you shut up here's 5 stones

Most of the game was unavailable for a week because it would crash if you used items in game. The developers only brought it to light twice, first when they took most of the events down and then when they did an emergency maintenance. There was no real public apology for such a big issue and they gave little compensation for not being able to do much for a week. The whole situation came off as negligent and careless and shows that the people running this game need to work on communication.

Started playing 3 years ago and have not stopped since. *update I have spent a lot of time and money on this game and always enjoyed it u til now. The game was broken for a week. They kept promoting events knowing the game was broken. After a week of barely any mention of the game being broken they fix it. Then they completely shafted Global players. This is total bs and I will not be spending anymore money on this company.

I have been playing this game for close to 2 years now, and it has been fun grinding and using units that they release. But here recently the global version of this game has been treated very unfairly. The previous update broke over half of the game, causing them to remove most of the game's content due to bugs that would crash the game. It was like this for a week, and they barely communicated with the community about this issue. On top of this, the compensation was pitiful, basically nothing.

This game is addictive. Stamina runs out to quick and facha rates are low, but the game is fun and enjoyable. Update: I'm revising my review down a bit becuase after a week of half the events being missing the game had another few hours of down time to correct a problem inserted by the last maintenance. Players like myself feel that the compensation is pitiful for this event. The game can be fun, but there are severe issues.

Dev's got 1 week. After the pathetic response from the dev, they took one full week of making the game unplayable due to a bad patch, and decided that not even 1/5th of a multisummon was accurate compensation for the issue. Events were delayed, and you couldn't do anything without risk of crashing the game. Should there be no correct compensation done in addition, not only will I delete the app, I'll spread word of mouth to bring down the game. I don't want to, but this whole issue isn't OK.

This game is very good, but there are some things I would change. Maybe if they made the multi-summon less expensive then it would save a lot of time grinding to get stones. u0026 Possibly upgrade the chance of getting LR's due to the fact that it's so very rare to attain the LR's. Overall I would rate the game 4.5 stars all together! But please change these features so more people will appreciate u0026 enjoy this game even more!

An update should not effectively break the game and cancel events for over a week, yet here we are. Of course, this wouldn't have been as much a problem if, say, the compensation for a game breaking bug was worth more than two single summons. If this is how your going to treat the players for being forced to deal with such a blunder, then I don't see myself spending any more money on this game. I may even uninstall this game if an issue like this happens again. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I originally had this at 4* and really enjoyed the game, and although I still do, the recent situation on Global has put me off the game drastically. Not only was the game just not playable for a week and half, putting me off then, and not only did you not keep us updated about the situation and what you were doing to fix it but you gave us 8 stones... 8 STONES. We weren't able to get 40 stones from the WT because of this and you think 8 stones is fine. Fix your scummy mindset or I'm gone.

The game isn't worth playing anymore. The devs don't care about keeping their game alive or giving proper support. Even as a free game, you should not download this. There are so many game breaking bugs happening with every patch that makes the game unplayable for weeks at a time just for the device to finally fix it and not provide any decent compensation for their own mistakes. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP!

Been with this game for a long time. I've seen it improve in such a gargantuan amount of ways but there is 1 thing that Dokkan has yet to do after all these years; Treat it's global fan-base with some damn respect. Aside from previous problems, just recently they broke the damn game with an update that forced you to not use items or else the game would crash. AND they postponed a large event for an entire month. What's our compensation? 10 stones. 1/5th of a multi. What a joke.

As a long time player of this game, the fact that bandai had the game in an essentially unplayable state for everyone, even the majority of whales in terms of end game content, is already pretty horrible enough. But the compensation for a whole week of being unable to play the game and the delaying of events a whopping 8 dragon stones in total?? if you have not played the game that is not even a fifth of what is required to do a singular multi summon. that is unacceptable.

When you have a lot of time on your hands Dokkan is great. The company that runs dokkan, however, is way too greedy. In app purchases are expensive. And there's a favoritism towards the Japan version. They should get both the global version and Japan version on the same time-line. It would fix a lot of the problems, and I believe it would make the game more money too.

Been a player since day 1 and the handling of the recent issues within the game is not good enough, a near week long issue that broke the game resulting in 3/4 of it being closed as it was unplayable from the "quality of life" update. 10 dragon stones in total as compensation is insulting for not being able to play most of the game. The handling of this seems to be getting worse and worse. I will no longer be a p2w player if 8 even play again at all.

Been playing this game for over 5 years now and the disparity between this and the Japanese version has once again come to light. A bug which broke the game for a week, which they didn't communicate with us about very well at all, was recently fixed, but the compensation was abysmal compared to what it would have been if the Japanese version had this bug.

Do not get this game. We had a game breaking bug for a week that didn't allow us to play a majority of the game and were not fairly compensated as the JP version would have been. If this had been JP, we would have gotten HUNDREDS of dragon stones but we got TEN. I've played this game for 4 years but I will no longer be playing due to this blatant favoritism and unfair treatment. Get Genshin Impact instead.

I've been playing this game for nearly 5 years now. It was great in the beginning as I could farm stones from everything, but now after the content is cleared, there is no real f2p way to get stones except for waiting for new eza stages or new story events. Furthermore, the game is very large and does not load well for me, I've tried on multiple devices to make sure it was not just my phone. It was a great dbz gacha game, but there are other games I would rather play.

Just play the Japanese version. The global version is months behind, (actually could be advantage, but...) has usually worse banners, and usually has a lot of stupid miscellaneous issues. Now the game itself? Fairer than 99% of the gacha games on the market and comparatively will drown you in premium currency. It's not amazingly fair but notable enough. Gameplay is fun and at higher levels surprisingly strategic. But just don't dl this version. This version will always be treated worse. (For now

I've been playing this game for a while, there was a bug with support items and if you used them the game crashes, a bunch of events then get taken down because of this bug, a week later it gets fixed, and we get 10 stones for compensation, I really don't like how we were waiting for a week and then rewarded 10 stones, I will change this back to 5 when we get rewarded something more promising that 10 stones

Although the super attack animations have been lovely, recently, I feel that global has received unjust compensation for an error in the game. The previous update brought about an error that made the game crash when support items were used, and as a response, most of the relevant content in the game was temporarily removed for a week. Although many players were expecting 50-100 dragon stones as compensation, realistically based on past experiences, I expected 20-30 stones. What we got was 10.

This game used to be good but it has just gone down hill. I did 7 multi summons for "Saiyan Day" and didn't get a single feature unit. I spend over $100 for old units that half don't even dokkan. I'm so disappointed with this game that I'm uninstalling it and not playing anymore. Good luck to the rest of you if you play maybe you will have better luck.

This is a game, I've had for years. Have periods I don't play it. But always find myself drawn back in. However, there was recently a game breaking bug, that lasted for around a week. Issues and errors happen. I accept that, quite calmly. However, the in game compensation they have given, at my best estimate is between 5%-10% of the value of what has been missed out on. It has become abundantly clear that the global version of this game, is the forgotten unloved little brother. Avoid.

Been playing 4 or so years and it was pretty fun. They are getting increasingly cheap and more towards pay to win. The game was recently bugged around a week, and they barely acknowledged it. Plus the rewards compensation for the bug was a complete slap to the face to regular players. . If you need a distraction while on the toilet...... maybe try it out.

After all my years of playing, this was finally the breaking point. After more than a week of the game being in an almost unplayable state, the developers decided to only give a mere 10 dragon stones for the issues. For a game breaking bug that wasn't fixed for more than a week, and they give 10? Completely inexcusable, especially when for the JP version, they would've given far more for lesser issues. I've had enough of the global version and their clear hatred for it.

The app is still an unresponsive buggy mess in the main menus. There was a technical issue that caused crashes and they removed most of the content from the game for a week till it was fixed.They also postponed a bi monthly event which is great at gaining in game currency. Finally after it's fixed they give us the smallest compensation and didn't return the event they postponed. Meaning if you were counting on that free currency, for the big event that is happening now, you have to buy it.

Terrible game. They don't even care about their player base. They have game breaking bugs that go on for weeks and when they finally resolve it they give you 5 stones. We need 50 to summon, and they barely release any events to even get the stones to summon in the first place. Especially if you're a vet player. The least they could do is give us 35 stones. I had this game at 5 stars. Ive been playing for 3+ years now, and honestly enjoyed it. But after a recent issue on the global version, this app, I was very disapointed. The game encountered a major issue that broke the game for an entire week and left players with little to do. After the issue was fixed, the compensation regarding this error was pitiful and utterly humiliating. I expected more from this game to be sincere.

Buggy game. Dokkan battle is fun, when you can play the events that is. The game had an issue where going into events (everything but a few select areas) would crash the game. Dokkan pushed back a major event called the world tournament because of this bug by a month. They then took a week to fix the issue and gave out the equivalent of a single summons worth of in game currency for this error.

You guys break the game for a week. Major events don't work, the World Tournament gets pushed back, progression for people completely grinds to a hault as the stage they need is either turned off or they can't beat it because using a support item causes the game to crash. And what do you do for the game being so severely broken for a whole week? 8 stones. It's insulting. I still can't get over how poorly you guys continue to treat global players despite this happening time and time again.

Played since 2015, I can now safely say, it is bad. The treatement the compensations for issues. They literally spit in your face and the later you start the game the better. Which means dont start it. They care about your money and nothing else. Also nothing, not a single thing in this game is worth even the smallest stone pack wgich cannot give you even 1 character. Nevermind a good character. Go play an actual game. Not this gambling simulator. Literally actual gambling is bettet than this.

This game had a game breaking bug that prevented 50% of the content from being played and would crash is you used a support item. This bug wasn't fixed for a whole week and the developers gave the community no information about what was even going on. Then after it was finally patched they gave everyone a paltry 10 dragon stones as compensation for their own mistakes. In other word the developers could care less about the global side of this game and it isn't worth playing at the current time.

If you're a new player don't waste your time on this game, and if you're a veteran player stop wasting money on it at the very least. Devs rewarding more dragon stones for for a social media campaign than after they broke the game is a slap in the face. It's pretty clear they don't care about they players and only their money.

I really liked this game but recently the game was broken for a full week. No 80% of the game was unplayable. And how do they thank us pay to win players who will spend entire paychecks on this game. 10dragon stone compentation. Its completely bs. The jp version had a similar mess up and got 300. I cant keep spending money on a game who can care less about the people playing it. I will not be spending another dime on it untill we are truely compensated for this big glitch.

I still thoroughly enjoy the game, however the developers clearly do not care about its player base. The entirety of the high level content was made temporarily unplayable due to a bugged update. For 10 days we were unable to attempt any of the challenge stages and all the devs thought was appropriate was a 10 stone compensation. Let me repeat: they broke the game and then decided to not fairly reimburse its player base, and we remain several updates behind the JP version.

Could be better. Game unplayable for a week. Compensation is not great. Not treated as well as JP. Needs to catch up with JP so none of this stuff could happen again. Fix things faster rather than posting on Twitter about something that's not coming until later. When the game is healthy I actually enjoy it very much.

Dropped to 3 stars after the latest issue where support items being used in almost all stages caused the game to crash for about 8 days and the compensation was a measely 5 stones. Completely disappointed knowing that half the game was basically unplayable while the other half didn't really have any merit playing (like quest mode which hasn't been updated since I think 2017). If this happened on the Japanese version? I guarantee they'd have given 50 or more stones in compensation. Pathetic

Honestly I love this game I've been playing it since the OG SS4s came out. I've never gotten tired of it, However the way Global gets treated is gross. The most recent issue of Support items causing the game to crash and the way it was handled shows how little they care about Global. All of the content that makes Dokkan a great game to play was removed for a week WT was delayed, and we get 10 stones The game was dead, and we get spat on. Any chance of me spending money on the game again is gone.

They have made a pretty in depth dragonball game when it comes to story lines, constant new content, gifts(so many gifts when I actually think about it) and ways to strengthen and use characters. For a free game it is more than you could ask for. If you dont want to spend money it will just take time to get the good stuff. Being a DB fan anyway, it was worth it.
