Pay to win. I don't know why I play it but you can survive if you have a powerful alliance. PvP is broken and it isnt fair fights at this point. But there are still areas to play competitively. There needs to be events which requires skill and strategy, not how big your wallet is. Events when EVERYONE starts at the same page, no head starts, nothing which can be bought to boost you.

Too many efforts to encourage pay to win... Game has ended up with a bunch of bullies that dont follow the rules of engagement because of that.. played for two years, and now I've had it, I'm done wasting my time. Unless you want to spend a lot if money and like horrible bad game glitches.. THIS GAME IS NOT FOR YOU!

Hey Goodgame I need your help! U don't really know where else to report this, but in the Great Empire on the map, I can't see any of my movements and I can't tap on anything except for the hotbars on the top and bottom of my screen. I can't move the map, I can't tap other people's castles, meaning I can't attack or send resources without digging into the alliance menus. Please help!! I've tried restarting the app multiple times!!! I don't want to uninstall for fear ill lose me stuff!

Game is glitchy. Movement on map is nonexistent. People are forced to delete and reinstall. There is no balance between buyers and non-buyers. So war amounts to one team beating up on another team. Which results in people leaving. Zero stars

I downloaded the game to check it out and haven't ever stopped playing it since. I love to compete and I really enjoy always having a human to compete with and or talk to... I must admit the first time some wrote to me on there I thought it was a computer response lol until I quickly noticed the responses where exactly what I was talking about and I new no computer was that good... over a year and I still can't put it down...

The game is a journey not a quick flash of accomplishment. Lots of different activities, but strategy is important plus lots and lots of patience.

Keep getting attacked by substantially more powerful players. Castle always burning. Don't pay to play so can't get the best equipment.

Pretty poor app. The game has some good bones. But even with good wifi, I often see times of 10seconds to switch castles, or worlds. Not a very well designed or optimised app.

It's become an enormous money pit to try and defend yourself anymore. Be prepared to wait a very, very, long time to get the sceats you need to research and upgrade to new Defenses.

Ad after ad (I've counted as many as 45 in a row) makes this game almost unplayable at times. The most expensive "Free to Play" game on the planet. Constant need to have enough food/mead puts pressure on the players to be on daily and so it is quickly no longer a choice but a chore, esp if you want to play at a good level. GG always cater for the big spenders and this is why the gap is huge between them and us. Protection mode with food freeze going forward to give players a proper break please.

I played this on PC for years, and now im on the app version I'm just dissapointed over few things i would like to mention: -auto forge equipments/gems (it's annoying to scroll everytime) Filter what you want to forge (like just forge rare ones) -autofill without tools -hide buildings(like on Pc) -filter tools during transfer between castles and kingdoms -select what you want to loot durings atks N some more, but cant write them here

They put like 200 offers on AdGem but they pay nothing, the game isn't that bad but i played because of the reward.. Which i did not get, it's been 25 days since i completed the offer and still nothing, i contacted the support guess what, still nothing.. Nobody is doing anything.. And even after scaming peoplr they still put more offers that's what pisses me off..

Good, can be somewhat confusing since it doesn't come with a lot instructions or explanations. I Googled alot stuff I don't understand but sometimes that doesn't help. But I guess that's part of the game. They are constantly updating this game, so I noticed they are adding more descriptions. But it must be good since I'm still playing.

P2w. Simple if you don't unload each week with others unloading each week you stay a f2p castle and must rely on diplomacy to avoid massive losses in resources and troops .. there are thousands of games like this on the "free" DL list... With in app purchases... Marketing at its best

Could no longer play due to lack of storage so had to delete game on previous device. Installed game on my new device but have been unable to recover my account since. Customer service is about more or less of little help. I have given up on trying to recover my account at this stage even though I supplied proof of three purchases. Greed and cash driven game in my opinion like most of the other developers.

This game is really fun but everytime they force an update, it takes days to right the ship! Today the game wardens have not marked my daily tasks that i have accomplished Try getting their attention and you are on your own. Makes me very upset! Today 2-19 and happened again! Dang game updates! I cannot open for 17 hours!!! Hate this b.s.!

The only bad thing I can say is that paying players can get bonuses that are not physically achievable for free players. An example would be the quicklime bombs. Another would be lucky pennies which double 2000 rubies to 4000. This needs to change.

This game is good but I am finding it difficult to earn construction and upgrade tokens, developers should look into this matter, as I took 4 months to earn a mere 130 construction tokens.

More interested in torturing players with popups and in game advertising than any other. This is probably why they are known as Greed Games. Whatever good gaming experienceto be had is overshadowed by their continuous ads and greed.

Worst game ever.. If u want to play then spend money nor left. Worst support they reply in 8days. I write in support regarding a event bug and they replied me after 7days when that event ends almost 3days back.

There is a glitch with the game the food has stayed frozen all day and night and people are losing troops, its normally not on for long at all, people will end up leaving

This game has ability to be a fun game but the bots that the germans use for events makes it a unfair game . Plus the amount of money spent to be competitive is unrealistic. But you can meet some awesome ppl from across the lands

Why is it that I can't login to my account and can't even renew my password with the email address I have used. I just hate it if games are not able to remember user accounts, so embarrassing. It's a pity, because I have nothing to say against the game itself.

This is not a strategy app at all, if you want to stay in game you have to pay. They are looting money from you. So suggest to stay away!
