Leveled 2 characters to 80 and 1 to 73. In the middle of playing, my account was frozen "robot0909" for 3 years apparently. It's an alright game, but I don't think I'm interested in grinding, and purchasing upgrades if they just randomly get taken away on a whim. Can't even contact customer support because I can't log into my account. 1 star because 0 is not an option.

Graphics and fighting system is nice. Game seemed stable. Wayyy too many cumbersome UI pages and items in the game to be enjoyable. Open it up each day and immediately have to click a dozen plus menus to access rewards and such. So many interface icons that the ui takes up about 50% of the screen. Just too much stuff to manage to be fun.

The game is running out of content. When u reach level cap their are no more quest for close to a year tell the next version comes out. It is extremely pay to win and under unfriendly. You have to sing very hard for upgrades. The systems in the game that make it worth playing taking a very long time to get or alot of money. Were talking thousands for a legendary weapons or close to a year on f2p terms.

This game is riddled with bots - When you start if you try to join a dungeon on random you will run with bots - you cant kick them - the game does nothing about them. Also they are HORRIBLE at getting back to you with any issue - try to email them at one of the 3 emails they have per their website you will get NO response. The only way they respond is if you send them something on FB and even then they are not helpful. They took my money and I never got anything - trying to get a response from them... no go. I like the game play but their customer service if you have a problem is NONE exisitant

Well graphics and game play looks amazing. I watch the intro video and thats as far as I was able to get. It womt let me log in as a guest Facebook Google or the zloonk account. I try to register an account amd when I hit send verification code it does nothing. So couldn't even register. So yea if you can make it to where I can log in and begin my adventure im sure the rating will go up but I think ima have to Uninstall

1 character was banned, had 2 characters at lvl 80 same account. Luckily only spent 2$, but never cheated in a game ever. This is the essential of thievery as they have 0 customer support in game. So if u are bored and don't care your progress to be locked away one random update, then this game is for you....Google read the reviews and my only ever purchase was thru play store so if thats "an outside source" then you have some serious issues.

It's very hard to get power if don't donate like insane and it's vee hard to solo quests whit healer and tank its very very hard make easy for healers and tank to solo quests pls and give more xp and pls add xp on kill monsters and pls make more events and add game masters to stay online to help players who are bugged and more but if no give money here no get help I understand that

Enjoyed the game for the 4 levels I was allowed to play... Was banned for Robot 0909 just 4 levels into the game. Switched to another login type, created a character, and got an account frozen message. Seems seriously broken right now.

you should be able to see the mission objective on the map so you're not forced to do everything automatically because it's just not really that fun doing everything automatically

Been playing this game now for 2 and a 1/2 years love it you need to download it and try it out is like no other. If anybody remembers Runes of Magic or Everquest!! this is the game for you.

I just don't get it I've done nothing, except, not play for a couple of months I log in and have been kicked banned for 12 yrs whatever , not impressed.

Have not been able to Log in on my s20 since update over a week ago. 12/24 still can't login with s20. Ever since 5g update went live early december. Would be great if anyone could reach out. Customer service is horrible. Still nobody will get in touch with me after trying to contact somebody about android 11 not working. Been a month. Do not download this game

Finally a good MMORPG! Have been enjoying this one and it plays very well maxed out on my S21 Ultra with snapdragon 888. Great job devs

I have been playing daily since August of 2019. The most recent Android update has caused the game to crash at the load screen and I have been unable to play since Dec 12th. I have attempted to contact the Developers and Google Play to get this issue resolved. The Developers have not responded and no one with a Samsung Galaxy s20 has been able to play the game since the Android update. The lack of customer service provided to loyal players is disappointing...I do not recommend this game.

Absolutely pathetic customer support. After a year and a half and a lot more money than I care to admit. I am forced to quit. This game will no longer run on a galaxy s20 with Android 11. The game developers do not answer emails or respond to Facebook posts. Clearly they have no plan to fix the issue. It has been over 2 weeks now and my character is falling too far behind in progression. Thanks for Absolutely nothing.

1 star review. So many bugs in game with no fix. Half the people can't even connect to the game due to Android 11 update and they don't even push a fix for this. Emails go unanswered. They keep pushing new packs on you. Just overall game went to hell. Stay away. Development team is trash and doesn't care or respond to user feedback.

Great game really enjoying it although there are a few issues. A lot of the game has spelling mistakes it seems the game is in broken English. I'd also like to be able to delete a character so I am able to have all my favourite classes on the same server. The most important change I would like to see though is the ability to grind for gear and exp. The way the game is at the moment after an hour or so you may as well close the game unless you want to play another character.

The English in the game is so terrible that it's often VERY confusing. The written dialog rarely matches the corresponding spoken dialog. You'll frequently be told to seek out an NPC whose name in the quest is nothing even close to the name they've been given. There are 20 different ways to add stats to your character, which aren't explained well. The main quest line REQUIRES you to be overpowered to advance it. On the other hand, the voice acting, combat, and class diversity are fantastic.

Played it was good in early access well balanced. Now $ is all this game is. So if you want to go up in rank spend a couple 100 dollars. My character got stuck on pirate ship and it's been 3 months and devs wont do anything unless you spend the mighty dollar. Sent them at least 8 complaints in the last 3 months. Still nothing. Thanks for the beginning of this game. Now if there was a better gaming berua you would be on the list for top complaints not fixed.

It's got some problems. For one I do not use social media so getting help is not possible for one. And there is something in the game called sigil and for some reason I can't use the purple slots. I get them all the time but they disappear. So I reinstalled the game thinking it was a software problem and nope still have the same problem. And unlike other games I lost all my characters and all my progress. So if you need help with anything good luck.

A very fun game with lots of free to play content. In fact it doesn't feel pay to win at all. Very enjoyable and rewarding. I dislike the auto features being default, but it is easy to turn them off, just a bit annoying. I would like to see faster wait times for dungeons as well, but that will come with more players as the game continues to grow. It definately gives me WoW nostalgia in a big way.

game was fun. But everything came to an end when they didn't have much of actual game update but only cash shop boxes week to week. Boxes give costumes, mounts, and pets, and all of the above give you stat boost, if you don't have them, well too bad. I was ok with it nevertheless, but i decided to stop playing when they released the latest "event" which requires you to spend cash to participate, and no other means else. Game was good, a bit unbalanced between classes, but p2w ruined it all.

Honestly... The autoplay is killing me. I read a comment saying you could turn it off, but you can't. All you can do is force it to stop every time it activates(every quest/convo) to play yourself. Why make a game that plays itself? Also, inventory overload. Holy craps. Other than that, the game is aesthetically pleasing all around. Besides the limited character customization, this game is really similar to WoW. If only devs thought to let YOU play, instead of the game doing its own thing.

If you're at all a fan of WoW, this game is a great placeholder. For a mobile game, it blows my mind. Great guild progress system, the dungeons are fun, and controls simple. Beautiful world. Does have auto play feature for questing. I really enjoy playing this game in my freetime. Could use some work on the spellcheck department. Lots of errors in the dialog text.

A mini World of Warcraft for your phone, not as much content obviously and I would like to see either an increase in professions or rework to give them more content but overall....very good. Also, in regards to the auto play reviews here, yes it has auto play but you'll soon be turning it off in the later stages of the game as it becomes a hindrance.
