Been playing game for long time...very unhappy with all the changes over the last year. Don't like the redoing of the graphics. Loved this game because of the "fine art" look of it's graphics...new ones look like every other game! Semi-cartoonish! Also, in last six moths, it has taken me several days to get the updates, and/or the reloaded game to load up after the Play Store download. Very frustrating! And in the last two months, the game is crashing after every room I play. Ready to quit game!

This game is fun. The rooms are more challenging than your usual hidden objects game, and there's some nice mini-games as well. My only minor complaint is that the game forces a tutorial everytime there's a new anomaly instead of letting the player figure things out on their own.

Hi G5! I really love Hidden City and it's been the 5th year since I'm playing Hidden City. I love the graphics of the locations and storyline of the investigations. It's really cool. But I have two issues. First one it consumes lot of my data. In about 5 to 10 minutes, it consumes 100 to 200 MB. Second one is daily event tasks (exclude other event tasks) disappear without getting finished. It just appears in the screen and after 5 to 10 minutes it disappears. Please fix these. Thanks!

Been playing a few days now and loving it. Very addictive and time goes by very quickly. Lots of interactive play and adverts are minimal, which is a bonus. Still finding it difficult to navigate all the different areas to interact with but the longer I play the better the experience and the easier it will be find what I'm looking for.

Stop making us get an anomaly before we can get an object! I would've been done ages ago but I had to wait for these stupid anomalies, and now it's almost over, I'm almost done, and what? Another one! It takes away the fun when you can't move forward! EDIT: Hey if you want us to use the anomaly summoning option, don't make it random. Give us the option to summon to a specific location. Wouldn't that make sense?

I like the game but don't like the fact that just as your getting into the the game you have to pay to continue the part of the game your playing.You can play different parts of the game but,when you get half way through some parts your told to pay with rubies which you have to purchase.It is not that expensive it is just that they make it hard to win the rubies instead of buying them.

Your game is cheating players! I love this game u0026 have played it for months. It's fun, challenging, u0026 unique. I'd rated it 4 stars but as of tonight, it's one. For the past 2-3 weeks or longer, a few times it seemed that I should have more of this or that assembler, more specific event items, keys, etc, that I'd earned. Thought at first that I'd miscalculated or was imagining it but nope! Both last night u0026 tonight, I've been shorted keys, starry orbs, AND assemblers!

The graphics are topnotch as compared with others and the challenges are not boring at all as some items are really hard to find so it'll give you a challenge. Only downside is if you want to carry on uninterrupted you need to purchase some items else have to wait for few hrs or next day to fill up your power items

Love the game but have been unable to load the game for two days. One of the pop ups comes up and I immediately get sent back to my desktop. Also needing to have a certain anamoly in the event to get an item is a real pain not to mention a time and energy waster. Could do without that for sure.

Thank you so much for the new update! I can get a better view of the city now! This is by far; the best "hidden object"game! The people at G5e really cares about the players. And they have worked hard to make sure we are not bored. Events require tokens to play, everything else is free to play anytime. Give the game a chance, it helped me through some tough times.

Great game, so many different ways to do find objects, but not just find objects games though plenty of other games in this one, loads of prizes to get when you finish the games too. Great game all round.

Too hard to find things. Silhouette mode is very hard on my eyes. Crystal game is impossible to make matches. I am only playing to try to help some of my friends that play.

Don't waste your money on this game. I spent $50 to get 1100 gems. I used 100 of them and then my balance of gems showed 400. No way I used 700. This game is a complete RIP OFF!!

Have liked this game so far. But after the latest update I have been unable to progress through the daily rewards. Every day it turns up with the Day 1 reward even though its the 6th day or something. Please fix that ASAP then I might give you the 5 stars.

i always enjoy these games. good graphics. only down fall im noticing so far is some of the promoting screens stick and lag going back to game when they pop up and you hit the (X) in the corner.

Still having issues. Game keeps freezing and its shutting down alot. I havent been able to play for awhile now. If i uninstall and wait a few seconds the reinstall will I lose my progress ??? I live playing this game ,but its frustrating when it keeps shutting down

I love this game but there is an issue with the master of puzzles totem...when its time to collect your daily reward your inventory doesn't recognize the 7 ojime beads the totem gives you to play event mini games....its like you never got them...its very frustrating

Ever since the newest update, I'm having problems with the Expedition mini game. When I try to play, it doesn't load and the game closes out. Its happened about a dozen times and there's no change.

Like the game,cant get in to claim and send gifts,why do you say im off line im not off line.this game keeps crashing since you updated,in the rare ingredients doesnt say not avaliable immediately so i ask why you make us keep playing and not give us our rewards,is this how you steal money from people?people becareful of this game you pay money but get no rewards!

The game needs to give more then one ruby when you level up,it takes forever just to get to a next level and then you get only one Ruby! During events it takes up to eight or nine tries to assemble and then to move on to the next one.

How do I edit my email address and login as I play this game on two devices and would like to merge them together. Thank you in advance. I have lost everything on my tablet as the game would not allow me to log in so have had to put tablet back to factory settings. Logged back in and had to start from the begining even though game still tells me i have my achievements, how do i get my game back to what it was on my tablet?

Lots of HO puzzles, fun story, lots to do! You'll wish you had more gems, but even free to play is good :) There are even cute events with new locations and quests.

Have been enjoying this game so much. It is a great game to make time fly by. It keeps my mind busy. I worked in the legal field for most of my life. Now that I'm retired and can't do very much, I can sit back and enjoy the game.

One issue I may have with this app is the insane amount of ads and pop-ups it throws at me, especially upon opening the game, or with highlighting icons for limited offers which I have no choice but to click on before I can skip. I wish I could have the choice not to see all the animations for special offers and storyline cinematics when I know I won't be interested anyway. Aside from that, I love the game and its beautiful scenes! I'm always looking forward to the next event!

The crystals mini game has NOTHING to do with finding objects and Hidden City, a "finding objects" game, puts heavy requirements to play crystals. Not only is this inappropriate side game annoying, gamers are FORCED HARD to play it. Being forced to match crystals, years in, makes an otherwise good game horrible. This isn't candy crush, but it might as well be. After you bang your head against a wall, you will feel better than losing everything to crystals when you prefer to find objects.

Played it years ago on my pc and loved it, but now while it's still a good game it's become so heavily monetized. Removing one star bc it's annoying to be harassed by popups asking to buy something all the time (I saw the response and idc it's still annoying), and another star bc while I fixed my download issue, I noticed they use AI for their recent designs and it's disappointing. Other than that it's a solid hidden objects game with lots of things to do, you won't easily get bored playing it

I like the game, its fun. But the objects needed to complete collections are annoying because they are difficult to collect. You can either search for them (which can take ages) or you can buy them with gems that you have to pay for. I understand not being to complete a collection that was built on randomly collected items. But if I actively searched to complete a set during an event or investigation, then I should have the all the necessary objects by the time I have the 5th piece.

I really love this game, the graphics and the story plot is beyond amazing, but now I'm having a problem in updating. I even deleted my old account and create a new one, but it's still the same, I even tried to leave it for hours cuz i thought the problem was my internet connection, but I don't think that's the case at all, it's just 0 out of 125 updates. I really wanna play this game again so i hope it could be fix.

editing my former 5 star review because of the mandatory highlighted items hunt. It's often part of the requirements for 5 stars. The highlighted items hunt is diabolical. I'm sure the developers know that virtually nobody likes or enjoys it. However- it's a tool vampire. I love the game- I'm a daily player but to be forced to do this is not fun.

I used to love this game but am now very frustrated playing it. it's been a while and now it's ridiculously hard to find things, you don't have the opportunity to choose a matching game instead so I just don't play much. I pop in and give my friends gifts most days. to hard to find things and I don't want to spend my leisure time being frustrated.

After playing for many years, this game has had many upgrades. Various locations change item size, some too difficult to find. Item bars may hide items. Certain events provide different mini-game challenges, stickers, group activities, which are required tasks to complete, as well as daily tasks, and competitions are provided as an option for additional prizes, such as rubies, tools and/or boosters. I am giving two stars because some of the achievements for Google play games ain't unlocking some of them do unlock but like sending 10 hits or items to friends didn't unlock if they fix the issue with Google play games I will change my two stars to five stars don't get me wrong this is one of the best hidden object games out here but they need to fix these problems

since the latest upgrade I can no longer get extra rubies (2 every 12 hours) from the hidden chests, receive random energy when I don't have enough to play a particular game or a second chance when I run out of time. What in the world happened!! I've played this game for years and I'm about ready to delete the app!!

Although I have played very similar games it is refreshing to see how they are evolving. Challenges are tricky at times, but attainable. Enjoying the graphics and storyline. More interesting.

I have been playing this game for over 5 years. about a year ago ,I noticed that I no longer received bonuses, boosters, and gifts. when I got time limited prizes to give my play 100 percent boost I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING DURING THAT TIME. basically because I don't spend $$$$ to play I no longer receive anything. I have to build up game cash to buy rewards. I will be posting this to my in-game friends. I will no longer be keeping this to myself. everyone I know on HIDDEN CITY will be informed.

I do like this game, but how many times do I have to play a level to find what I need? I have played Room of Fate so many times now that I am considering uninstalling. I know that you don't necessarily find anything first time, but when you have played the same level for days, it becomes boring. Also, the farm, I need to play with an anomaly, but it keeps telling me that it's unavailable. I will play a little longer, but if I can't progress, then I will have to uninstall.
