C/S never responds to issues, so this gets one star!! I have complained multiple times about certain problems and they have never answered. Plus when you do complain, you have to rehash the problem when you ask about delayed response, which indicates they never open "tickets". In general, certain areas of the game, in particular going through story, will "steal" points/force a loss. And....it is all about $$$. Don't spend? Don't progress!

This game has a much better interface than those of the similar concept. While there are continuous events and these require gold in order to gain rewards. Earning gold in the game takes time but you can do it at your own pace. Also all the games have at least one free turn or refresh every so often. The storyline in nice and the mini-games are fun.

I don't get why People rate it this 1 or 2 Stars, maybe cuz of How big the Money we need to pay every Event or something.. But for me it's Fun! It's Awesome, i get to free open Items everyday, only once but i get items that is rare, i even got a Legendary Item- It's not Difficult to use, i get to play freely and i love it when i win some Storys, well maybe i do get Pissed when i get Defeated, but aside from that this game is Great!

I love this game, the only reason why I don't ratr 5 is because.. i just wish developer do something about 'pay to win' situation. Some server become deserted after too many high level vip. Others lost interest to play because not able to compete. In the end even some vip also lost interest because of less player in server.

A nice game. But only problem is that to get ingots frm the game is less. Have to buy with real money. But overall a good enjoyable game. The more you play the harder it gets to go through the rival fights.

It's fun, and very addicting! But it's really hard to get gold, there should be more options for that and after your partners are killed there is no way to revive them. It's also really hard to get this cloth so you can get outfits.

Its a fun game, but like most other games if you want fame and recognition you have to pay. . . A lot. Update to review: the amount of money it costs to play the game is getting out of hand, also cheating by guild to take top spot in every event for the last 6MO makes me want to quit playing the game. And I spend money on it!! I hate what it had become because in the beginning it was beautiful! But now it's horrible!!

I give the game 5 stars. However, their recovery option deserves 1 star. I spent over a hour trying to switch devices and CS kept asking for a purchase history from a date little over 6 months ago. Had I known that they would request such a thing I would have saved every purchase I've done. Now I know. With no help on their part, I was able to recover my account on new device. BIND. YOUR. ACCOUNT. ON. ANOTHER. PLATFORM. Example, Facebook. You never know if you'll need to switch devices like me

Very good and free so far. I've been playing for more than a month. The graphics and art are beautiful. The lead character is not a whimpy girl. I actually like her. All the characters are pretty good, some are even funny. Although, King Henry is a bit creepy. I love this game. The only problem I have is one of the bottons partially overlaps the other so I hit the wrong one too much. It's a bit bothersome. Other than the wierd botton I give it 8.7 out of 10. ????????

I've been playing this for more than 8 months. Every events costs us a lot of money. The free dresses in the event? They aren't totally free because you need to use a lot of ingots. Approximately 600 ingots are used everyday to complete a task. We were hoping that at least you would cut down the cost since it's your anniversary, but nope. "Let's milk them more money." If this continue, I will leave the game permanently.

I did love this game but after the last update I have lost all my game progress since starting in june last year it has restarted the game from the beginning which I am extremely unhappy about because I spent alot of time and effort playing and I don't know if my progress can be recovered. I miss all my friends in the game and in my guild. I am also in an active guild and I need to get back to it asap please help.

The game is okay I spend alot of money in it but I'm starting to get bored and u don't get much for recharging ingots or VIP member. But there isn't much to do just spend 10-20 minutes to get stuff and that's it.

Game issue which affected a lot of players earlier was quickly resolved. Thus I am editing my review from 2 sto 5 stars. They even apologised for the incovenience and gace some freebies for the game. I like that you still get to move up in the game even if you don't spend money unlike other games I've had wherein you will have no other choice but to keep spending if you want to move up. I hope they this game continues to operate this way.

This game is actually pretty cute and fun to play. It's a great way to pass our free time and graphics are also very impressive but the problem is..... I just played this game five to seven times and it's taking really long to load. My network is also working fine.... so plz fix this problem! Everything else is all excellent ????????

The game started buffering so bad the last few days; now today it wont load at all. No idea why. I searched for any game status information on my PC. Couldn' t find anything. FB is only hype. The game might be over for me. Getting tired of trying to log on. It be nice to say bye to my guildies. So 1 star now until it gets fixed. If ever... Please dont say "Clean my cache". Nyuck, nyuck, nyuck!

The game is great and we'll balanced but for some reason after a while it wouldn't pass the entry animation and I had no idea why. I even updated it but it was still the same...so I had to uninstall and install again and that actually fixed it.

This is a great game! I'm having so much fun playing this. It's very challenging and entertaining. I enjoy making friends and communicating with other players. It has a lot of stuff to do and it doesn't bore me at all. They often offer new exciting things, and I can't wait to see more. I've had a great experience with this app, my only complaint is that when we use the free video for a war token it dosent apply to the person I chose, it usually goes to my weaker ones, and I'm not able to clear the battle.

I super loved this game. This is one of the very few games out there that isn't stingy. It gives you opportunities to gain inggots without spending real money and because of that I don't mind topping up because the brilliant people behind this games deserves that! Keep doing a good job LOP developers!

How far can you go without VIP? I can only get so far. The game is great but if you don't spend real money, you have to work hard. It's useless to have a lot of silver, fame and exp which I do but you see gold, yeah ?u200d? they're so hard to obtain and as soon as I get it, I have to spend it. I'll try to play without making in-app purchase but the moment things get outrageously expensive and only VIPs can play then I'm done. I know the devs also need money but it's sad, the game bleeds you dry.

the first time I downloaded this game it was okay that was on my old phone now on my new phone I remembered the game and downloaded it and i opened the app it just keeps crashing I tried it for a while it just kept removing I just want to say they should please work on it because wifi is expensive and I can't keep wasting it thank you but apart from that it's a nice game you should really try it if you don't have it already bye.

the gameplay is fun. I played it years ago and attempted to come back to it, but it keeps crashing. like I can't even contact customer support or bind it with my Facebook account because it crashes every time I try anything. I'll probably reinstall it another time. maybe it's a sign.

It's my 3rd day of plagying in server asia 362? I'm not sure what's going on but your loading to 100% never finish as it crashes, closing the app. I've done nothing, I was just playing, i like the mini-games in the "land" UI tab, now it doesn't let me play after sleeping for just a few hours. Frustrating and annoying.

This is kinda good... Like have decent outfits and lots of events goin on.... But the thing is... It's not that f2p friendly... They keep dropping events but u don't get much without spending money....u don't get some facilities if ur not a VIP... After u reach 20+ lvl they'll give u lvl up reward after every 2 lvl.... Like u get 1 reward for 2 lvls.. And it's takes forever to lvl up....and as I said before they don't give u much ingot for f2p....

the game is amazing, I have so much fun playing! however, it would be lovely if an accessibility setting was added with the option to turn the sparkles off in the sparkly items because it's a little confusing to look at. Would help us all with sensory issues a lot ?

it's good but suddenly I cant even opened the apps cause it's always shutdown and kicked me off so I cant even login it to the game while I played this game last night at 8.45pm ( GMT+7 or 1 hr earlier than UTC and this morning around 6am I try to login after clearing all notification after I stopped playing last night but it won't working and get me login again

I've been playing this game for over 1 year now and I love it (art, story, aesthetics, everything!). Love the new events and the unique themes as well. However, many new items (partners, confidants, outfits etc) are now being paywalled and they are getting more expensive, and many of the players can't afford it. So I would request to please make these items available later on so we can purchase them with ingots instead.

Alright look if anyones thinking of getting this game and reaches my review I will tell you its not worth it. the game has great visuals and all that but no matter what the auto response saying this is a development game is lying. the only way to develope without wasting your time on the same repetitive thing for months missing everything is to spend money. they used to be great but it is literally a pay to win. no matter who says otherwise it is a pay to win. I am disappointed beyond belief.

Honestly, I kinda thought this game was mediocre at first, but the sub par voice acting in English has me rolling. One of the voice actors is inexplicably British, even though most of the characters are voiced by Americans and they are all from China and the accent isn't mentioned, so I doubt he's actually supposed to have a different accent. And some of his voice lines in the confidant section are clearly a completely different voice actor. Plus the masterwork that is Eunuch Gui's voice.

This game is good. Unlike Palace Rule, this game provides ads if we want extra chance or stuff. However, some of the stuff takes a little too much ingots. Hopefully developer can consider reducing the price a little bit. Everything is fine but maybe you can make something like in a Palace Rule(just a suggestion) where player can obtain clothes from a wishing tree or you can just reduce the price of the box at Clothes Bureau. That's all.

I?ve been playing this game for 3.5 years and still love it! It?s super low-maintenance, letting you enjoy it at your own pace. The guild system is amazing and makes it feel like a friendly community. The outfits and storylines are absolutely beautiful, and the mini events with great rewards keep things exciting. Overall, it?s a lovely, relaxing game that I?ll definitely keep playing for a long time! ?

I really am enjoying this game! On another note, I don't know if this will be considered by the developers, I really do wish the game's full soundtrack/background music is available to be listened on YouTube or Spotify or any other platform. I really love the music in the game. Sometimes, I just open the game without playing just to listen to the background music.

Super fun and extremely elaborate, there are so many different tasks and this game is almost designed for the player to be taking breaks. Oh, and there is so much intricate art in this game, love it! Also many new players have problem with the low number of coins they get, but the amount increases as you level, and it is always a good financial decision to save up for more important events.

I enjoy the game very much. But main story focuses too much on revenge/politics u0026 ingot cost is too high. Maybe main story could incorporate moments with confidants / partners / daily life / event in palace u0026 have comic-style showing what happens? For ingot, I'm surprised it costs me to even have the original color after dyeing, even though outfits not change between levels in each rank. I hope the travel / land / costume... can auto unlock when reach new level instead.
