I absolutely loved playing this game. Even though some of the puzzles can be a bit overly challenging it was still fun to play. UNFORTUNATELY my game keeps force closing within less than a minute ever since I solved one of the Haunted Lights puzzles and obtained an artifact. I've reached out to the support team hoping I won't have to uninstall the game as I'm a level 85 right now. I haven't received any assistance from the support team. I even did the recent update and nothing. PLEASE FIX this!!

This is such a fun game. My only complaint is the fact that it has so many pop up ad type things. It takes like 2 minutes to start playing sometimes. Even after that they pop up regularly and make it super annoying. Thankfully the stories and characters make up for it a lot. I would still prefer if they didn't take up the entire screen with ads though.

Game is much improved, challenging but not impossible. It can get expensive buying tools and talismans. Not enough of some pieces, too many of others. Not much of a reward for collections. But overall much improved from initial iterations. P.S. I have found help from your support staff to be invaluable. I lost progress and levels in the game one day, and your support staff restored my game in 24 hours. Thanks!

Good game but its hindered by bugs. I haven't been able to play the game for several days now as it just keeps crashing. I keep getting asked to claim my reward from a challenge and as soon as I click on it the game crashes which is highly frustrating. There are also far too many pop up adds and offers that mean you can take 2 or 3 mins just to finally be able to click on a puzzle to start playing. If these things could be fixed it would be a great game.

Love the game,wish it was easier to earn rubies.dont like the arrows , I like the old way better. The arrows are too expensive. Don't like when special event is on you go to that site to earn stuff to banish monsters and even when you clear it,it doesn't give the tokens you need. You make it too hard to get tolkien needed for the tasks set. Example:the haunted castle you have to get so many different things to banish the monsters and even if you complete the task you don't always get the tokens.

To many updates that require large amounts of free space. I deleted so much stuff from my tablet to free up space that there wasn't anything left for me to delete for this last update which wouldn't have mattered cause i tried to switch to a new tablet and am still not able to play due to the game dragging then closing in the middle of playing. I have spent a good amount of money on this game last few years. It is getting more and more expensive while quality and support get worse. Greedy makers

It's a great game. Lots of fun and if you're smart about using the talismans, you can get hours of gameplay without spending any money. Seems a bit complicated when you're first starting out, but the missions keep you on track. I recommend this to anyone with some time to kill, it's very addictive! I love the background sounds and the beautiful different places in Darkwood.

This game is so much fun to play. Lots of different beautiful locations to explore and four different games to play as well. There are some really fun challenges you can take part in and win really great prizes. You can join a guild and compete against other guilds and chat with your guild members. I would definitely recommend giving this game a try. The Mytona customer service is extremely helpful too!!

Played this game for several years. Additions of a Guild and multiple mini events to coincide with the main event seems like a good idea but there are bugs to deal with that make playing less fun. Today I asked the developer about an in-app cost on a particular item. Multiple guildmates had different costs ranging from $4.99 US to £19.99, for the same thing. Developer says store sets cost. Store says not true. I am not happy and requests for them to fix some issues now seem to be ignored.

Glitches. Game freezes and lags- UPDATE- game time continues but i can tap on items and nothing happens. Picture still moving ( enomolies / birds) but no touch response. Loose energy points and no game play. You should play to at least lvl 50 and see what is going on with your game. It has also messed up my phone. Im rage dumping.

Developers are enforcing updates without checking if phone is charged or is in wi'fi range. Also if you have problems with a space on the phonr or breaking wi fi- you will need to fix this problem witin a week since update has been released else you cannot open the game anymore. Bteaking wi fi is also causing missing a lot of finctionalities. If you are looking for a nice game during your travels- do not choose this one- it will not work

The latest update has the site crashing everytime you want to accept the Gremlin Rocket achievement. There is a special event that started which is time lost to finish. Already sent an email to developers. Appreciate all the hardwork you put into this beautiful game and would love to play it again. Game play of hidden objects but will spice it up with only one item at a time, anogram, night vision, and other ways. There is a bejeweled type level, tile matching, and haunted lantern puzzles.

Good game, chatboard is a good way to give your experience, but there are VERY difficult locations that you must pass to move forwards. I don't think they've taken anything we post into consideration, I've been trying to pass the same location for 3 months now. Oh boy, look at their reply. I do NOT have technical issues

I love the game but for the past week when I try and claim my 3rd place prize in the Gremlin fun event, the game crashes. Can't do anything. Can't even leave a comment in the settings help. If I try and by pass the claim rewards for that event, everything just crashes again. Edited..... Thank you so much!!! Tried suggestions you mentioned and it worked!!!! Enjoy game very much!!

I have loved playing this game. Since I updated this game and got my free hour. Everytime I try clicking on something it shuts down. The last 30 minutes it has shut down 40 times I'm very frustrated and upset that this amazing game isn't working anymore.

Every time I open the app since the last update, the results from the last Gremlin Fun contest pop up and the app crashes if I try to claim the rewards or close the pop up. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the same problem occurs. I have purchased rubies and I am not able to use the game. I attempted your suggestion and it has not resolved the issue. It still crashes once I try to claim the reward or exit the pop up. Still not able to use the game. Same issue.

The game was great until the last Gremlin Fun event. Now the game crashes every single time the Gremlin Fun event results pops up. I have contacted the help department twice and it's been over a week and still can't play without uninstalling the game first. I put up with the many many pop-ups the game has, but this is ridiculous. You went from a 5 star game to negative 5 stars in my opinion.

I was enjoying the game spent some money on a few items but since the last update of the game I have had issues withe the game crashing. I reached out to support a couple of times, but the last advice was to turn my Internet off and on again a few times if necessary ???? in other words we can't fix your issue, so deletion it is then ????

I've updated game on my mobile and tablet today, mobile is working perfectly fine, tablet won't work at all. App has downloaded letting me go as far as connecting my Facebook account and then I get a message stating it is downloading data. After a minute or so I then get a further message stating that I have no internet connection. I've done full factory reset on tablet and all other apps are working fine. Can you help with this issue please.

I love this game and play for hours daily. But today with the update I am not able to play at all as it keeps crashing and I am not able to claim my Gremlin frist prize level. Very frustrating. By the way. I have tried what yiu suggested. Informed Mytona and I still can not get my Gremlin prize. When I hit claim it shuts my game off. And When I reinstall ( which I have done dozens times now). I have shut off my tablet. I have shut off the internet. And I am still missing dozens of talismans
