Ignore Defense: The Game™. Very soon there will be more collabs than original servants, each more OP than the last to keep whales paying through the nose to remain untouchable to the people who play for fun and those who think strategy can prevail (it can't). The originals are mostly underpowered window dressing to look like a complete game, but this is for sure the most unbalanced game there is. This game gets worse the more meta it gets. Just move along. Nothing to see here anymore. ▼

Pretty good! I really like the character designs and concept and the graphics look really nice. It's also very fun to grind in the game and they give you lots of rewards for free. The story is really interesting too and it runs smoothly. My only problem really is that the sound is very laggy but it's not really much of a problem for me. Keep up the good work!

Been playing this on and off for a year and I can say that it's a really good game except for the fact that the servants (characters) job is wierd, like the same hero can be used for defence/offence/support/healer which isn't really my type. The events are great (rewards are abundant, though you need grinding for end game content, which is fine and challenging) Every character design is awesome and unique! Good game overall..

This game is pretty awe-inspiring! The graphics are amazing. The characters adjust downright awesome. The gameplay is complex enough for advanced players simple enough for beginners. So far I have not seen a lot of pay-to-win. I'm just in love with this game right now

Micro-transactions are VERY pricey so I would recommend playing this game at your leisure. The drop rates are pretty good, and that's coming from someone who has REALLY bad RNG/Luck. I give this a 4/5 I would give it a higher score if they would stop recommending me to drop $100 on the game. (To developer: Just do the Candy Crush standard, most of us are willing to drop 0.99 - 14.99 on this game. $100 is outrageous for a mobile game. IMO, just take that with a grain of salt.)

Now this is what I am looking for now in an RPG game. Unselfish, not misleading and purely entertaining. I am lost for words, but all I can say is this, if you have been stuck with all the grindy games and money spending games? Delete them all now and play this. You will see what I mean. Go!

This game is very time consuming, even daily quest consume so much of my time, drains battery a lot, those who work cannot even complete daily quest, coming back home tired playing this kinda game wasnt fun anymore, need afk a lot, hope to see more blitz function, especially on those repetative daily quest, thats the reason i quit before n maybe will quit again soon

The gameplay is great, the animation is amazing, but i give 3 stars bcs of sound trouble. The sound occasionally changes like a broken radio. Ive tried to uninstall and install it again, closed and opened the game for like several times, but it kept glitching. Could you please tell me why?

Fantastic graphics, sub par everything else. The game looks phenomenal, but the gameplay is terrible, the world map is beyond confusing, and the optimization needs a great deal of work. You could find worse hero collectors, but you could easily find a better one.

Love it. Been playing for a couple years and I would honestly say it's better now than it ever has been. Devs have made it sooo much easier to power up your units and there's tons of freebies all the time.

Tries too hard to be grimdark. Has some interesting things but also too much that's different in name only, which actually causes confusion. Might be good if you like dark souls-y type stuff.

the game is great, works amazingly on both my chromebook and my android phone, however the game crashes randomly on my phone a lot, normally during battle and the most often in infinite pvp battles. the game doesnt crash on my chrombook and id love it if it doesnt crash on my phone at all. plz fix this issue

Had to change my rating; ...The game devs themselves, recently fixed the issues with F2P players being able to transcend and get ahead by implementing daily packages for element stones and a host of other things. This is now a decent F2P game.

I would like to address an issue that I faced with artifact fusion .Fused around 20-26 green artifacts but why did I get only 4 blue artifact. You guys really need to improve this fuse system.Is there any way for us to get 1 legendary artifacts ....no. 50+ summon but got what 3 purple.At least make it so that we can craft lagendary artifacts or increase or make it gurantee 1 lv higher then our used ones.

Potentials are not working properly. Lucrecia gets killed in one shot even though the max 49% damage potential is applied. Sphinx doesn't activate restore health to 30% after hp drops to 0 potential either. Please look into it.

Game is not worth the trouble of selecting a team because the choices are mixed up in random order in a scrolling lineup with no way for sorting them by grade, element or even level number. Insane!

I've played this game for years. I bought the heir monthly pass yesterday and the game literally just quit working. I get stuck on the home screen with an infinite "awakening" at the bottom. I've uninstalled and re downloaded it, cleared cache, cleared data and re downloaded it, tried another device and even tried creating a new account. The game has just stopped working for me...

I started this game a week ago and to be honest this game gives a lot of resources for new players BUT it's definitely not really tutorial-friendly even tho you might be able to accumulate the resources for it. have to refer to discord for more guidance from the community even though that guide was made 1-2 years ago. My suggestion is they should make more tutorials for new players as not all people have discord and other platforms don't help either due to not updated

Having come from a love-hate relationship with Summoner's War, mainly due to it's horrible rng, this game is by far superior. It is incredibly easy to learn if you make an attempt, but maybe not for some. Repeat battles that you can leave running while you do whatever else is fantastic. I also love the sheer number of summon variety. I do have to give it four stars instead of five for one reason that I'd love to see change. Updates seem to take a few hours before I can actually download them.

Firstly, the game is beautiful. Secondly, a way to improve on this game is to let users switch off full auto, meaning turn based mode, just like Summoners War/Knights Chronicle. Thirdly, prices are way too high on everything. Fourthly, game launches with little to no reward. A welcome gift of sorts would be appreciated. Fifthly, Some hero voice overs would be nice. All in all, a beautiful game marred by the usual greediness of their makers. Edit: Game is now slightly more rewarding. Good job so far.

Incredibly fun for the first week. Would still be fun, but after the first week of being able to play with few limits, you are suddenly asked to pay to regain certain features. $30 for 30 days isn't bad, right? Except that's a deal. It's normally $90 for 30 days. This game does so much right, but the costs in real money for basic functionality explains why all the guilds are full of inactive players. All of their games are like this, sadly. Fun, but far too expensive to play longterm.

Played this game for a couple of years. It was fun! But, I slowly saw it go from time2win to pay2win. I used to just let my phone run so I could grind the best 6 star armour. Every now and then they have specialty characters I would purchase for a couple of bucks. Nothing expensive though. But now I can't even fight bosses w/o paying for a "skip" token? I can't even get the option to choose valor like I did before! Welp, guess it's time to move on to another mobile game.

Main consensus of this game is that it's somewhat f2p friendly, at least enough where it's possible to fully max out a unit of your liking. Although there are units that are only available for a limited time. There are 2 types of units: RGB which are easy to grind and fully max, and L/D which requires a lot more investment, which will take a few months to max out at least one if you're f2p. The art style of this game is my favorite, which are semi-realistic. Altho I hate the anime styled ones.

The game is absolutely beautiful, but there is no real gameplay to rate. You basically just set your characters up and hope the AI doesn't make them do anything stupid and lose. You will eventually have so much valour that you can't complete quests, and as such, can't accept the next one in the chain. No matter how long you set them to autoplay the highest cost level, you will never bring the valour down enough before it gives you more. More gold/karats, less valour, please.

Stylistically this game is brilliant. The artistry of the characters is really quite something to behold. Under all of the glitz there are a lot of moving parts however, so the learning curve (imo) is a bit high. The PvE map itself seems a bit small, but there are many other PvE oriented areas (gear, boss, tower, awakening) that make up the difference. It's a bit of a grind if you role as f2p, but you'll get there eventually. Ultimately, I would still recommend giving it a chance.

I am quite confused about this game. The graphics are so well made, hubdreds of characters but ... I have no idea what's the purpose of the story, the map is all messed up and no clear indication of steady path to take which is so random. All characters 1st and 2nd skills are the same. Yes, all of them which is super weird. Uninstalled it after a week as I did not understand what I am doing and for what purpose. The rates are not thay good and very costy to summon decent characters.

Game play is fun, looks good, and runs well on my android devices. touch screen is responsive. gatcha, so far, is not that terrible, and the monetization is not intrusive. music is melancholic, characters and world look interesting. Now my only problem is the story. There is none is only the intro, then it stops some characters have plots, but other than that, nothing more chapter 1 followed by checklist of tasks i want to keep playing, but i have no story to keep me.

I like this game, but the fact that you need 1~3/3~5 crystals and gold just to summon "servants" that makes the game summoning very dumb. The spawn rate isnt bad but isnt good as well. Then there's the skins, they're pretty and I love them a lot, but the fact that they boost stats and are only acquired from purchasing with real money, sucks.

Played since launch. Developers have listened to player feedback, but it's not enough. The game is mindless auto battle. Light/Dark characters are hard to summon, and the rate at getting a 4/5 star from them is even worse. Done spending money. Done playing. Continued playing in promise that it would change. One year event rewards requires downloading another app and using another device to complete. I'll pass. Bye.

The game started off well, with beautiful cutscenes it really immersed me into the story and seemed to set up a new chapter but then suddenly just stopped! And looking online there hasn't been any more story in years. I can see it getting repetitive quickly as it's now just battling. I really like the characters and graphics but please more story!!

I love playing this. Let's get that out of the way because: the game hates you. You need several different teams to take advantage of enemy elements, and leveling and awakening them is EXHAUSTING. The drop rate for items is abysmal, like one stone per 3 tries. I did 100 rounds for magic stones and got 15 of them. You need 15 of 4 different kinds of stones to awaken one character one time. The game board is interesting, but then every fight is the same. And the skill level up system is dumb.

Beautiful, dark, atmospheric game with a good storyline, stunning graphics and design BUT with frustrating game mechanics. The game is predictably too grindy and the shop prices are INSANELY expensive. The storyline is also buried under tons of grinding quests. Only worth playing if you're into hardcore PVP and spending big money and even then there is little sense of achievement.

i keep getting unknown error as well. i thought i was the only one. after update this is crazy. i just got Christine an hr ago thank you. I watched a you tube video and restarted the game and the unknown error popped up. I've been playing the game for a while now. I'm enjoying it but not anymore. i deleted it. now redownloading it. lets see what happens. if i can't play i will give a 1 start rating absolutely.

The game is absolutely lovely in terms of graphics and gameplay but in my personal experience, and within an hour of the game, it crashed 6 times already. I was looking forward to the game play, the characters, hours being out into this game but the repeated crashing just draws me away from the game more and more. Please, fix this issue. I even set the settings to the lowest as possible to try and play the game

Heir of Light is awesome! I've been playing for almost a year now and I have no plans of stopping anytime soon. Granted, the game can get really grindy but that's to be expected when you get to the higher levels. It's F2P friendly because they do a lot of events and free items. I really like that they thought into the lore for the characters but I wish the storyline was a bit more in depth.
