I'm unsure if this is how to go about letting you know the problem I'm having with this game.. it takes forever to load and once it gets to 100% and changes screens it just stays on the what looks like clouds on the screen but never goes past that anymore. Please help me I love playing this game..

I really loved this game but I can no longer open the app it loads and goes to the cloud screen then sends me back to my phone's home page. I have uninstalled and reinstalled game. I have cleared data and cache but nothing is working. Everytime I want to play this game it bugs out.

Iam having issues opening the app. Just started today. Right before the event expires and i have grease lightning x2 and helping hands or whatever cuts your work time in half going right now. Its only good for so long... ugh! Other then that Its awesome!

I used to play this game back before they locked half of the swatches. Now only basic designs and colours are available. Still a great game but you level up too slowly without spending real money.

Newest update makes you watch animations of completed projects a second time when you go to select new tasks. Signifigantly slows down game play making it less enjoyable.

Was awesome, so many new issues now. With new additions. Partnerships happening, but nothing is working together so it's now a headache. But YAY! Dublin was added, and more options added.

Is a fun game but I HATE that you have to use hearts to unlock new staging styles. Also the amount of hearts is too high it makes you either have to save for ages or you can buy more hearts.

I have been playing this game for a very long time. But now I'm stuck in London re doing it for the third time new towns have not been done yet. So it's very irritating. Just wish the developers would lick it down and get the new towns done. I'm fixing to uninstall the game if I have to do London again. So please let us gamers know when this is going to happen. This has been my favorite game for years, but when I got a new phone (Samsung A21) it stopped working. The game will not open. I've talked to customer support and still nothing. I've updated my phone, Uninstaller, installed again, and it still won't open. I'm just going to uninstall and be done. It's a shame. It was a great game. I don't have this issue with any other game or app.

I love this app. I haven't played it in a year. So I downloaded it so I could start playing it again but it will not open. It downloads then goes to a white screen. I have tried everything ,clearing cashe, clearing data and I've sent a message to Fun-gi but have not heard back from them. If anyone can help would you please contact me. This is the best game I've ever played and I really would like to play it again.

I FINALLY made it to Seattle, and now the game won't open at all. When it does finally start to open it states that YOUR SERVER HAS LOST A CONNECTION TO MINE. IT IS YOUR SERVER, NOT MINE! I HAVE RESTARTED EVERYTHING ELECTRONIC, AND STILL NOTHING. I have spent so much REAL MONEY to buy hearts so I could unlock the different styles of design. FIX THIS

I have been playing this game for a long time constantly. Today I'm experiencing it not opening. I see white screen for a long time. I played it yesterday. Is any problems or glitches. I even uninstall and install again and I'm still getting the same issues and its says can't be placed.

I came back to playing this game after a long time, only to find now I can't even do sets for clout! I get through the first one of five and then the game crashes and it resets it all over again. Please fix this issue, otherwise the rating will be the same.

Its dumb...you can never go off on your own there is always 2 people telling you what 2 do and how 2 do it!!???? I want 2 be able 2 do it on my own and not have someone show me how 2 do it over and over again. Not worth your time and the ads are rediculace???? This app need lots of work sadly ☹ Honestly wouldn't have given it a star at all

It's been about 8 hours since my game keep saying "lost connection" (and no, it's not my wifi). Earlier this morning code error was 108, then it's code 79, now it's code 41. It keeps restarting over and over. I've contacted your team via email but I got no respond yet.

It can be a good game but there's lots of waiting around. I install a new bed and wait for 5 min. And there's only 3 tasks I can perform at a time. It takes lots of time to earn hearts and buy more help.

It is irritating. Each time I update the toilet... The updated sink reverts back to the original sink, and vice versa. That is a flaw. Most irritating is having to wait 30 seconds for each item to update the new item you choose. Why do you waste our TIME like that? There is***no point***in making people wait 20-30 seconds for EACH item to change. BORING GAME.
