Cash grab. You'll have fun for 1 day, then you'll get bombarded with premium stuff. A lot of content is paywalled, and the price tags are ridiculously high. 20~50 bucks to unlock 1 character and some new crafts, while you still have to pay a monthly 15 to make the game not a boring drag. Also, the "idle" part doesn't mean "Close the game and come back later to some offline progress" but "stare at your screen until crafting is done to start the next batch".

Great game that has all the right tools to be one of the best... Except for an aggresive pay wall that out right blocks you from making some category of product if you don't pay. If it isn't removed, I think the game will die faster than you can say " Fallout 76"...

This game is good pretty, and fun. But guys pls.... 11€/MONTH???. Paying the game makes it so easy, with all advantages you get, but 10€ a month is really really expensive. This isn't even a competitive game, so why is it so expensive?? That costed 1 star only, bcs this is the only disadventage of the game, it's nearly perfect otherwise.

Bon jeu mais createurs greedy. Vraiment, comptez 30 euros pour l'experience de jeu complete (debloquer la magie et les flingues après 4-5h de jeu) La tour de mage peut etre debloquer sans argent avec beaucoup de patience mais pas le second. A part ça, c'est un honnete pay-to-win. Si vous avez la patience, vous pouvez faire 90% du jeu sans passer à la caisse. Mais si vous etes completiste, payez autant que pour un jeu console. Bon 'petit jeu' dans l'ensemble mais il n'en merite pas autant.

2025/08 update: within the last year there was an update and now the game periodically disconnected from game server and reboots the app. it happens enough that I've had to lower the rating. the game remains one of the best games I've played, with no ads at all and lots of updates but the disconnections are very frustrating. original review: This game is fantastic! No ads at all! Hooray!

Money scam. Interesting little shop game geared more toward questing heroes than the shop. The questing is where the big scam is. You break gear at an alarming rate even if you buy their add on to reduce it. You have to acquire repair kits or junk the item unless you pay the them $10 a month then you can repair with gold. The break rate is so high that the game is almost impossible after a certain point unless you pay them.

Great game, but not being able to repair broken gear with gold makes this game essentially pay to play. Subscribing to Premium should give a discount to repairing gold with gear, you should be able to repair your gear with gold without having to subscribe. Other than that is a great passive game.

This game started out fun, but then they started trying to get you to spend money on some of the shops. About half of them are locked behind pay walls, and you can't use them unless you buy each one separately. And I think they range anywhere from $10 to $20 a person! And we are talking real cash here. Now, if there was a way to get them without spending real money, I would give this I higher rating. But with half the workers behind a pay wall, and I only have 9 avaliable that I can use...

Casual shop manager that ramps up in difficulty. it's pretty good to kill time. You don't need to buy any of the bundles or microtransactions but obviously they certainly help if you're the type who doesn't mind spending money. around level 30 that's when the game really starts opening up and then grind begins for real because most tier four and five recipes require one or two basic ingredients and one special ingredient that you can only earn from quests higher many Heroes and keep questing!

A much welcomed replacement for shop heroes since it shut down. It's almost the same game down to the crafting, fusion, and crafting with slight differences. The packs are a little pricey, and I have yet to pay for one. You can certainly be an f2p player, although it is indeed a little bit harder to gain stuff. Overall, though, I do love this game. :^)

For the first time, I'm about to start buying! With time and patience, like in all great games over the years, you can earn almost all the same things in-game as if you spent your hard earned cash. I've played the game for about 2 years now, and besides a few categories of craftables, I've been exploring pretty much everything here. The guilds always have entirely welcoming members, too. The passes, while not providing all items for free, let's you obtain AT LEAST half the content with diligence

So this game is fun, don't get me wrong. I play it daily and love the online systems, art style, general mechanics. But I'm gonna have to dock 2 stars for 2 pretty big reasons. 1 being performance issues. I did think it was just my phone being slow, but this game even struggles at times on my GAMING computer. I can play AAA games flawlessly, but not this one? My 2nd reason is the in-app purchases. WHY are there (MANY) $15+ purchases? Every worker unlock is like buying a whole indie game.

Word of warning: it's a free game; play it for free. It starts with an update. I'm still under the impression that, first and foremost, this is a mobile game. Now I can't play it on the device I had previously been playing it on. Customer support is where the second and bigger issue lies. I contacted support and after verifying issues on my end, I was asked if I could play it on steam. Then it's not a mobile game. I can't have my laptop everywhere like I can my phone. Great game, no support.

This game is a gem. Top tier gameplay, no ads, strong community and 100% F2P friendly. I also love the artstyle and the fact that every item has a 3D model with a funny/lore description- they're very inspirational. Very addictive, although during short periods of time. I have been flabbergasted for years that this game hasn't devolved into ad madness one bit. One of the best games in the App Store. I can't thank it enough. I admire how this game works a whole lot.

For sure the best shop management game around! The only SUPER annoying thing is the item distribution system into the display items You're constantly trying to suggest an item, realize it's not on display for whatever reason and then have to go and do it manually Usually replacing an item that's double or triple on display for whatever reason

balanced. you can play this game 100% without spending money. after 2+ years of playing i did buy all the shop characters but never felt like I had to. I still play without the sub. after upgrading phone, I don't have any random server drops. you can also play with your steam account on pc.

Last updates have the effect of nerfing long term players. Instead of adding new challenges the developers literally made existing challenges tougher. It used to be reasonable to compete for top spots with the monthly subscription and occasional pack, this is no longer the case, and they've split the packs out so if you want the decent (no longer good) prizes from contests you must also buy gems. Though there is still opportunities for free gems, the freebies which made this non p2p are remove

The game is good, but it can be better. Most specially in crafting option where the game mostly revolves. It needs filter. I need more info not just a mini button just to check information of item one by one, and if you mistap it, it'll automatically craft one item. ? So how about an option to filter where you can sort their level in ascending order or their crafting time for example. I still like the game, it's a chill game.

It is a nice casual game to play. My only complaint with the game is that the item repair kits are locked behind a paywall. you can make repair kits but only once a month without paying during the full moon event. Even with some of the special modifications that you can make normally to decrease the item breakage they break all the time. you would think that you could pay for this with gold but it's locked behind a paywall. Fix the item breakage problem and it is 5 stars.

My favorite mobile game I've ever played. It just checks all the boxes for me and I can't get enough. I've been playing (mostly) daily for about 6 months now and I don't foresee anything changing. The devs are constantly updating the game with new content and events, so everything stays fresh. 10/10

edit: 2025 it keeps crashing. not really playable :( been playing this on PC for years. super excited to be able to play the same acct on my phone. yes you can pay money for extras but you don't have to. if you have impulse control issues w money then I wouldn't buy but otherwise it's a lot of fun

Very well built game. It's good for killing time and can get addicting. Also was nice to see a game give back when they had technical difficulties and give you something for your troubles. When it was only a minor inconvenience of 10 minutes! EDIT- Still playing 4 years later

Honestly, it's not a bad game. however, the fact that there are multiple, and I mean easily in the double digits, microtransactions that cost $15+. on top of the monthly premium that they try to offer you. it would cost well over $200 just to unlock the game.

Effortless cross platform between steam and Google play, perfect! Run a shop, quest to collect components, guild events. Pretty simple concept, somewhat idle at times. The permanent upgrade micro transactions are actually not too bad, though the subscription is not worth it!
