The recent Easter update has the game freezing, crashing, it keeps saying that it disconnected because of my internet connection. That is a lie. My internet is fine. When the game reboots and I can get back in, it is downloading data. The game has taken 2.6 gig of space in a week. As soon as I log in, the pop up appears and I am disconnected again and more data downloads. Don't waste your time or 2.6 gigs of space in your phone.

The game is fun to play however has major major issues. I haven't been able to load the game for 4 days now due to a "lost connection", even though my Internet is working perfectly with other games. Contacting support is a dead end as they don't not reply. Its a shame really that I'll have to uninstall because of this. *Update* The game only seems to work after clearing the cache u0026 reinstalling. This however only works temporarily, each time it crashes I have to clear cache and reinstall.

I love this game. The only thing I dislike about it is how you really need to spend a good amount of money to progress. In the beginning you don't really have to. But as you upgrade Chief gear, heroes, settlement etc... It gets very very costly. You can certainly have fun as a free to play person especially if you like going at your own pace. Get into a good alliance (top 10 is advisable)and you'll be set. I just wish they helped out of free to play a little bit more.

The story is fairly interesting. It is worth reading through and was thought out well. Game wise, all the basics are here, but that is it. The hero mode takes very minimal strategy vs some other games. It gets boring and tedious. City wise, there are very limited options and not much to do. You only can have one city and it gets old fast. Events are entertaining, but only to take the monotony away from having little else to do with other content.

Cash cow!! Good game, lots of variety however one major drawback.. to progress quickly you need to start splashing the cash. Game is too boring otherwise. Let's put it into perspective, you may think that £80 for a console game is a lot, but the right one will bring many hours of gameplay. To even stand a chance on this mobile game you need to spend spend spend.. A poor skin for a march around £35 to even stand a chance for a permanent settlement skin during an event in excess of £100. Not good

Fun game and easy to play without paying for anything. One big downside is the battery usage while having the app open... honestly I've never had a game that goes through battery life as fast as this game. So don't play if you're battery is low, you'll end up with a dead phone really quick...

The game can be fun, but the new event SUCKS. It shows that the developers are just after your money. There's this "digging" component that is timed. In order to be competitive you are forced to use advanced relocators, stamina supplies, march speedups, and march recalls. The event does not resupply any of that so why else would they do it than to get people to spend money. It's sad and it caused multiple members of my group to quit the game.

The game and community are good. Missions and events are fun and engaging. The only major downfall is how much you'll actually have to pay to win at this game. To unlock all rewards for some events you will have to pay. New characters are released you'll have to pay for them. Once you unlock all the free to play characters you'll keep getting the fragments required to level them up even though they are at the max. They have a recycle event which let's you trade those fragments but only so much.

I've been enjoying this game. But since I'm a higher level player, each time when we finish Intel mission or hero searches, the same old fragments of the characters that we don't even use keeps piling up. We have so much more characters now, and we need updates where we get fragments from those missions as well. Otherwise it is not worth it. So many of the people are quitting because of the lack of update but I don't want to, so please consider refreshing the fragments for the daily missions.

This game should come with a bunch of warnings. 1. Freemium - Where Free to Play will never match Pay to Play. 2. Constant issues during events. Playing a nice event during the weekend, NO YOU'RE NOT! Server lag, enemy players hidden but can attack you and stuff just disappearing. 5th generation heroes, puff gone! You paid for them? Meh. The compensation for these issues is less than you'll earn playing for 3 days, a lot lot less. The only positive is that you can find some decent people.

The game play is well done. There are plenty of events as well. The game designers did an amazing job. But it takes days to months to level up stuff and gather supplies. Then if you get attacked, you can loose most of the supplies. There is nothing that stops higher levels from destroying lower level players. It takes the fun out of trying to play when some high level makes you start from scratch daily. No thank you.

edit to original post: game has stopped working. wont open and load. i did get it to load today, but it promptly froze....am uninstalling....complete waste of time!!! absolutely adore this game! you can play for hours on end and still have things to do or you can pop in and just play in spirts, whatever your gaming preferance is.

Updating my review. New game update was pushed which corrected my issue. This had never happened to me in the last 2 years of playing this game so I felt it was widespread resulting from lack of testing. The game has a great UI, improvements are made regularly. The game does get a little repetitive, and when it does, you will have to spend some $$. Version .1269 has loading problems. Please push an update soon. Long time player. Will update rating once rectified. Thanks.

Great game but eventually the more you level up. All you mostly do is just wait for upgrades to finish and it gets longer and longer the more you increase your HQ. Waiting for DAYS for it to level up is getting tiring and takes the fun out of it. It would be great if the maximum time was maybe a day. I'm currently waiting for 3 days to upgrade HQ so I can upgrade the rest.

Even though I've only started playing it, it's been so fun, and it's like the adds I've always seen about it, not any diffrent, not like all the fake adds that every developer does just to bring everyone in. I love this game and I can't believe I've been ignoring it for so long!!!

Decent game, been playing for over a year but the latest update doesn't seem to work well. Atleast three times a week I've to uninstall and reinstall the game as it says that there's a connection error which isn't the case, very tedious. Hopefully this can be resolved ASAP as it's a good game

Please fix the game server for the game to be playable. I really love this game, but it's been freezing, lagging and unable to connect like now. My phone isn't old and this is common for everyone. I'm trying everything, to clear app cache, reinstall and restarting phone. Thanks a lot!

I'd give this game 4 out of 5, as it's generally a good game with one glaring issue. If you have a life, a semblance of a life or something similar that does not include looking at a phone all the time, by all means force disable notifications from this game. It'll send you thousands upon thousands of notifications each day, and tbh no matter how addicted you might be, the world is a better place without them. (Exaggerations might occur) Besides this, it's actually a decent game.

I have been playing this game for a while now and while I do like the platform and the gaming experience, I did notice that there hasn't been much support for the players in game. I have had experienced many players leave the game, especially women, because they were bullied out of the game...some were plainly harassed in some cases almost to the point of making it a sexual. There is little that has been done to prevent this from happening ans there has been no reply from the support center.

The lag in this game for me is completely unacceptable. I can't do anything, trap, horde, kill mobs, and just forget it if I try to chat while doing any of those things. Stop breaking the game with every update. I do not want to to log in anymore because of the stress that comes with not being able to do anything. And don't reply here telling me to clear my cache!!!

Lately very bad! At the beginning the game flow with no glitches and lags. I spent money in game and now I can't even open it anymore. It shows me that I have no internet connection and beside that it shows "exception_1000050". I hope you solve it very quick or return the money I spent.

Great overall.gets a bit repetitive but not a huge problem. You guys need to work some in the graphics addi a bit more action. Such as the monsters. I found the sound a bit low even when you increase the volume manually. Also a good thing about it is that it is easy to grasp even though it has lots of stuff . It took a couple of days to learn most of it and the rest needed 3 more days to understand it even more,but still learning things. All the best and thank you

The ONLY cons about this game are it requires you to spend a LOT of money if you want to become big, and You must have stamina , but you dont have the ability to get much of it. You get 1 stamina every 300 seconds. It takes 8-10 stamina to use your intel. You also get 80 stamina every 8 hours. (If you don't get it before the 8 hrs is up you lose out on it.) 25 stamina for a rally and 30 for plague zone. I would play this game a LOT more if I didn't run out of stamina so fast.

More exciting than Angry Birds. Has a hankering 2 get your money a lot. Towards the upper levels upgrades take an EXTREMELY long time that at times that's all you are doing is waiting 4 things to upgrade. They mix it up with new activities, so that helps. You HAVE 2 be part of an alliance, so this is not a solo game. Good graphics. Stupid storyline. The longer I play the more frustrated I've become. Getting 2 complicated, expensive, and confusing.

This is decent game, good past timer, great graphics. The biggest concern I have this game isn't all phone friendly, it lags so much I can't even do a solo fight without dieing I have to rely on auto fight. It lags everything i do I don't have time for it to load just for me to farm. The notification on this game way to overwhelming, I don't need to know conversation in my guild, it drowns out the ones I need to know not all the damn "hey". Aside from that it would be a great game for me to play

Decent game for a advertised game. Gotta really work on player control with Biocaps. Like, despite them getting tired of the notification, its best that they're aware and not mistakenly spend their biocaps on instant progress if they were actually gonna spend the speed up items. (Personal experience) More zombie apocalypse crossovers games please.

Challenging and simple at the same time. Great game of territory, fighting, and control and a different way to make friends... or foes! ***Update - 4/14/21*** Removed 1 star because program bugs are starting to add up and become annoyingly distracting to your game play. I've submitted more than a handful of issues that remain unresolved and I just don't understand why. The pay to win ratio is out of this world and yea you can say it is optional but let me tell you it is not I have played for 1 year and the more you play the less fun it gets due to the amount of money you have to spend and on top of that stupid easy bugs are not fix cuz there is no profit for them to fix they just add new stuff so we can spend even more instead of fixing the already present stuff they don't care about the people playing they care only about the MONEY. I don't know what other people below are complaining about. You do have the option to spend money yes but you don't have to it's called be patient play it and do the work. It takes time but youll get a lot without buying anything over time. I placed a ticket for a game glitch that cost me a tremendous amount of game resources. I never heard back from customer support. I placed a ticket April 11th and at the time of this writing on April 15th 2021, I haven't heard one word from customer support. They have the worst, most atrocious, least compassionate, and least understanding customer service team i have ever come across. This software company, Kings Group, puts profits before people. I will be filing a complaint with Google Play.

Having played lots of similar style games, SoS is prettier and has lots of gameplay involved that does not require the spending of money. However, if your in a guild that wants to push for the top spots in the many events that are held, you will need to splash the cash to make an impact. Personally I'm enjoying the game as a non payer.

Fine game, it.is nakedly pay to win, but it is fun even if you don't use money as is my case). Mechanics is a bit simplistic - armies are just boulders bashing each other with picks. Better troops are bigger boulders with bigger picks. Only chiefs and heroes gives some variation. - and there is no tatics to speak of. Just send the biggest, highest tier army you cannd hope for the best. The base building aspect is better, there is really some tatics you can employ there on what buildings to up.

The game is nice, but the memory is so big. When I downloaded it , it was already 1 Gb, as I continue to play the game and get updates it grew more than 2 gb . And the rank in the alliance is base on the leader I hope there will be missions to rank up,since our leader is not that active. I think I will have to uninstalled it ????.

The game is addicting. The upgrade of each structures were quick. I just want to suggest that the game should be friendly too. Like it will be sync to facebook, so that you can invite your friends to war as well. You can invite them too in your alliance. Overall, the game is great. Just improve some neatness in the tools, hide them in one tab, and, sort them all.

Just another tap and wait...repetitive, boring gameplay. New "features" are just different ways of presenting the same thing. Interesting enough to tap a couple things throughout the day at work or before falling asleep but little more. There are dedicated alliances that are pretty hooked on the game but "strength" is just who wants to be more focused on their tap-n-waits or pay to wait less. Strategy? Minimal at best.

But if something were to happen to it, their help desk is pathetically useless! be prepared to go for days without even an attempt to resolve your issue for days! sometimes forever. if i didn't spent so much resources on it I was going to delete it entirely. Overall in concept, it is for those who enjoy strategy games with bite a enjoyable experiance. however, something is missing. story line and missions are good, however too many events clustered together in which new players are unable to participate.. time at school, home, work, well we get the fact there is a need to make money in all this.. luckily for the developers, some of us enjoy a challenge. This game is absolutely "pay-2-win" in every way possible. Everything worth doing in the game costs money. The only thing that has kept me hanging around is the ppl in my alliance. KingsGroup is the most greedy group of devs Ive ever come across. Customer support is the absolute worst. They are everything wrong with the gaming industry. This game is INSANELY unbalanced! You're fighting people that have spent 20-30.000 USD while yourself is being held back since you don't pay! Max gear: 4th level out of 14. Legendary heroes requires HUNDREDS of days of farming. All other functions are pay to win as well. I have 250 days in this game, spending hours every day - Still I'm a useless pleb! Be warned! This is a P2W, and a player that pays can crush you over and over again until you leave the game. Devs don't listen to the community!

Fun game BUT once you reach a certain point growth is almost impossible without many purchases. We shouldn't HAVE to buy chief maps just to progress our gear. The hero gear maps are found through trap which is nice, just a slow process. And badges are found through CC which again is nice, but slow. Please give us other ways to get chief gear maps...you need so many and they are very expensive to buy. other than that the game gives you plenty of activities to do. WAY TOO MANY PURCHASE EVENTS TOO
