Love that it is pretty much an ad free game and the graphics and game play are great, but the levels you have to go through before you can upgrade the houses are too far apart. I like games that work toward a goal but if that goal is few and far between all the hoops you have jump through to achieve that goal, then I get bored and end up uninstalling.

Please fix the connection error issue. Since I finished all the houses. I decided to work on the mansion levels. As you know, you lose progress if you fail a level. Recently I have failed levels and lost boosters and ice cream due to this issue. Boosters aren't cheap and you have to wait hours before the ice cream truck comes back. I really like the game but this is annoying. Also what is the point of having an alternate way to get chef hats if it doesn't work? It's a total RIP off.

Game has a glitch. I would give it 5 stars but game has a bug. Food is prepared according to the customers request and is served. Customer has received the food, but the order is still pending with the customer still. And this is in just in Level 1!! Uninstalling the game.

Its a good game Easy to make coins for upgrades, dont require real money to move up in the game quickly. One downside is if you have lots of coins in one house game, when that one is finished and you go to the other house the coins dont transfer, so you have to start over each time

Would be better if you could purchase hats with earned coins..makes it impossible to advance without purchase. Also no longer receiving the video for an extra 30 secs either. Seems fairer getting some extra hats and coins for watching videos, but now have finished the game...

Nice game and concept..very entertaining game and different style than other cooking game. Looking forward on new updates. Wish that there's more recipe and mini games / events..keep up the goodwork

Fun Game! Plenty of coin ops, bonus and giveaways. However, don't double tap by accident it thinks you are using the trash can and you'll lose a turn. But still worth the download. Very fun!

The game is fun but after level 12 it keeps crashing. I'm so glad I didn't spend any money yet. I would be livid. Fix the bugs in the game!!!

Great game! Its just hard enough. Some of the cooking games are impossible but this one is just right! Some of the graphics are hard to see. Like is that cheese on the nachos or just beans. But its my favorite cooking game! Keep up the good work! Still my favorite! Back again to say this is still my favorite game!! Cant wait for more levels!

Absolutely love this cooking game! Even though I lost all my 70 "ice pops" u0026 ice cream cones when I updated last, I still give it 5 stars. I love that you can watch an AD to continue instead of starting over and spending Chef Hats, some levels I have had to use both options but not many at all. I've finished all levels even the VIP ones so I'm excited to get more!!!

Thanking you for a terrific game which never gets boring with all the new restaurants. In one update the ads were not appearing as an option to use instead of spending hats to continue, needless to say, this was very disappointing, but it has been 'fixed'...so, I'm going to keep playing this game because it is awesome!

I've been enjoying this ???? for several months now it's different then other restaurant games. My experience has been exciting and challenging I really ❤ the new content (BOUNS) that can be played every 3hrs. It's an AWSOME way to earn coins for equipment upgrades making it easier to level up 5 star approval in my opinion Thanks developers ???????? !!!!

Great game! I spend $$ sometimes but you don't actually have to. You get 5 hearts which refresh every 30 mins, and hats that allow you to save yourself in the games. I think its fair, and keeps you interested. If you run out of hearts and hats often, go to the park breathe the fresh air and walk!

It takes way too long to regain hearts to play again and then the 30 minute timer restarts after 30 minutes then making you wait a whole hour just to be able to play again.... You lose a heart for running out of customers when you serve everyone who comes out.... The timed games go way too fast for how slow the customers come out.... A lose lose situation. Smh!

They make some levels impossible without spending actually currency! How are you supposed to pass a level when you don't even get 20 customers for 20 likes?? Or serve 45 dishes yet everyone only orders 1 item so you have to use hats, but then you get levels like listed above and can't earn anymore hats! Make levels possible and I'll be gladly to change my rating and review!

Lots of fun to play. It keeps me on my toes to make sure I have enough protein cooked. The neat thing is the protein cooks fast. Fast paced game. Really enjoying. Recommend this game to anyone who likes fast paced games

I posted yesterday and it has disappeared ???? so I'll try this again! You do have to pay money to move up. I sent email on how to play the VIP section didnt get any help..I've been playing for at least a year dont get addicted like I did

Most of the time it won't serve the plates as I make them for the order. It ends up with the customer leaving and me losing the round even though I made the order correctly and have tapped the plate multiple times trying to get it to serve. Uninstalling this game! Too many aggravation!

Glitches cost lives and should be fixed. Also....i earn coins that cant carry over to a new renovation. I have spent money on this game to lose what i paid for. And im being alerted to cook off and there is nothing new. All boards are done on all 3 levels and there are coins i cant use on each level. So disappointed!!!!

Fun game but got to the 3rd "theme" and when I touched the food to give to a customer, the food disappeared. I even tried remaking it but it still wouldn't let me give it to them. Ended up losing all my lives by quiting because I was failing the levels because the customer left.

I play this game daily. It's really good for taking your mind off work etc. I've so far completed all the different themes. I can't wait for something new to arrive on there. I love the graphics etc. It's my favourite game!

I am dissapointed with the game. They make offers and do not hold up their end of the Bargain. I participated in a offer to download and play solitaire Grand Harvest reach level ten and win 3,945 chef hats. I completed the levels and received nothing I contacted both apps solitaire said to contact the app that made the offer. I contacted virtual family cook off only To be told they cant do anything. Highly disapointed and a waste of time.

Constantly have to restart because an error alert keeps coming up. On top of that when that occurs i loose a life whether or not i have completed the round or during the round. I already had to loose my FULL 3 STARS 1-76 when the entire game reset to the very 1st level. THIS IS A FUN GAME BUT ITS BEGINING TO FRUSTRATE ME.

Really fun game for the first few reno projects. After that the game makes it impossible to complete levels without putting money into the game. ex.) they don't give you enough customers to beat the level.

Good, but don't like that you now have to get 70 envelopes to get a second chance! 50 would have been an acceptable amount if it must be increased.

Time clock purchase not working. I've purchased this three maybe four times with my hats and nothing appears when I purchase them so I'm losing time and hats and hearts- very discouraging to play this game now. Also if the game freezes i lose a ❤. I've lost too many chef hats and hearts ???? ???? ????

I loved this game until they took away that extra 30 seconds it actually helped to try and complete the level im on the 6th house and I can't seem to get past the second lot of food and im not spending money. Please bring that help back this was my favorite game.

Got in touch with contact support and they just fob you off, they're no help at all and make excuses! Almost everyone has some reason to complain but the developers don't care! Am deleting, it's not worth wasting my time on it when you get no reasonable answer!

After the update yesterday, on some levels I push to give the guest food but it doesn't work so I lose guest or lose the level and lives. It is very annoying. Had gave a 5 star review now changed it due to this horrible issue

It's a great game to play. Unfortunately at like level 65, if you aren't spending real money to buy boosts for more customers or you can't pass the extra levels.

Overall pretty good. Some of the timed games make it hard to get to the next level without spending money or doing slot of bonuses. Also the timed games some of the guest come too slow.
