There are many reasons to like about Baseball Superstar 20. If you've played any of the past games, this is right up your alley and is chalk full of so much content I swear it's not possible to get through it all. The game is great, there are a good amount of freebies, give it a chance if you have been looking for a baseball game!

I absolutely love this game! I played the original versions when I was in high school too and they were also really fun. There's so many ways to make your team unique. Making lots of players is so much fun. I love the art style. The game play is really simple to learn, and there's loads of different special abilities to unlock so it never gets boring or repetitive. You can get lost in this game for HOURS.

First time ever writing a review for a game.. This game brings me so much nostalgia from a Japanese game, Jikkyo Powafulu Yakyuu. Played with my roommate in college who was from Japan. I always wanted to play more but they never made an English version. This game has all the concepts from that game and better yet, they do a wonderful job translating it into English. I love the RPG aspect of making your own characters and building them up. It's a great game, trust me guys. Hours and hours of fun

I've been a fan of this game series since Baseball Superstars 2010. I'm very excited to see what this new game can bring... so far so good I can tell you that. Updating: In love with the game. Great game overall. As long as there is an equal chance for free to play players.

I don't usually play sports games, cause they tend to bore me. This one though. Has felt me playing for hours. It's more of a team management sim, but you can also play innings as well. As either a pit her or batter. All in all an amazing game

Batter control revamp completely ruins this game, it's impossible to hit with advanced controls and one hit batting isn't fun, you swing hoping you get it. Change it back

This game is a very good game I like how you can have different abilities that use so you can hit better hit so the home runs are actually pretty good they're easier to get this is why I love this game and also it's kind of cool where you can change your characters and the more armor they have the more stronger they are and well I have a lot of armor for them it's more easier to get coins and stuff like that for your character

Why is it when i complete a base dice mission it does not add to my total amount of swings? Is this a bug? This bug will cost me the 1000 gem reward which i wont be able to get because of the bug.

Ok third time writing this review because apparently someone keeps on deleting it. I reinstalled the game twice and it won't even run. All the games content was showing the company logo then crash. P. S. I'll keep on putting this review even if you keep on deleting it.

great game best baseball game my only thing is make it a little simpler meaning all the conversions from this to that it should notify u like u have a deficit at this position u can upgrade this trainer and and make a my plaer for him and u should be able to put some input as to how u want ur steam boy gen player to come out like skill havy g point heavy to even str and other stat also how by for my player mood with coins or gems be able to train multi player same season

Very engulfing..easy to control ..create players and use them on lineup ..upgrade them as you're developing them ..great visuals and graphics...I think I'm getting addicted . Haha..

Wonderful game different from the others wish there was a long story mode like in the other games but i do like getting new trainers lowkey pay to win at times but its still really fun regardless and even the pvp functions are good

I feel as if you all just made more work for yourselves. Everything you had from before was perfect. The characters had substance and were likable instead of just being shallow trainers. The created character actually felt like he had a dream and was working hard to succeed with his team. Back in the time of Baseball Superstars II, I kept replaying the game because I needed to see all the routes and liked the story aspect. But for this game, it's just make a characters and use him elsewhere.

The game throws homage the original version by including a few of the characters from the old versions. It brings back alot of nostalgia and I really want to give it five star because it is in my opinion a great game. Sadly, this nostalgia reminds me of how mobile games have all fallen in to the same moneygrabbing design which is made apparent very quickly, especially in pvp. For this reason, I would have to say I prefer the original versions. Ditch the pay to win for 5 stars.

I'll edit the 5 star rating that I gave you weeks ago. This game frequently updates, you can't enjoy it without the massive storage that they were requiring you to have. They had updated the game like once in 2 weeks and it's always 1Gb of update. It kinda sucks at this point and will be uninstalling it.

Great Game, Horrible Play by Play Announcer. The play by play announcer is a joke. I have to shut off the volume, I can't stop laughing. His repetitive words are ridiculous. A short pop fly he says it's deep its looks like it's outta here. He calls the ball a hit even before its caught for an out. Otherwise it's a fun game and easy to hit and pitch. However an option to save box scores of games played is absent. I would have given 5 stars but something must be done about the announcer.

This game is possibly the best on game on the appstore. I already spent 100 hours playing, and it never gets boring. Great job Gamevil. For those wondering if it's pay to win it isn't, you just need to spend more time waiting for the diamonds to build up, I personally have no problem supporting the companies of the games I play.

I never would have guessed I'd get more baseball superstars but here it is . The basic game play loop is fun just like the games of old and many old characters are here . Batting can feel pretty smooth and hitting a homerun is always a treat . To me however it isnt very fateful to the old design, with how teams are built, pvp is done and to me the biggest disappointment is the 3d graphics and the downgrade to pitching. No more flashy corner box throws for me . But GG. Try it

The game is very fun and I have played their games for years, but with the amount of loading screens and "Deals" to purchase in-game items or currency, my bowel movement is finished and I have to go back to work. It's very unfortunate and cuts the times I play time in half.

Please let the game download in the background, first impression with the in game update is hell. Overall good game for training players and then raise the team to the top. Generosity help new players a lot, keep it up. No female player to be customized and trained is a waste of potential. PVE Club activities like joined team with couple of player from the member to attend Galaxy League or any great name for it. Or a mode with borrowed players from club mates will do to.

This is game is really good the My Player scenarios are great and the gameplay is simple yet fun at the same time though the only problem is that you need to have a stable connection otherwise your game will crash for unknown reasons whether or not if it's overheated but overall it's a good game would continue playing it.

I'd rate it higher if the drop rates for UR's were just a little better. This has always been a top tier baseball mobile game franchise.

Enjoying the game, but some of the updates, to my knowledge aren't properly explained. I would also like more micro transaction options. I don't mind spending here and there, but some of the packs are too pricey. All in all, a good game that you don't have to spend to win.

Amazing game and very fun when you get used to it. You create a character and assign them a position, then train them through a 6 game season to build stats and whatever skills you want them to have. After theyre through you can sign them to your own team to play in story mode and pvp!

Nice to see a new game but to much bloat and focus on pvp with out my batter or pitcher that made me love playing the 2012 game for years is a 2 stars and a Uninstall for me atm.

This game is fantastic. The gameplay is smooth and the graphics are amazing. Also the baseball game with commentary makes me feel that I am right now playing in the stadium. Awesome game.????????????????????

I'm playing this game for very long timen , and its was good , because my country doesn't have a baseball camp or baseball, it made me wanna try , yup also thank you for always giving as a ticket of recruit a trainer. Can we atleast keep the chick buff for starters permanent? Just for aiming and throws not the extra stats buff. Im not a hardcore player and I dont want to stress myself playing a mobile game that is supposed to be a past time :/

Game is overall pretty fun and nostalgic. My only issue is that the loading sign is stuck in the centre of my screen after playing for 1 minute. Exit and reenter to clear it and 1 minute later the loading icon pops up again whic makes it impossible to bat. As it takes up the entire hitbox of the pitch area.

1 Star. I like your game but when I recruit there's always a bug u0026 I can't tap the recruit anymore u0026 there's a pop up in the middle circling like loading u0026 it never go away. I'm dropping this game. I like it but its too Buggy for me. What a waste.

This game is abandoned and bugged, gets stuck loading, with the icon in the middle of the screen. You have to close and restart the game to fix it, and it happens A LOT. It's unplayable. Find another baseball game that isn't abandoned.

Bug prevents you from completing my player develop season. Game can't load after the end of season dialog and can't complete the player. Tried deleting players twice and re installing but nothing works.

I played the 2013 in high-school and I got to tell you this game is fun and more challenging. The need for trainers is a good concept but at the same time, it makes it too necessary because without them you can't go to a high rank and beat other player's. Other than that 9/10 One more thing I forgot to mention, the prices on the shop. They need to go down. The products are too OVERPRICED.

A lot of people are disappointed about no career mode, and yeah that's valid. This game has really nice graphics etc, but I feel like it's more formatted for tablets? I'm on my phone and the gameplay lags, certain menu buttons are extremely tiny, training just kills my phone. And my phone isnt even that old.. it's a good game, the character designs are solid but it's also a little confusing tbh even with doing the whole tutorial. Not sure what I'm doing I just wanna play baseball

I'm not sure what com2us is trying to do with the gear, it's basically unaffordable now. G30000points for special equipment???we don't get that much during a the 7weeks, unless I'm missing something? G9000points for the most basic equipment??are you adding inflation in the game? I just come back for the first time in a few months and this is not what I was expecting

I love this game. Very generous with its gacha elements and good gameplay. However, I have a few issues here and there: During the River City Route, when buying a skill discount with a golden ticket, you can sometimes get a discount for a skill that you can't learn,for example 1B's resolve discount when player is a SS, or for a skill that u have already maxed out. Also, having a more active and consistent role during classic MP instead of a fixated FullCountSP every 5 games feels restrictive.

This was my absolute favorite series, since Baseball Superstars II came out and I was playing on 3rd Gen iPod Touch.. Since Baseball Superstars 2013, the game is just going down hill. Little focus on the story, huge focus on spending real money. I'm super disappointed with you guys...I get that yall need to make money, but at least with Baseball Superstars 2012 you could play and only have to pay for one or two special items. Now, it's more Pay-To-Play instead of Pay-To-Help

Great baseball game, but the huge amount of content is absolutely overwhelming. There also doesn't seem to be a way to change your players skills or play mechanics. Once they're set your stuck with what you've got. Also takes FOREVER to upgrade trainers, get thru training camp and contests, unlock special uniforms, etc (months, with no end in sight!). Whatever man. I'll play on, but I wish easier options to level up and get the extra content was available instead of this long work-around method.

Love the game and have played the last few versions. Love the addition of the long term development, the only thing I've noticed is that the pitchers give up sooooo many walks when you skip a game. In the 5th season my pitcher has 1 hit allowed in 8 starts, with an Era of almost 3.00. But I totally understand as it's still in beta. But over the last few versions I keep coming back to this game. And I really love that I've never felt like I needed to pay to have fun.

Game is still very buggy and crashes at certain parts of the game. It could be a decent game. Graphics are good. Please do jot make it a pay to win game. Prices are too high for items in the shop. After a few updates it us now less buggy. I am upgrading my review to 4 stars. It is a really good game with very nice graphics and gameplay mechanics. The only downside is it gets too repetitive. But, overall, it is a very good game.

Such a fun game in the series and I've played a few through the years. My biggest issues are the frame drops during loading screens and mostly during games. It has an effect on batting when the game freezes up mid-pitch and then when it resumes, the pitch is either in my face or past me, resulting in an inability to swing in time or even know if the pitch is going to be a strike before it's past me. Edit: This is the device I mostly play on and the issues are there. Hopefully this helps.

This game with its my batter/pitcher mode in development is great, but literally you can play it for a day and thats all. The wall of development players being added or the roster being changed keeps you from playing it at all. I mean this past time i didnt even touch my roster and that still happened. You can move your roster you can change the players but it never works. I have to Uninstall and create a whole new account just to get 1 hour of gameplay of my batter/pitcher. Fix it please.

I've been playing this saga since the first game. I love it. This last superstars had a lot of changes, with the trainers and everything and I spent too much money already, and also too much hours farming for missions constantly. Sometimes I feel that is SO REPETITIVE. And I don't know about the others but sometimes the game is running slow. I have the feeling that in general, 2020 changes had less of arcade, of playing and have fun, and much more about get money from it. And thats sad.

Overall, the game is well made and the controls feel great. However it packs too much content and can feel intimidating. Of course players can pick and choose a few while ignoring other parts but then FOMO sets in and I've decided to give up altogether on it. Voice commentary needs improvement as it has a few errors in calling the correct plays. English commentary is also riddled with awkward expressions perhaps suffering from direct translation and needs quality control in localization.

Not sure what else you could want. Of course it is pay to win, but you don't have to pay to be competitive. Can't grind diamonds but they aren't scarce either. Graphics are great, mechanics are ok (I'm looking at you bunting) and most importantly is that the devs are really involved. This game continues to grow and get better. Also, I LOVE the references to older games. Can't wait for new my player content. A+ game!

I love the graphics and the advanced batting controls. But I'm winning by like 30 every game on planet league, it needs to be alot more challenging, maybe have settings easy, medium, hard so all ages can be happy. Also I really miss career mode. If it gets more challenging and career mode added I think it would be a 5 star to me. Till then I'll probably have to delete it:(

The crossover is cool, and im enjoying the rp element. Now that ive created a few players i can see exactly what needs to be done and how i need to go about doing it. Now its just a dive roll on getting good partners and gear. Update: haven't played for a while but would still recommend this, very good artwork, smooth controls, and a decent "campaign story" with multiple different stories.
