This is not a phone friendly game. The graphics are too small and many of the buildings are by and large, indistinguishable from each other. But the upsetting part is the 1 gb of data it ate up in 1 week! That's crazy.. Just why?????? I play a similar type of game, about 50x more than I played this in its not even at 400mb... You could also stand to easy up in the offers, everywhere u look there's and offer for sale, it just adds to the confusion and clutter of the game. Very disappointing.

New issue popped up. Old issue demanding phone permission is still there. Now when I load the game it tells me an update is available. Click the button and it takes you to Google Play Store. No update, just uninstall or play. Click play and the cycle restarts. UPDATE Uninstalled and reinstalled. Game started working again. I'll play a while longer and see what else develops. Then, who knows.

UPDATE: My review was about the server instability and that the game kept on crashing and other people had the same problems. Well Big Huge Games is now taking action since they had responded to my review. If this bangs and goes off pleasantly I will be sure to keep spending my money here. Hoping the best for this game since it was really frustrating.

Something wrong with the server, im using Samsung A70 6GB RAM, 4G+ signal, but somehow in this game i always had a connection issue. The last time i played this game (months ago) the problem was i often got disconected in the middle of the battlefield, but now... Every single time, even outside the battlefield i had this connection issues.

This is the WORST GAME I HAVE EVER PLAYED IN MY LIFE!! I hate this game. Whenever I search for an opponent and start attacking, it shows Network Connection Error even when I sit right next to the dongle. And BOOM. All my tactics, troop tactics, troops, mercenaries, requested troops all gone! PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS ROTTEN GAME!????????????????

It's... ok. The gameplay on its own is standard, but the battle connection can fault out and you lose troops which take ridiculously long times to train. What sealed this at 2 stars to me is the disgusting amount of pay to win. $20 to join a short event to gain some extra in game troops, let alone other predatory purchase problems.

Had a bad experience for following their instructions ABT in-app purchase fail leading to an inaccessible account which is in Industrial age. Forcing me to start over from Dawn Age and new account. If in case they still manage to somehow restore ur acct and still face some issues, you are again diverted to their troubleshooting steps! It's like going in circles only to realise they don't have any idea how to solve ur problem. Stop playing than run in circles. Worst cust support ever. Period.

Ever since the latest update, unable to play contacted developers, they say they will look into it and kept on saying the same thing, does not care and no fix. Spent $$$ no refunds. This game keeps crashing and get Network error, from past two weeks it even more. I'm losing my troops, battles and trophies. This is happening every 3rd battle.....worst game play. I have played similar games in the past, at least in those battle use to get finished by AI and surviving troops return back. Unlike in this we totally loose them. Even spl reward troops which receive also lost

Since the last update, I am having a hard time playing this game. To recieve a reward, you must watch some ads. The problem is after watching the ads, the game restarts and I didn't recieved the rewards. Also in the middle of the advertisment, the video will stop and you cannot access the video again. Can you please fix that problem? I am noytenjoying this game anymore because of that bugs.

Addictive game. Glitches come and go every once in a while but programmers respond to issues if u bring them up which is nice. Ads only come if you choose them to get bonus rewards. The rewards are useful every time which is also nice. And you don't need to pay to advance in your game but you need to have patience. Solid game all around I'd say.

Great game but buying the Crowns and all other purchases are expensive. Building time for structures and upgrades are excruciatingly slow, maybe if they can have the added facility of assign extra workers for building the time can be shortened. Some structures takes 12 days to build!!!! Since the latest update (23/02/21) can't see video replays of your team members battles for WW, most disappointed!!!!

I've played hundreds of hours of this game over several years.. it's been fun but has gotten tedious. The (real-time) battles are now so massive that it's hard to direct them. My phone is old now and slow which makes it worse. Today it won't let me in the game at all, saying I need to update. But it has the latest update already. Maybe it's a good time to stop playing. This game was never completely stable, but it's worse lately.

I'm playing this game since 2018. But now it's just a pack of bugs u0026 glitches. It hangs too many time while running,even when my network condition is well enough. Sometimes the game closes automatically. From the last 6 months very very bad experience.

I was too harsh from my first review, so I will tell you the problems. Since 2016, there are times when the game loads really slow even when the internet speed is very high. Second, game crashes especially when I raid, Eisenhower crash is still not fixed. The costs of paid things are too much please put it down a little. This will save the game. Please focus on fixing the game before adding new stuff. We want a working game especially this game, I love it and I can't find something as uniqie as-

Everything takes too long to upgrade. Also, I can barely get loot, let alone have enough for anything. My game keeps crashing every time that I attack. I have a feeling the people running this game are really stubborn about good updates that focus on the software and prefer to focus on unneccasary upgrades. Hopefully they fix their issues to make the game more enjoyable.

In the beginning this game seemed to be really nice. You build your own city with strategies. Overall should have been a great game, however if you are working to complete the goals during an event and you don't get the stars, when you know that you followed all the instructions, well it's frustrating ????. And more...when you are in the middle of the battle and your app stops working and you loose all your troops and you don't get the rewards...well it makes you angry. DON'T INSTALL THIS APP!

Well I used to like this game a lot!! But after that last update I just can't connect to the game unless im on wifi... and after going back and forth with the developers about my problem. They offer no help and thats a shame because I've spent a good amount of money on my game( almost $1000US dollars), so you would think they would think they would want to help more ... but I only get automated replies. Not offering any type of refund or help. Save your money and time and find another game!!

When you first play the game, you might say "hey this is easy", but no. This game requires a lot of grinding just to level up, you need to upgrade your buildings to gain EXP, you need EXP to reach another age, stuff like that. And you need food and cash to upgrade buildings, this is where the game starts being P2W. You sometimes get attacked by bronze-age people with tanks, I don't recommend.

Keep "losing connection" in the middle of a battle losing all my troops and loot even though my connection is fine. It's getting a bit frustrating. Also get paired in multiplayer battles with people at way higher levels than me.

I have been playing for several years, in the last few days the game has started crashing every time I start it. I have tried updating, uninstalling and reinstalling but no use. I have missed wars because of it. Fix your game.

The game is amazing but i have one problem where every 30 mins or so it just kicks me out and i lose all my progress ????????????if you could PLEASE fix this(My reports never get answerd) i will play again. I havent uninstalled it tho im just waiting for it to be fixed. Thanks????

I rember when i first played this game back when it came out. There was lots of problems, like uneven match making, stupidly long times for buildings and and a really hard single player mode. They have fixed most of the problems like, building times are now reasonable in the starting game, single player mode is now easy to medium in the beginning. The only reason i give 4 stars is because whenever i start a battle 50% of the time i get kicked off the game due to network issues. Please fix

Sometimes it's not working and showing network error. That's the problem. Please replace it. And when trying to battle other players game is restarting and troops are lost and medals(????????????) are also lose.

Good idea but badly delivered. I like the graphic and game but everything is too costly and takes too long to save up the resources to upgrade levels on building. I'm stuck waiting around so loosing interest.

This is an excellent strategy game but there is an issue. Every now and then the game decides that the internet has dropped and so if you are attacking and this happens then you lose your entire army as well as ending the battle where it is so that the game can reload. This has happened to me many times. Please can you get it fixed

Hello developer, Instead of giving discount offers on food/oil/coins can't you offer discounts on upgrading or researching time that will be a great deal for us to speed up things because as everyone knows upgrading time is very huge for each and everything in the game. So please take this review as a serious concern and give discounts on time in regular intervals.... Thanks ????

It does not support my wifi connection that well and because of that sometimes when i was attacking other people, i got disconnected and i lose the game. I already check my wifi and there is nothing wrong with it, so please fix your game internet connection.

why when you look to see how big the download will be it is always so far out! this game said its 103mb but i just downloaded it u0026 it went up to 224, luck for me it lets you move it to your SD card, so now its MB size went down to 200mb ????, I've not even opened the game yet! so if i like it the star will go up, as it looks good my its advertising film clip

I've been playing for about 3 years. All the sudden my game wouldn't go past the loading screen whenever i try to get on. I uninstalled and reinstalled a few times and now it crashes when i accept the terms of service everytime. I'll take this review down when its resolved.

It's very awesome, it's nice and smart, you can learn history about the countries and the ages, but there's 2 problems. 1. Why did they nerf the Range of the Infantry when it comes to the enlightenment age, they still have guns, but they used to be ranged but now they cut that to 1.5 its good for offense! 2. Why did they nerf the sounds of the troops when there's more than 31 troops deployed on the battlefield? I like this game but please don't nerf anymore functions, because it ruins it!

a lot of bugs,especially for getting some rewards are hard and after watching Ad stop the game and restart so many time. Sometimes stop in the middle of the battels, sometimes show the war results differently less star and % and more , I spent a lot of moneys and happened like that was so annoying sometime. A part from that this game is really amazing game and promotion items are very expensive.

For years it has a bug by watching ads not giving rewards and restart the game, it seems that you guys have set it intentionally. And another thing you will have to use All Mercenary,stronghold and alliance troops to get ride of opponent and have some good loot, otherwise you can only earn 1 star and less loot which even doesn't fullfill troops training costs. Nothing seems balance.

Great game, but something needs to be done about the cheaters. How can an opponent get 2 percent damage and still win a battle, while I lose medals and loot? Well I have reinstalled. The cheating issue hasn't popped up, but the other annoying issue is still present... Game crashes in the middle of an attack and all deployed troops are lost... Which cost resources to rebuild. I have increased my rating to 2 stars

Decent my only issue is than in the middle of battles it say connection trouble even though my end is good and make me restart only to lose medals and soldier and it keeps happening frequently also doesnt wanna let me Update so am deleting it. So basically like even though my internet is 100 % it will still give me issues and disconnect the server making me lose medal,tactics and Mercenaries which isbt fair at all.

Used to be OK with minimal bugs. Since early Dec20 update it fails to load 75% of the time. Currently having to "force stop" about 7 to 10 times per day to be able to log on. Have reported several times but no response. Have tried all the suggestions in FAQ all to no avail. About to disband my aliance and delete this game. Android OS.

Fun game if you like grinding but the size is just unacceptable. I have no idea why it's over 2G or how to tell it to use less space but you really need to either optimize the file sizes or offer a lighter version. At the point I'm at in the game it's taking 9+ hours for my buildings to upgrade so that's 9 hours I can't play any games because I have no room to install others after installing this monster.

Pretty good overall, but GOOD GOD are the troop spawning defense buildings overkill, in a way that ruins the game for me. They repeatedly spawn too many troops which are tanky as hell, too quickly and which always draw the attention of my attacking units at no cost. It's NEVER the other defense buildings that ruin my attacks, it's ALWAYS the ground troops, which in seconds can almost outnumber my own army. Absolutely terrible mechanic spoiling an otherwise fantastic game.

It seems like it has potential, but it's a massive game that continually crashed even just during the tutorial intro and caused problems for my phone physically too. Also it's REALLY suspicious that it asks for permission to manage phone calls (tf is that about?! It's a games not a messaging service).

I've come back to this game after 7 years of not playing. and I can see that absolutely nothing has changed. I understand you need ads for a free-to-play game, the least you could do, is make sure the ads work properly. and your free crown wall, is a total scam! edit: 1 star now!! I can no longer switch between my Villages both of which I've paid a pass for. this is ridiculous! this game has been around too long to have these kinds of problems!

Been playing about a month. was a fun game until the ads you need to watch to get free stuff started getting longer and longer and longer, some are multiple ads that takes several minutes to slog through. Also some of the ads automatically download apps to my phone. Not happy about this. Other folks in my alliance who have been playing a long time complain about the same thing.

okay I jave playes this game off and on for years I guess since it first came out like a few weeks after that anyways I loved and really still love playing games like this. but I had more then a few issues I had issues with the game with money bein takin from what I put last review and the rude customer service that made me feel like thay didn't care and threatened to delete my account and make it where I'd never play the game again anyway I tried to play now it's always a error message!!!!!

The game is good only problem is the cost of the buildings and when I wage a war it suddenly crashes ??? we hav to restart the game n when we do all our attacks boost mercenaries everything gone so that's the big downgrade of this game... and i also want to request the developers to let the users zoom out the base like in COC, becuz when we attack we cannot see the whole base n sometimes that leads to defeat!!! so please make this update n I'll give 5 ? rating....

I cannot find customer support, I used 1000 tokens I'd been saving for the gemini gloves and it took my tokens but I don't have the gloves. Finding any way to contact customer support is so difficult. Until I receive my item I'm giving this 1 star when it is actually a 4 or 5 star game. Customer support is so difficult to find

Game is addictive and fun; however it's also broken due to the internal mechanics not working. i.e. if you break a wall and then rally to another location, some units will again attempt to break another wall next to the wall hole you just created. also, the saboteur's should not be targeting the same target u0026 should automatically target different defenses. considering it's all timed, it wastes players time for same targets and doubling up on wall holes.

Im never going to watch a full length advertisement for ONE legendary token. It takes 1,000 of these tokens to buy ONE mythical museum item and there's room for many mythical items. It's somewhat insulting that you think so little of our time. I love this game but this so called "offer" is unreasonable. We are not amused.

The graphical design of the game is best of all. But the main issue of the game is after a certain updates, all updates take a long period of time and you have very low manpower and resources. In this situation its difficult keep patience.

With the newest update the spinning circle won't go away. When it does, It comes right back. Many of us keep getting "Network 420 Error". Someone needs to drug test the server. OLD: I have 405 National trade goods shipments. But ZERO regular trade goods shipments. How about more of the regular. Also more Mercenaries would be nice. Combat tab is empty of Mercs. OLD: Changing fragments into blueprints is monotonous. A easier, faster way would be awesome.

Corrupt game, do not download this game. They have a select few in their buddy-buddy system where they give free advantages to, meanwhile an overwhelming majority of us are paying into this game. Also they fabricate boost and perks or decrease yours if they don't like you or you call them out for their fraud! Don't say I didn't warn you!!

I realy liked this game. But with the adding of the Commanders you ruined it. All troops die instantly when they get near a commander. You took the fun part out of the game. Troops are all useless now. I will delete the game imediatly.
