I'd previously said that the pay-to-win elements are not excessive, and that I was able to eventually unlock everything through normal play. However, this is no longer the case: there is now content that cannot be feasibly obtained unless you pay exorbitant money, enough to buy several AAA games. Buy several AAA games instead. After playing this game for years, I am now uninstalling.

It's a little clunky and slow loading, but it's good enough. I would have liked to see a three-party RPG mechanic for initiated battles. It's weird to me one of your assassins can get into trouble and the other two don't run into help. Anyway it's a decent enough game. It's definitely meant to be a pocket companion played in tiny doses.

Started playing again yesterday after not playing for a few months and spent a lot of time catching up and getting DNA fragments. Started to play today and saw all my helix's that I collected as well as all the DNA fragments have disappeared. Contact customer support and they gave me a list of things to do. I did it all and nothing came back. Annoying as hell when you spend a couple of hours collecting things and it all disappeared. Might quit playing overall if I don't get things back.

Broken game prevents you from completing timed events. Response from customer support - Support doesn't have any information regarding the ETA for the fixing of this issue with the timed events for you. And also state that whilst they are aware people are prevented from taking part in timed events with limited rewards they have 0 intention of refunding and money you spend in the broken game that they are not fixing. Save yourself money and avoid this Pay to play app.

I have had an issue with this game for months that has never been fixed by ubisoft. I have deleted the game, reset my cache, changed my devices, and nothing has fixed my issue. When I log in the game just says I'm offline, therefore I cannot do any events, daily missions, collect anything! I contacted support multiple times, sent them screen shots, and they have stated there is nothing they can do for me! So since for whatever reason I cannot go online in only my game I cannot play at all!

I absolutely love this game and what it's going for. However, I am afraid your game's description is inaccurate. It doesn't span the entire assassin's creed universe. I say this because there is no sign of Connor or anyone from ac3 here. Arno and Jacob are both absent as well. I also think you should add variants to the characters, for example, the revelations version of Ezio. Lastly, I think that if it doesn't go against the idea of an assassin brotherhood in your pocket, you should add Shay.

Didn't think I would get this hooked on this game. Pretty good but I feel that there's not enough energy to farm everything daily especially the dna fragments. Improve the grinding aspect, add autorepeat, eliminate Intel requirements for missions. Let us decide how much time we want to spend on the game.

A fantastic game with quite a bit of strategy ruined by the involvement of money grabbing UbiSoft. The cost of the pay to play add ons is obscene. Monthy subscription users get a big advantage over 'normal' players. Then they even develop the game to lure you into accidentally spending your main currency.

I have had generally a good experience with this game but I have two complaints. 1: I had this game a while back but I lost my progress, so I had to restart. (I had kassandra which made me pretty bummed) 2: the game has constantly crashed when I try to switch menus, and that makes it so that I can't really play the game. I really liked this game when it worked, so this really bummed me out. I hope there is a way to fix this. *Update, it now crashes when loading the game. It is not storage issue.

It's Clear the Devs don't play their own game. If they did they would realise that the game is a huge grind and when grinding the last thing you want to see is the same old cutscenes 75 times per event, Once is enough. They would also know when you choose to Auto a mission the AI is completely useless and goes out of its way to make sure you fail. This bit is about their incompetance if fixing the connectivity issues the game has had forever. Otherwise its a fun game and not really p2w.

I have only reached brotherhood lvl 14 but so far this game is great. There are bugs but generally less than "dirty" app games that also come with an attempt to monetize every decision you make, which is also not present in this game. Hero collection is fun. Its a decent attempt to make mobile gaming less repetitive; the heroes have different abilities that make them better/worse for different zones. Its not quite the itch im trying to scratch (rpg with world building) but still great!

It's a great game, don't get me wrong, but the occasional lagging in mission and even at HQ, then sometimes in mission the game suddenly crash and the whole mission got aborted. Not cool. Can the dev pls improve on it? Thanks.

I still love the fact that this is an Assassin's Creed game that I can actually play BUT...there's been an issue where any time I go to promote a character that the front screen disappears mostly and you only see that starry blue back screen. Today though, the front screen just isn't there at all...and yes, I tried reloading the game and it hasn't helped. :(

Alright look, overall great game but the fact that if I play before going to bed I can't wake up 8 hours later with full energy (intel) is a nonstarter for me. You can only store as much as the room allows which typically isn't even half of your total amount and then it doesn't refill it when you level up.... Just drastically cuts back on play time and therefore a desire to play. Too bad. Great game past that.

I bought a helix and never received it! I already reported the issue but it seems like they don't care to tackle this issue. Beware purchasing something on this game. Can't believed a simple game like this will have a transaction issues! For christ sake fix this and return my money back or give me what I've purchased!

deleted my review. let's see if you can delete this one. could have been the best game of the year. premium pass and constant advertisement pop ups every time I switched menus. desperation for micro transactions creates animosity from the players and the monthly pass creates a gap in the player base that can never be closed, and ruins games. look at how fast fortnite died. Also shouldn't take 40 seconds to switch menus. game is trash until you stop being greedy money grabbers.

This game is the best, I really like it a lot. I didn't expirence any bugs accept one in which Beatriz comes in the codex room to make codex like a angel. I found that very funny. But I think it will be better to add a Templar Campaign, for which we must unlock Templars such as Al Mulaliam (not sure if he counts) and Haytham or Shay. If y'all decide to do this then add Charles Lee, he was so determined to kill Conner. It would also be a cool idea to bring Connor to this game.

So far so good. With the right amount of time spent this game doesn't appear greedy like so many other seemingly free games. Might even consider buying something down the road.

Fantastic game love most everything about it. My only complaint is menu management. It takes a long time to go back and forth when creating gear for each individual hero. If they could have a grid view or less taps between seeing what armor or weapon a person needs and actually creating/equipping said armor would be great. The combat feels nice, the leveling system is great.

I dont know how long it has been since I have played this and yet it seems the developers don't listen to people's ideas. I have been recommending to add more slots in library and add variety of codex instead of one type but there is no change.

UPDATED: The missions are nicely done, but advancing takes a lot of grinding over the same missions, which gets tedious. EXP rewards could stand to be more generous, especially when character leveling depends on leveling up the Brotherhood. Fifth star awarded on the basis of customer support; the issues I have had were addressed quickly and completely.

just wasted 3000 helix credits on sync bonus hoping to get some altair shards (as he main character shown on this set), i didnt even get a single altair shard, got a load of secondary character shards tho, what a waste saving helix credits if not gona get any shards for character shown, pointless getting helix credits

Excellent game! Love the skill sets, play style and graphics. Only had things is every once in a while it freezes and/or force closes at random. Still bugs to work out I understand.

It was great got up to level 37, the past 2 days i cant log in due to "region is not supported" error i keep getting. I tried to contact the support team on thier site with no luck.

I'm trying to figure out why I hadn't downloaded this a long time ago, because I definitely love it! I'd been eyeing it up for a long time, but never pulled the trigger. It's cute without being obnoxious, it's just challenging enough, and I don't have to obsessively make sure I have it open every couple hours. Most definitely five stars from me!

Great hero collector type game, but I don't understand why you need Facebook to link your account, why not use Google sign in like every other game? Or at least give us an option to, I would like to play on other devices without the fuss. Just 1 touch sign in and you're done with Google.

I really like this game. I've been a fan, and a player, of the Assassin's Creed Universes. The ONLY problem that I've had is how do I get back to HQ when I want to go to HQ? Unless I've missed something obvious I am at a standstill with this. If getting back to HQ is not easy, would you please put a button on either the screen or in the menu that leads back to HQ?

Excellent time sink, fun mechanics and it doesn't force ads down your throat like most other free games. The only annoyance is that once you get to lvl 25 or so it can become a grind to get the resources you need to progress.

Game play is great but I'm experiencing a bug in which the game crashes on my Samsung A51 5G. Before I got the phone it worked fine. Now if I want to play I have to uninstall and then reinstall the game. Didn't save my progress either (even through the play store) so I'm back to square one.

The app is very slow and it has screwed me out of rewards several times. It says I'm not connected to the internet, when I am and other apps are working fine. The story is ok, though simplistic (I know, it's an app game) and the game play is alright. The upgrading is properly slow so you get the dopamine hit when you achieve. I'm going to complete the story and delete without spending a dime.

I'm uninstalling as this game is too bloated to complete. Just have the characters from the games and the movie and get rid of the other heroes because you end wasting time, coin, and resources on heroes who end up being irrelevant by the end. This game desperately needs to be slimmed down to be more user friendly

Finished core game , leveled up all rooms and now updates to keep interest are few and far between. Adding new characters in recycled levels gets tired fast.

Decent game (Edit:4-u003e3, the servers are kinda messed up, the different cloud/device saves get irritating and there's an achievement bug that shows notification in the achievements even though there's no new completed achievement.)

Trying again it is a smigin better, the support is appalling if you put a ticket in they blame you, then in the next update the problem seems to be fixed. Plus the latest update has caused more bugs pointless reporting as they don't listen.

As a huge AC fan, this is a nice side scroll addition to the series. Great gfx and Funko Pop styling. 70+ heroes, both familiar and new. Customize gear u0026 teams. Reg updates, u0026 new events. Very responsive support team u0026 not pay to play.

Enjoying the game but do find I spend a lot of time grinding for resources. Also I can't figure out how to see the amount of stone and wood I have in the new update. All I get is 999+ but when I'm trying to level up rooms, I can't tell whether I'm 500 away from having enough or 5k away.
