raid : shadow legends

It's a really fun game, and it pushes you to get better. Severe prob with the arena. They have tried to fix it but won't really listen to hear the problem. I Was in bronze for 8 months after I slipped from gold 2. Due to a month or so from the game. I have 1 million power, and that's who I play in bronze, advanced players with the same power. So we are all equal. Most days 50/50 is the best anyone can do. So you don't move. Half the game is tied to arena..and only one silver for a win. I give

I've been playing almost 2 years and am getting close to quitting. While the game is graphically great and has some good customization depth, they clearly only want you to pay more and more in order to win. Every time you log in, 4 or more ads are shoved in your face and there is no way to disable them. The pricing scheme is absolutely criminally high as well. Their champion pull system is super sketchy. Like I said, I've been playing almost 2 years, have pulled close to 200 void shards and still haven't pulled a single void legendary champion. The time/money investment is unreasonable for terrible drop rates. I've even spent money and have pulled other regular legendary champions, some good ones, but the number of terrible legendary champs I've pulled and the number of duplicates I've pulled when I'm still missing 90% of them is completely unacceptable. When I'm missing the majority of champs, and the drop rates are that low, I shouldn't be pulling duplicates. Completely unacceptable. The game has a ton of potential, but it's pretty clear they only care about their bottom line and don't care about the players. Their "enhancements' are only ways to alter the system to have players spend more money. More diluted pools, more resources required, never adequately addressing the actual issues in game, and no in game mechanisms to accomplish the same thing. Unless you plan on spending large amounts of actual money, I can't recommend this game.

I'm reading a lot of reviews about limitations. One person stated after 90 days he still couldn't win arena battles. I'm only a week in and I've won several. I have not spent anything at all, If I play long enough, I probably will spend a bit. My only complaint so far is that My Quests. Challenges. etc, have ALL stopped working. I've finished a few of them repeatedly with no reward. As this is a big source of resources. I may end up leaving the game. I expect some grinding to play free.

Not a bad turn based RPG game; there are lots of interesting details. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there are an extraordinary amount of in game ads where the developers are looking to nickel and dime their player at every opportunity. This seems to be another game where skill means nothing, and the almighty dollar can buy success.

The arena is now seriously broken. I was always at gold 4, sometimes Platinum - now I can't hold silver 3. This has caused half of my clan to stop playing - the rest have just stopped spending money on the game. I know Plarium is going to come back with a response like I need "better defensive strategies". Well, my response is you can do what you like with the game to make it the way you want. I think it sucks and that's my right. After 18 months, it's time to stop playing. Goodbye.

Long-opinion: This game has great potential, and has proven that over the years I had it (3yr); But, this game is potentially worse than 'EA' sometimes when it comes down to when this game is like "I want your money" through in app purchases. Extremely egregious and upright ridiculous with A LOT of these bundles / items that is offered to buy. Short-opinion: Don't play if you like having money.

This was once a favorite game of mine, now with everything they make you do to stay relevant it feels like a job. Don't make people watch pointless run after run, it should be enjoyable. You might actually be able to get 500k likes on Facebook if you do. Try improving on your system, I have a family and have quit Raid to play a game which doesn't take hours and hours to play. Learn from games like Marvel strike force, you'll find it'll be more profitable.

I quit Raid a while ago and many others continue to do so. At the end of the day Plarium is a business and runs the game like one. The problem with that is this is a game and while I spend and do so more than the average player it isn't worth it. Plarium has the absolute least amount of knowledge when it comes to its playerbase than any game I've ever played. They are 100% revenue driven and always have been. They also continue to do "updates" that add very little to the game.

Well, really good graphics. But I played daily for 2.5 months and pretty much got nowhere. You can win characters everyday via random draws through shards, but I never got anything beyond middling toons. For instance, I just logged in for the first time in 2 weeks and used 3 of the 2nd highest shards and got the lowest possible option each time. I guess I could play for another 2.5 months praying for a Legendary, but I don't have it in me to add additional disappointment to my life.

Been playing the game for two- years. Spent a few dollars ($50+ a month) and they have consistently gotten worse over that time. Pop-ups galore taking so much time to even get into the game. A pity system that is not visible and when the players made it visible the company shuts it down. This company is not player friendly and only views its players as cash cows to be milked daily. Stay away, coming from a 2 year old player at the end game. Do not bother with this game.

Loved the game at first, and even spent a bit of money to keep up w/ the Jones' but their lack of support lost me as a customer/player. The referral system has been broken for years and rather than help anybody or actually attempting to fix it, they blame the user base for doing it wrong. Any need for support is unmet. They do a great job here and on Amazon replying to everybody to make it look like they're responsive but it's all a sham. Tried discord, support e-mail, and forum and not even a response, much less success and resolving issues. Take your money elsewhere. Note: As expected, they commented on this w/ the same tired and overplayed copy/paste suggestion. Every ticket I submitted has clearly shown these 3 things to not be the case and yet... here we are. They don't even try to read support tickets. Run from this game as fast as you can.

I've put so much time and effort into this game and I still enjoy it. The only problem I have is the arena (which used to be my favourite part of the game) you either get paired with people that are too strong or people that's team power number is lower than yours but they still win. I have a screen shot where my team power number is 24,000 and my opponent had 20,000. All four of my fighters are ascended twice and they had one fighter that had only been ascended once and I still lost.

Honestly one of the worst mobile game experiences I've had, its entirely pay to win and if you don't give them all your money YOU DO NOT MAKE PROGRESS! Honestly games like these are the worst because there are so many ads behind it and yet its nothing like they describe and its very clear based on how the game plays and all that, that the DEVS don't give a damn about the game and only want more money; your money. Screw these guys and this game

Every week, they make changes to make the game harder and harder for people not willing to spend $1000s on the game. Example: They literally just posted a change to the new clan versus clan tournaments to make it impossible for low spenders to achieve the rewards. Why, they claimed it was because the way we earned points was too tedious. Which is an outright lie, because it now will take an hour and valuable resources to earn the same number of points that I was earning before in 1 min. 1 star
