Seriously? You get to play for 5 minutes and then you must purchase more energy or wait until it refills? And then it refills at a rate of 1 per 5min and one scene requires 15 energy?? Talk about greedy, money grabbing and pathetic. Game is also confusing, how do manage to move beyond scene 1? Never even got to 100% on the first scene, the % never went up. That really doesn't matter because you run out of energy even before you can get to remodel anything. What a crock

Update: Roll the Dice is ridiculous. No skill required whatsoever. Giant waste of time. I will give 5 ⭐ again when you get rid of it! Addicted to the game. Fantastic graphics. Love the parrot game ... very fair. But ... the detective and Sunny games are very mean ????. No chance to improve your game if you keep getting stuck on the same scene. Please, please, please ????....change those two games to be like the parrot ????. Thanks!

great fun this game was really fun until 8/16 wen it would not let me play it it's not telling me anything too do different to play game again I have really enjoyed it. I have been playing for years and it take too long to update,give new games and i don't think it's fair .I have 4 devices to play games.even tho u didn't start me off where I was game is improving

Update: New Review I'm still only rating 3 stars. I did finally someone who was as helpful as the first support person and they were able to get me back to being able to play my game. Now all of a sudden I am unable to watch ads to restore energy. Why is this? I've never had an issue with it before and now all of a sudden it's not available. It takes a ton of time to restore energy and if there is nothing to help with it, there is no point in even playing. I hope this is fixed soon.

This game was going great until recently where the construction seems to have come to a halt, so where before you could build your energy up from fixing up your hotel, now I have to wait for energy to restore, making this a boring game.

I have been having to uninstall the game and then reload it after it says the app is not responding and that's the only way I can play it I have full signal but the game is not wanting to register it. I would continue to play the game if I did not have to constantly reload it.

You know what, i looove the game and would gladly give it 5 stars.. BUT... i invited my boyfriend to the game via the in-game link and today he reached the third day. And guess what, no reward for me! No unlimited energy but what's more, he's not even on my friends list and i see no option to add him in any way. So unless you guys can fix it somehow or tell me what's wrong amd what to do, I'm gonna have to stick to 3 stars for now. Thanks!

Was fun.....now freezes up everytime I get a star won and go to the tasks it goes to the hotel Pic but nothing else on the screen. 4 times I reinstalled...I GIVE UP!!! UPDATE 6/22 Cleared cache works a few times then the juicy ad come up or a different one and the icons on the game board disappear again! I truly love this game but it is getting way too annoying for me .

I played this game in 2019 and i liked it for the most part but it was the beta version i think. There was a moneyglitch and they had only written 32 days anddd i rage quit. This time around though, im so much further than i was then- they added a neat culty storyline- and seriously upgraded the furniture! You can also progress quickly without paying which is really nice! Its actually really cool to redownload and restart 2 years later!

I've enjoyed this hidden object game. It works well, it's interesting. I play several remodeling type games and the hidden objects are a nice difference. The reason I did not give a five star is the clubs. It cost a lot of coin to create a club. That part is ok, you save and create. However what I do not understand is how no one has joined, no one meaning not even someone join and leave. I know some people prefer starting and growing with a new team so this just does not sense

This is very good game and I love play it also. It have beautiful graphics and interesting levels to cross it. But I am disappointed that if this game has option to connect with social media then why is so difficult to add our friends in the game so easily. I used to be able to watch an ad for additional energy but now that option has disappeared. It takes too much energy to complete a round and I'm at the higher levels which takes forever to get a star now. I used to play everyday, but with no extra energy and slow progress, it's starting to be a couple times a week.

I have been playing this game for about a year on and off. Twice. I LOVE it - but... I uninstalled after my first experience of loving it because the upload speed was so crazy slow. Now I've reached the same level (with only about 3 rooms to go) and the same issue ???? it's frustrating. I like games where I can open it and start playing when I have a few moments.

The game is fine it just has a bug where you tap on the correct item and it doesn't accept it. You need to get combo scores to get more coins but you can never get it because it doesn't recognize that you are tapping on the correct item. You need to zoom in and tap on it to get it right and even then it doesn't always work. I read through the other reviews and comments but the makers of the game are only interested in you reporting the problems inside the game. Not much help at all....

Really enjoyed playing the game until it froze and crashed every time I opened it. This was my second attempt to play after my first time glitched and I lost everything. After 15 times of closing and reopening the game and it freezing I uninstalled and reinstalled to see if that fixed the glitch with the memories. Lost everything again. I'm not restarting and I don't recommend anyone waste their time playing when you won't be able to finish due to constant glitches.

Well now has sense. I understand options. It is more enjoyable. I will enjoy it more if the scene or places download were shorter. Every challenge has their tricky hidden item. Now you will never be out of chances you can watch a promo and triplicate your options. If the earning money was bigger the game will be more interesting. What about a hidden surprise treasure prize. That will be good too.

It was very good till the updates in the beach area. So many mistakes in this section. Too many mismatched words and objects. It is impossible to finish any area when what has to be searched as per the list and the actual object are so different. Plenty of QC is needed before releasing these versions.

So far so good. It's been two months since I played, and still I'm hooked with it. I love designing the hotel, but too many task before I can move in another room. Overall it's fun, helps with my stress after a long tiring day. I like the double/triple your reward part, although it's quite tough to play because of the limited time but still enjoyable. I love all the updates and all the part of the game, haven't got bored yet. Challenging but entertaining.????????????????????Thank you!

Good game, except for the occasional glitch that keeps you from gettingvrewards you earn. However, if you are going to make the game endless, maybe you should keep up so that we dont have to wait to continue playing. I guess day 81 is it for now.

It's a good game, does take a lot of stamina per round but it's easily gained through events etc. Only issue I'm having is when searching for items for example a button, no button on screen so you use a power up item and it will circle something completely different like a book or shoe!! It happens almost every level. Sitting there hunting for an item that's not on the screen when it's something completely different. Also the speech doesn't always appear and comes up as a code constantly!

Love this game! The HOP games, plot, decorating, all well done and fun! Problem is when you reach higher levels the game freezes while opening. I've tried different devices u0026 it works fine on the lower levels but once you get over level 400 then it freezes everytime, doesn't matter the device or if you restart your phone or settings, it freezes on the doors opening everytime. I've put a lot of time in u0026 it's so disappointing. Update: Can get it to open if I toggle wifi on and off while opening!!

This game used to be my absolute favorite, but many changes stripped away most of the things that made me really enjoy the game. One of those things that's now gone was the ability to choose which location to search, now it's just random locations when you hit the green play button, which makes unlocking new locations in the hotel feel underwhelming. Although it's easier to progress through the game, it just doesn't feel as enjoyable.

I used to adore this game and just recently remembered the name to download it again, and I'm quite disappointed in the game now. It used to be so enjoyable as a hidden object game with getting each room to 10 stars before you unlock the next one. And I don't understand the addition of the extra stuff in the levels... finding stuff in the dark? The steam levels that are so frustrating because I see the object but can't get it and run out of time. It's so disappointing cause this was a great game

I used to play this game a lot back in lockdown and it's a very fun game but unfortunately I lost it. Now I've again found it and downloaded it again and it's to fun to play again but now the game glitches all the time. Everytime I clear a level or an ad pops the game freezes. So does the characters and it's really frustrating. I have to restart the game again and again. It was better earlier. I kindly request the makers to fix this issue ASAP. It's very bothersome otherwise.

I love playing this game although it does tend to freeze quite often. very recently the game wouldn't load and the language had randomly changed to Polish. when it did finally load I think I somehow managed to end up with someone else's game as it had been decorated different , I had to change the language back to English and I was way behind where I was in my game. this is very annoying as I had paid for hints and a hours play ect to get to the point I was originally at

I actually really enjoy this game. It has challenging rooms and changes things up pretty often. The backstory is interesting as well. Unfortunately, I have progressed to day 32 but have been unable to move forward. My task list has been "coming soon" for over 2 weeks and I can no longer progress in the game. I have submitted multiple reports via the in game trouble center to no avail. I love the game but am frustrated that I am unable to continue.

The game is great and can be quite addictive. I would have given 5 stars but because all quirks have not been worked out. I have had a few issues with freezing up and shutting down. The customer service/help desk has been less than helpful. I sent 3 seperate requests for assistance and they have all gone unanswered. Finally I got fed up and uninstalled to reinstall. Unfortunately in doing so I had to start from day one. :(

This used to be my favorite game. I played several times a day. With these latest updates, that has changed. I HATE the changes. The energy refilled a couple times a day. Now it's once a day. New levels are nearly impossible to beat so there's no fun, just frustration. The collections can't be completed. There is one piece per collection that is never found. I love the game not the issues that keep coming with it. I had the 24 unlimited issue again not getting all my time. That was given back but when I activated it, it disappeared never used. And the game set me back 4 months. I lost 4 months worth of hard work. I reported the issue and asked to replace my stars so I can replace my work. This game was fun when it actually worked. It's constantly freezing to the point now it won't open. I cleared the cache, the data, un-installed and reinstalled the game and it gets stuck at the opening of the elevator after you push the play button. I just deleted your game and reduced the rating to only one star. I have accepted the fact that you increased the energy level and the cost of one hidden object scene. But today I found out that I cannot use a hidden object scene 'Mirror' that was active yesterday and I reached level 3 in that scene. That means that I wasted hundreds of energy points for nothing. This is one game I've really enjoyed (I'm on game day 33). But going on it since it updated in the last 24 hours I've gone up to a max energy of 480 from 110 (bargain, or so I thought!) but they've also increased each scene from costing 15 energy to 60 while it still only recharges 1 energy every 2 minutes! ... While with 110 I could only play 7 scenes and with 480 I can play 8, it takes waaaay longer for me to be able to play - not impressed! Seriously considering uninstalling! ?

Really enjoy most aspects of the game, but put a lot of effort and time into the holiday area to collect all the decorations, yet now they are all gone, which is disappointing. It should have been made clear that these decorations were temporary and I wouldn't have wasted my time and game energy for nothing, and furthermore stalling progress on the rest of the game. Why do you put a very difficult event in for the rewards to be taken away after winning them?

This used to be my favorite game by far. As others have said, after the recent updates, this has become a money grab, plain and simple. There are also bugs that are more pronounced and more game breaking. Every update seems to cheapen the game experience. Now, I hesitate to even call this a game. Games are fun. Disappointed with the latest update. All collections now only reward 30 energy. It can take a lot of time to complete the collections and the reward is not worth it. In addition the reward for watching an add is down to 5 from 10 energy points. Overall, the energy system and making it more difficult to acquire take the fun out of the game. Update: more recent updates have made it so that all you can do is wait to play.
