I reduced my rating from 5 to 2, because after the recent update, it lagged so much more than before, I hope you can fix it for better experiences, I love this app the most and I thought the problem was my phone but after reading other reviews, it dawned to me that I'm not the only one experiencing lagging and recently, it automatically stop and exit the app without my permission, like I'm playing but suddenly stopping, I really hope you can fix this issue.

It would be 5 stars if it didn't reset me on the missions. Didn't realize it would once you click on a different group. Would be more fun if it were easier to switch between them, as a play mode as opposed to they are the only one you love sort of feeling I got from switching once. Also, recently I have noticed songs tend to lag at times which is disappointing if supposedly songs are downloaded.

I don't know what happened but ever since the latest update, it has always been freezing and took so long to load. Now I can't even access the app itself as I was always getting kicked back to my homescreen everytime the loading percentage reaches 89. Please fix the bugs, the game is really great and I don't want to give it a bad review.

It keep asking me to update my app when its already the latest version. And a bit feedback: the events are too much.. Too many events and quest running at the same time, like theres pop up, festa, and the seasonal mission. Yes we want daily quest or seasonal missions, but the current one is way too much. And still hate it when the internet connection is bad, they asked you to restart the app, not reload or reconnecting the everything. And 'high rate special theme' draw is a scam to rob diamonds

Its fun without the lag. | Daily gifts dont load immediately when i open the game. Still closing randomly. Its improved a little, but still lags. Other people are still getting similar problems. Please fix this! The game if practically perfect????; without the lag! [suggestion: People in reviews complain about livestage having no pause - they didn't pay attention to tutorial. Add a little message somwhere saying they play with other people in livestage? (add tutorial replay for each feature?)]

I like some aspects better than how Superstar BTS by Dalcomsoft did it. But lately there's been a bug that even when ads successfully play all the way through, I can't claim the coins reward. I have to restart the game all over again just to get back to the home screen. This is sad as we need coins to upgrade and buy cards for better scores to progress through missions that are often limited time. Latest glitch is i suddenly can't hit notes in the middle of a song while using WIFI or data

I really liked this game and I still do but it's got so annoying bc I can't even log into the game bc it crashes and kicks me out! It was really good at the start of the season but now it lags and I can't even log in. Please can you fix your problem as many people are also experiencing the same thing as me. Thank you

I love this app but with the updates both good and bad things appeared. I noticed that in the 3 groups members' part of the songs are all mixed up... Also while playing there is more lag than before. And a problem that has always been there is that the messages do not load at first, I have to close and opem again to see it. Even though i love this app.

Ok, I have had this game since it released or fairly short after but it is amazing ????. The only problem is the lag. Since the season 2 update the lag has been bad. It lags during the quest which makes them very challenging. I really would like if they fixed the lag. 9 out of 10 would recommend. ???? I edited my review, from 5 to 3 stars. After I installed it and run for the first time, it's working fine. But yesterday and today, it just keeps on loading and then will crash out. I have to uninstall and install it again and see if it's working but like the usual, it didn't happen. I hope yoy resolve this issues so that I can play it again, because this is a very nice game for me.

Wth I can't even open the app anymore after the latest update, and when it does open it tells me to update it which I've obviously done. The app icon changed too (I don't remember how it was called but it's this kinda cube. I hope y'know what I'm talking about). Guess who will lose daily prizes:"). Pls do something about that. Before the update everything was great but not anymore. 2 stars because I hope you'll fix it soon.

The only problem I have is that sometimes when I play the song, I'm trying to hit the beats and the game just lags. It's not my Wi-Fi, because this happens at both my houses and at school, so it's not me or my phone. I hope you fix this bc idk if I'm the only one who has this problem. Adding to this, a few days ago when I tried to open the game it just closed and went back to the homescreen. It's happened every day since. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still doesn't work. Fix this.

Edit - Fixed but only one day late. It asks for an update when I enter the game, and when I go to update it, coming onto PlayStore, it does not show the "update" button, only the "uninstall" and "play" buttons are visible. But when I press the "play" button, it takes me back to the game asking for an update. This cycle continues. Fix this soon.

Honestly, I really enjoyed playing the game some time ago. But now, it's full of lagging, "errors occurring" and the game just closing out of the blue and for no reason. All of this is just disappointing, and then, instead of being able to relax a bit while playing, I get more stressed by the game. Please, fix these bugs as soon as possible.

After so long finally I'm able to try out this game but unfortunately its keep asking me to RESTART and its not once but few times and I keep repeating the same game as its keep asking me to RESTART?! Maybe you should make it RESTART at the same place not everything. Now I MISS SSBTS ???? I will change the rate when the apps getting better ????

Its just awesome the only problem is that it takes a lot of time at first to play it and is a bit slow otherwise its just AWESOME!!!!????????????????????????????????edit #1 okay so the game is really good but the problem is the season 1 and season 2 of the game.... level 20 of both are like really I mean really really hard I wonder if anyone can pass both season level 20 it would have been the best app if you could solve this problem please it would be a great help

Great game and I love the multi-player and stage type concept. Missions are pretty rewarding as well. I also hope that speed multiplier, mirror and fade in/out will give score bonuses as B cards have no chance for best performer against A cards in live stage. Pls fix ads too since they often crash the game. Last thing are the card draw rates for seasonal cards; compared to s1 they are MUCH harder to get through lobby packs and paid card draws :///

It keeps freezing whenever I play. It stops slows down and freezes and I end up missing points. It's kinda frustrating because the lag keeps getting worse. I really love this game. I hope you'll fix the bugs and glitches. Please please

2021-08-19 update: bug fixes are always appreciated!! i have experienced only one app crash since updating yesterday (a feat, rlly ㅋㅋ) still sad abt s1 missiom stage group integration tho :( loading time used to take minutes, but after update it's so much faster tysm u003e3u003c keep improving!! thank you for your hard work!!! :Du003c3

with every update, we're getting more glitches that break combos. it's so frustrating when you're doing well and all of a sudden the app freezes. also, is there a way to turn off the movie in the background? it's distracting and often contributes to the freezing of the screen!

I've been playing that game for a whole year now, with ENHYPEN as my main group. This game is great, and I'm really happy they fixed most of the bugs (screen freezes etc.) but the fact that some merch is only able to be bought with paid gems is a big no for me. The game was way better before they restricted the shop. I also miss the MIX game mode. But the overall is very good !! ?

I used to absolutely love this game. I stopped playing because the updates took too much place. And I come back to a completely different game. The buttons and the tiles are harder to hit, I don't know how to play those new weird tiles with an arrow on top, and for me, the sound fx ruin the song, this was an unnecessary addition. I find this HP thing for the studio games really frustrating. The whole organization changed and is now really confusing. I'm disappointed and frustrated by the update.

This game used to be fantastic. I stopped playing it because the updates took too much place, but now that I can play it again, I'm very disappointed and even frustrated in seeing that this is a completely different game, way less good. The organisation is completely different, almost confusing compared to before. The way we hit the tiles is also harder and now even weird, and it seems to me they tried to copy a certain Hatsune Miku's game... Everything in general was much better before.

This game started off as a ton of fun, but as it continued to receive updates, it became clear that it's just another way to pull money out of the fans. Which is a shame because the game modes are great (except for maybe the "Cheer mode"). The card collection are motivating. Exploring other user diaries is great! But it's all sullied by diary materials being restricted to specifically PAID currency, and playable songs restricted by the cards in your collection.

I've enjoyed playing this game but it always have in-game crashes, like it stops and lags so much and I can't finish a song w/out it lagging and crashing so much, fix this pls!!!! Edit: I did clear up my storage a but bro, it still lags so much and still crashes!! So disappointing, i was in the mood to play but cuz of the extreme lagging, i don't wanna play anymore

There's a mechanic called flick notes, but the execution of it is terrible. There's no consistent measure or anything to tell what a flick is or not, so it is very luck-based to hold combo through charts with a lot of them. It is clear the chart makers do not play the game nor do they play other rhythm games. The flicks are overdone in parts with little musical activity, and then completely absent where they should be. Sidenote: the collection part of the game is nice, it's just the gameplay.

I'm not sure if the issue is with my phone, but after the update, now whenever I play catch live, the background keeps lagging, either turning fully white, or the movie just fully stopping, the catch live keeps lagging also, making it impossible to play, but when I play different modes like studio, it's not a problem. I really love this game but sadly it makes it almost impossible to play catch live, which I really love:(

everything's great. I love the cards, events and songs but there's some problems. 1- in the new update, every time I open the friends gifting list, it crashes and gives me a black screen. I have to exit and reopen the app to acess it again. 2- The releases of new songs are very late. Bad desire by ENHYPEN was released 3 months ago and still isn't in the game and loose was also released a while ago and still isn't in the game. it's like we're still in the xo era, all u added was xo eng ver..

I have so much complains for the catch live mode on phone.. I've been getting a white screen theme and it gets so glitchy and laggy and I keep losing my combo.. this is one reason why I've been avoiding catch live even though I love it. I would appreciate it a lot if you fix the issue for me. I expect a quick fix on this problem.

The game looks fun but I didn't get to experience it because it's lagging before the game starts.it is stuck at 37% and not moving forward. it's been 5 days since installing it and it's not working for me. my issue is not network connection I assure you. I would like to experience the game and play it.
