Every single one of my items has disappeared and almost every interface is bugged out, support doesn't bother to respond to my message and this review mysteriously disappeared the first time. I'll make sure to check back regularly so people are warned this game is broken, they may lose everything suddenly with no chance to get it back because support doesn't care. FIX YOUR GAME !!!

Cute game that needs to correct their mistake. My 100 gem purchase went through but I didn't receive the gems. No response as yet to my request for assistance. Receipt was also emailed for verification. Will update review when dev responds. Otherwise, the game is fun, energy refills are plentiful, lots of ways to recharge producers w/out gems, you can watch ads to pop duplicate bubbles. I enjoy it.

There are bugs in the game. Several times even though I have made a specific item, it is not detected or identified in the delivery section. So in order to get it identified, I've to make that product again.

I love this game but recently I've been getting the same orders over and over again from the same characters and it's getting really irritating. I don't know if it's some kind of glitch of I'm doing something wrong but I really hope things switch up soon or I will probably stop playing, repetition gets old really quickly.

I like this game. Graphics u0026 story are adorbs. (Cons: Battery drainer, u can get stuck when items run out and have no choice but to spend real $ or end for the day u0026 There's no resetting the board or any room for error) Board stays the same size but u get a storage backpack. The little tasks u0026 storylines are cute. I pretty much just see ads when I want to use them to help me in the game some way. Also some of the ads are pretty good because I found a few games from watching them. Try it!

First of all, the loading time is very long for a merge game. And bcos I like to see things renovated, so far I don't see this game delivers. The renovating is just for the general store and until level 13 that i am now, no more renovating, just people ordering items without any renovation done. This is just not my piece of bread. Sorry.

The game takes a few goes to actually open! When it does the game play is ridiculous as the lag and freezing all the time makes it impossible to play! This is definitely the game as I've a new tablet. Can't even report on came as it's frozen on the report! Put up with this so long but now deleting as not worth it!

Enjoyed this game until everything got wiped out... everything! Nothing to merge, says I still have the level, the coins, and the gems but the board is completely empty!! Only way to start over is to uninstall it. I want my stuff back!

Would love it, But CRASHES all the time. You loose rewards. You get no tech support, so don't bother.... No Help!! This sucks I started again and can't get pass the loading page 90% of the time. So I don't have the info you need to help me.

I love this game, but for the past 2 days, dispite the upgrade, I haven't been able to play the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice now, same story. It doesn't go past 13% load, then just shuts down.

I have sent multiple emails to support about an issue I'm having. No one contacts me back. After the Facebook outage yesterday I lost 9 levels and several purchases. Please reach out to me to have this resolved.

Looked really nice to play but I wouldn't know as it doesn't go past the loading screen . I've tried a few different times but all it does is crash my phone. So disappointed.

I love this game and most merge games. But my app won't open at all. I don't want to uninstall it because last time I did that all my data was lost and I had to start from the beginning.

It was good in the beginning. Now all of the orders are requesting something I can not even get. Nothing i gave gives the items i need.. i am uninstalling now

Only just installed and it won't even open after several tries. Already a bad start, based off of other reviews I won't be bothering with this game even if I do get it working.

I'm going to say this that game was my favorite game used playing it until this update it's a decided to crash on me cannot play it so you better fix this before everyone else stop playing it

I just spent all my energy and wasn't able to fill one request. Yes, the items requested were higher levels. But, all my energy? I enjoy playing, or I think I do. I may need to rethink this.

I haven't been able to play for a couple days. It just comes open with empty boxes. My board 2 boards were full. I upgraded and it still is like that. I've emailed a couple of times with no responses.

I liked the game. I find that it's addictive. Good game to play while waiting on something. Thank you for working on the bug!

So disappointed.... money spent and game won't even load. I want my money back ..... so frustrating.... total corruption

"Merge Friends" has good gameplay and the devs were pretty generous with generators and ad rewards, but merge games are a dime a dozen. "The game outside the game" is pretty much non-existent here. The characters only have one message after every order for small talk; I would have preferred one coherent conversation over a set of orders instead. It's fun to merge, for sure, but this game doesn't really stand out from other merge games. It could really use some work.

Can't move extra item bubbles until they pop, and when you complete an order, you can't move anything on the board until the person you gave it to goes away. Your game is not "special" or "different" enough from every other game like it, that I would keep playing it thanks to that. Maybe you should read the reviews on the games you try to copy first, would give you an idea of what NOT to do..

The game is fun except it can get a bit tedious as it takes more and more materials just to make one thing and it takes forever to get one high level object completed. However, it is incredibly satisfying to finally get a brand new creator/next level object. My biggest complaint is that as you progress, you run out of space to put materials and it costs so much to buy just one extra storage space beyond the ones that you are initially given. 1250 coins for one extra storage space? Come on.

Took my money/Game didn't save I made an in app purchase and started playing for a few minutes. All of the sudden, the game started reloading. When it finally came back up, all the gems I had just purchased were gone and the playing I'd done didn't save. I checked my bank statement, and sure enough the money came out of my account. I've tried to contact support multiple times, but the messages keep coming back undelivered.

I've had this game since the start of it. There are so many glitches now. Constantly kicks me out everything I earn disappears. The "jobs" are almost impossible to get without spending money or plugging at it for months. Highly unimpressed with the way this game has been. Had I known this is what the game would become, I would have skipped it.

I play several of these types of games and while this IS fun (and it is!) It has some glaring flaws: 1. I can't sell items unless they are created by other items. 2. This would be less of an issue if the bag didn't take up a space on the board and coins were at all accessible since expanding the bag is RIDICULOUS expensive and missions require major coin sometimes.

What used to be the most fun merge game on the internet is now absolutely unplayable junk. First of all the game constantly freezes. I don't know if it's trying to load ads or hack my phone, but it slows down so bad you can't click the producers or merge the objects. After awhile of this, the game completely crashes. Secondly, they now force you to watch an ad to earn a piggy bank, which I would have no problem with if the ads didn't crash the game and most of the time say an ad is not available

Basically a cash grab game but the idea is cute. Just wish you didn't have to pay to speed up the open time for chests you just bought with diamonds. There are also daily time sensitive quests that you can never complete because the item's required are super hard to get like toolbox parts. You can't buy them they are only available through special chests you get from completing special quests. It's nice if you want a laid-back experience with no real progression.

I really like the game the graphics are good I have no problems really except for the energy you run out of it really fast and I don't see where you can get a lot of energy except by doing the wave and like the generator to be able to collect your items like your tools or your shopping bag for the clothing but my main concern is the energy. Please fix this and I'll rewrite the game higher
