I only started playing this game because it gave me rewards towards a different game I play, but I have found that I really enjoy it...a bit too much! The process of turning one small item into a large item can be long and frustrating. It's not a game for impatient people. Edited: I originally gave this game 5 starts, but the app is constantly crashing, causing me to lose all progress since last saved point.

Same old mess AGAIN!!! Go to make a purchase and it says" internet not available" . It will let you get just so far, spend so much money and then locks you down! Last time it was " we are working to improve the game" . So when I saw it again, ( dummy me!!) I figured they fixed the issues! NOT!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Here we go again with updating my review. 5 ???? to 1 ????. Multiple reasons, the crashing is atrocious! So much lost progress. The new exclusion of events for SO MANY players. No more free energy ads on island events. And finally, 2.5 updates and my Mystic Isle is STILL stuck at level 78. AFTER said updates ago it was unlimited levels now. Customer support has done nothing but say they know of the issue. It's been months. Will change my review when things go back to the way they were. ????

So I've been playing this game for a year and a half now and everything was perfect. Until a week ago when I'm guessing, the app updated, and now it won't load. It starts "dwnloading" new content then it says there's something wrong with my Internet connection. There's nothing wrong with my Internet and all the other apps work fine. I'm so disappointed because I got really far in the game and I spent a significant amount of money on it.

I was curious if others were having problems like me after updates. I recently had to email cust svc for a refund due to a glitch for energy, which I got, but I felt like the person (Rose) who replied to me didn't take my complaints seriously about the glitches, telling me to make sure I have nothing in the background running, restart it, etc. I told her I only use 1 device u0026 1 app at a time but she still blew me off like it was my fault the game glitched/crashed. Now it won't even load...

I love this game the only complaint I have is the "power bar" I really wish it would increase everytime you level up. It sucks to wait hours for it to fill up only to have it be over with in like 5 actions. It has been freezing a few times but i just log back in and have to redo my actions and doesn't happen again but does happen about twice a day. I also would like for maybe more freebies that fly by in the main game in the animal world.

WHY?! I just want to know who thought it was a good idea to require gnomes for tasks that preciously ONLY required energy. This is a BAD move guys. We only have 2 gnomes who must now do EVERYTHING. This game just got a LOT more frustrating. If this decision is not reversed, I will be deleting the app. I REALLY LOVE this game. Please change it back!! UPDATE: It has been a month and the gnome thing has not changed. I am really sad because I REALLY loved this game but I will be uninstalling it. :-(

I used to love this game but recently I am enjoying it far less. Certain events are withheld from certain players, limiting their game play. After hyping up the Halloween event for weeks, I am not able to play it because of Big Finish and they only had a standard response to refer to their FAQ's. It is misleading.

Would love to give this game full stars since I love playing it. It's relaxing and just fun. However, after this Halloween "event" that not everyone got and the fact that anyone who didn't get it got no alternative event shows a lack of planning. Also, halloween is my favorite holiday, so I probably would have spent some $ for Halloween stuff unlike x mas where I'm less likely to. So, it's a flawed business plan as well. Maybe make sure everyone get something since online TONS of ppl were angry

Recently, it always automatically log out or crash on the way when I play this game. Every time I log in again, everything that I was done before has to be redo again. After many times, I collapsed. Can you improve this problem? It's a waste of my time.

Updated 5 oct, 2 going on 3 months now glitch still not fixed. Just a notice to all new players this is a fun game sweet graphics but glitch in mainland lower level still not fixed, and don't expect fair game play especially swapping animals over. Pure cash cow for creators you swap a fully grown animal for one you don't have, you don't get a even exchange you get baby or semi matured animal which takes ages to mature????????????update 1/11/21 glitch still in lower mainland, unfair animal trade still!

Crashes constantly. I lose all progress when I open the game again, and then repeat, crashes again after a few minutes of playing and I lose all progress again! If I can't advance, what's the point? Very buggy.

Daily quests are always the same, the push to use and buy gems is ridiculous, events which sometimes break the monotony are getting to be the same, that's assuming you even get them. Save yourself the bother and play something else

This game is nice, time consuming, and fun! I just wish there was a place like a storage to place things that we like for different times of year. If you could figure out some other ways to get extra "energy".

Cute game, but I would give it 5 stars if the energy refilled faster and if we got more energy for the events. Some people don't have an endless supply of money to spend on rubies to buy more.

Really enjoying what seems to be an 'organising' game. Not time pressured in the main screen but it is in the side games. Like, they give days to complete tasks. Easy and challenging at the same time lol

Good game but u run out of energy quicker n quicker as game progresses and gets very expensive to keep buying more. Takes months to complete castles. They took many events away. Super boring now. Like expensive Farmville now.

Merging objects little rough . Back see what happens. Great graphics, humor . Wanted to meet the newest characters and participate in the events. Back to our favorite game excited!Old friend..reliable fun. Yeah!

What can I say.....I love this game ????Sometimes it crashes but it's not too frequent. It's engaging, real time and relaxing. Good fun. ????????

Liking the game so far. But I wanted to purchase more time, and it won't let me, saying I have to do the tutorial first. But there IS NO tutorial, and I cannot find any way to access it.
