Something went extremely wrong. I was playing in Bangkok, on level 100. Today 24-11-21 at 10am Gummy Drop brought me back all the way to Australia. Back to square 1. I really appreciate if you can fix the update bug or something.

What experience? It has stopped working! I used to enjoy playing, but it has become too frustrating...unable to update so have to uninstall and start again. Not being able to do anything is the final straw...I'm going to look for an alternative game.

Whilst it's advertised as a free game, this is not how it plays out. Notice because I don't buy lives etc no longer do I win games. That's not a problem, just should not be advertised as free.

Hello,this game is very fun and enjoyable and I have played it for quite some time already. However, recently there is an error about the time that is used to refill lives, normally it takes about 30 minutes to refill a life but I do not understand why these days it takes 12 hours just to refill a life. I hope you guys can fix this error to make this game enjoyable and fun to play again

Some levels are ridiculously difficult and lives should be increased progressively such as when player has completed 5 cities or more lives should increase too. I have been playing this game a few years already and my life is still 3 and it takes too long to refill life. This game is meant for fun thus it should be fun and player friendly.Thus developer should look into this with no improvement over the years. I don't see any point in updating when features are not updated.

I've been playing since day 1, through the latest update I've lost all my progress, I play on my iPhone and android tablet, I've now ended up with 2 different passports, support is trying to help but nearly 3 weeks and we're going nowhere. I still can't update my tablet which still has all my progress, it says it's pending and on my iPhone I am down to the beginning, I am so disappointed, really love this game but no way do I start by 0.

I have played this game for four years now. As match three games go, it is a winner. Play is varied enough that it never gets boring. Some levels are challenging, while others seem to play themselves. I have spent no real money on play. With patience and attention the levels can be passed simply using in game skills and boosters. A bonus for me as a retired person. I enjoy the short descriptions of each landmark as play progresses. The bonus of world geography and history adds to the experience.

I really enjoyed playing this game. But shortly after my arrival to Budapest, I was preparing to build Mathias Church. However it is requiring a million or more of each building material as well as 20 gems!!!!!! I'm not even tempted to continue with something that impossible.

I used to enjoy playing the game, it's a good way to de-stress. Unfortunately, after a recent upgrade Gummy Drop kept crashing, and now ALL the progress I made has been lost, and my only option is to start all over again. Very disappointed, the game is no longer a challenge 10/5/2021 ... THIS HAPPENED AGAIN!!!! Crashing all the time, and then suddenly I'm back to the beginning again. I enjoy the game, but having to start at the beginning is frustrating and annoying

Been playing for 540+ days and now can't enter any cities. Game shuts down. This has happened several times in the past, too. Sent several emails to Big Fish support. No response. Very disappointing. Oct 2021.... game started crashing again after a couple minutes of play. All suggestions from Gummy support did not resolve problem. I suspect the minigames within play are at fault. Disappointing.

The game itself is fun but the amount of resources needed to progress through the countries is ridiculous. I am currently in Tokyo and to build Obaida requires 10 gems. Everything since to require more and more coins. Trying to build the resource marts is way too hard. Good game but just impossible to get anywhere without parting with real money, which I am guessing is the objective for the developers.

How do you expect someone to play the extra games when they keep crashing? I cant even get back in the spooky house one to complete it. Got in twice and it crashed each time and now i cant get in at all. Same way with the others. Ridiculous! 10/15/21 The whole game keeps crashing. Cannot get in to play a game at all. Are you listening to the complaints? It doesnt seem like it. I now give this game 1 star. The length between regaining lives and a few other things is really annoying.

I am a senior citizen that has been trying to fill in my time. This game Is addictive but you have to spend a LOT of MONEY to keep going forward to the next levels. There are NO great rewards because you have to BUY them at a high COST. It’s too bad it’s so expensive because it is an ok game.

I play this game daily, I don't get why almost every time there's an update the levels have to be reloaded, this is annoying and doesn't seem, there must be a way you could avoid this us wasting part of our data plan

First, it takes to long in between games and so on. Second the female voice offering words truly not needed. Third, truly why do you have to have these "lives" and then only 3 of them! The game is not bad but personally these three things are most annoying.

Nothing has changed.. only have 3 playz per game all the other games there are 5 plays not just 3 time but because I feel like I am being used when I have loss the 5 plays, I plAy all of my other games until my live have been restored. Why is it asking for update every couple of days there are so many negative things wrong with this game since I got another tablet ????

Like the game but recently am not receiving any gifts from friends, despite my having sent them. Very frustrating. Have tried removing and restarting etc but nothing has changed.

I've played this game off and on for like 7 years, and I've loved most of it. But my current issue is your announced spooky area. I've not completed all the levels, and it has disappeared from my map. How am I supposed to enjoy the thing you advertise if I can't even access it? Same thing has happened with the two previous event areas. Other than that, I love the game. Fix accessibility issues and I'll fix my review.

Update sucks. Reduce payout levels (30 becomes 20 for level 2,60 becomes 30 for level 3)but cost of everything you purchase stays same.

My samsung galaxy phone did a major update, and this game stopped working for me. No longer can I click or swipe. So far no other apps are misbehaving like Gummy Drop. A shame it was a nice game.

Love Gunmy Drop! I have been playing this game since it launched in 2014. Currently I'm up to Panama City and I'm looking forward to completing Wellington which is only two cities away. Tip: make sure that you connect Gunmy Drop to your Facebook account to save changes and prevent the loss of game progress.

Love playing this game while I relax. Upload problem has been corrected, back to enjoying the game! Haven't found any other game I enjoy so much but I don't like it when technical difficulties interfere though I understand sometimes they can't be helped.

wonderful, but it will not let me update on my iPad. I have played this game on my iPad for years now all of a sudden it tells me my device is not compatible with this game and will not update somebody please tell me what to do because I would really love to continue to play this game

I have a new tablet but can still play on my cellphone. I thought my progress would be saved with wifi but the tablet has gone back to the start. Very disappointed.

I like the game but I'm in Budapest now and 21-30 has given me only 2 music sheets and will not give me anymore when I win the levels that say I am suppose to get them.
