I love it. It's fun pass time with. There are new events and different kinds of food. It also gets challenging at times which is nice. But I have a problem with some impossible levels as of late. Especially the ones with a time limit. Either I can't get the correct amount of hearts needed because I don't get enough costumers or I don't get enough dishes because either I don't have enough costumers during the time limit or they don't order enough dishes.

So I really like the game but unfortunately I'm having an issue with the ads.. The button pops up to skip/ end the ad but when I click on it nothing will happen. So then I have to close the game entirely and start it over. Kinda gets annoying after it happening a few times, and seriously considering getting rid of it and downloading a different one at this point.

It's OK (quite samey), but one really annoying thing is the ads. I know ads finance the whole game, but these actually stop it from working. Often the only way is to get out of the game and then get back in again. Later on, the game is absolutely impossible. It takes forever to get diamonds u need to carry on playing u0026 for the "super hard" levels, u need 70 to finish. At some point, u stop getting the free 15 seconds and you get one lot of diamonds a day - between 2 u0026 6.Impossible. Uninstalled.

This is a really solid game. I never leave reviews but this app warrants it. It is just difficult enough, there is a variety of levels, and the graphics are much better than other apps like this! I highly recommend. While you'll sometimes need to use boosts, you get just enough rewards to continue game play for free. The ads can be annoying but that has nothing to do with the game makers and they are worth it considering the quality of this game! Try it out

I really enjoy this game, and I was okay spending a few dollars here and there, and then it became impossible to beat levels and the boosters came less frequently. I also spent gems I payed actual money for on boosters that did not allow me to beat a level unless I used a certain combination of boosters, and in this way you run out of boosters easily. The prices in the game are outrageous, I would only pay those prices to own a game free play. Don't waste your money

Perhaps I shoul say, extremely challenging, but very fun, exciting, and quite addictive in a very positive way. I am 58 year's old, and memory loss is part of my family's genetics. It stimulates my brain, to really think, about time management, and the the importance of doing brain teasers. Being that I was a Chef, at one of our beautiful exclusive Country Club's, it gives me a deeper sense of gratitude for how important it is to recognize your job duties. Thnx again!!!

Love the game but I feel on the timed levels the time shouldn't start until the first customer orders. It wastes 4 or 5 seconds for the 1st customer to come and put their order up. so if I have 45 seconds I only get 40 to play the level. Fix that and I'll give a 5 star

I deleted it. The game tries to load and then it crashes. I'm not able to take a screen recording because it happens so suddenly. All of a sudden poof the screens black and my phones frozen. The developers should know how to fix the bugs. Since I'm unable to play it, I give it a zero.

This is a game that's sneaky about microtransactions. At first you'll feel like you're having a great time until you reach levels that are impossible without boosters, which is the most blatant attempt at a cash grab.

The game is very addicting. But it is so hard to collect the gems! And now there's no more free claims for coins and gems. The cost to upgrade is also a little ridiculous. Need to play so many levels just to upgrade one item. Hope to see improvement!

The app is awesome but there is one prblm when I click 'Double coins' the ad plays and does not give double coins, This usually repeats when I click for 'Free coins'(or) 'Mystery gift' sometimes I get rewards and sometimes I don't, So please fix the problem if there was no problems I would give the app 5 stars, Because the apps Animations, Characters, Challenges are good..

Liked the game until recently when a glitch in one of the levels in pizzaria made it so I'm unable to move on with the game. It's so weird, the level starts off fine than the young guy customer orders a pizza with shrimp and it won't let me hand him the pizza. Even used the upgrade that hands the pizza to customers for you to try to bypass, nothing. It's obviously a glitch to an otherwise fun game but I'm not interested in playing a game that doesn't let you progress based on game error.

I am playing the updated version, but noticed that there is always a lag on the game. Everytime I click on the video, tje stops or app is not working. I hope you could do something on this matter. I like the game but it irritates me when there is lag.

This was my favorite game. But I hated it. Because I tried to download Rome 100 times but it's still didn't get downloaded they don't show the progress too. They really floped it in the sever. And when I saved my progress by logging my Facebook account. It was just waste of time. I played from the first anyway. I really really hated this game. It's completely a flop won't for data and time. I am really depressed about it. I have being playing it 6 hours a day but all that is gone.

I am addicted to this game however it crashes all the time. Tried to contact you but the 'contact us' button in the game does not open. It is very frustrating as it stops working in the middle of the game. If the game worked i would rate it as a 5 star regardless of adds

1 u0026 1/2 days playing, so far so good. will see when i get to the other restaurant u0026 harder levels. other games is very hard to get coins to upgrade cooking equipments and ingredients. but this one, im having fun playing!

Was really fun... for about 5 mins. The first 2 shops were great then you get to the 3rd which is a donut shop and the levels become almost impossible without using every single power up or spending gems to get more time, etc. I guess I'm glad they do this so early on in the game so I didn't completely waste my time.

It is OK but it is a money scheme. A lot of time, you have to spend money to move on. They intentionally delay their characters entry to the game to waste time. In turn, you have to spent money or else you will never pass their level due to their method.

I really enjoyed this game when I started but the further you get into it it is virtually impossible to pass levels without boosts And it's impossible to make money to upgrade do you can pass them I have stopped playing it now Also I have been asking for weeks if they have stopped the mystery gift videos and have not had an answer I didn't think it was a hard question I also noticed reading through all the reviews we get the same answer I am in Moscow now and it's just no fun anymore ????

my issue with the game is the fact that I saved up a lot of coins when I finished with the initial level so I was moving on to the next town I didn't have internet connection so I was unable to move to the next town but I discovered that all the coins I had saved up where gone and I never used them... if this is a bug please fix it and also is it possible get my coins back

I love this game. just enough levels in each section to not get bored. but some levels require the use of boosters which aren't easy to come across outside of in app purchases.

Well, I do love the game, but now that I finally finished Rome, it gets stuck on "now it is time to explore a new city" and I can't do anything. It just stays on that picture. No tapping anywhere gets out of it.

The UI/UX of this game is top-notch. The balancing is there, not just like other easy game where you dont need to think about strategy to beat levels. Guild however is now working properly, I cant find any guild at all. Please keep improving the feature and add paynent to just rekove ads between levels.

These game is superb! It has an awesome graphics and performance. My only suggestions are, reduce the price for the upgrade. Because, each upgrade is very expensive and sometimes, levels (especially hard levels) forces me to upgrade even though I don't need to upgrade anymore. And also, add a character customization where we can customize our "Chef". So that's it, I hope u devs add these suggestions to the next update.

Fun game. The downside is when you need $18000 (yes, 3 zeros)to update equipment and supplies but you only win $300 on the levels. Takes many levels to update while you're losing because you can't update. They do give you opportunities for free temp booster to help but they need to adjust prices. The worst part is that you pay $5 for a golden ticket but when you're playing old levels for days to earn enough to upgrade, none of that counts for the ticket, losing $5 for the ticket!

Quite an enjoyable game. But after reaching higher levels, you are forced to buy gems to move along the game. Even if you play perfectly fine, they do not allow progression without use of gems. Otherwise the game would have had a 5 from me

Very well made , though my problem is the ads. They pop up every now and then after I win a level. Keeps me occupied during my times AND entertaining when you have nothing else to do. Other problem is when you're making the food too many customers come one after the other. And don't wait very long too be served. But, overall I like it. I give it a five star review. ????????

Levels are fun to start. Once I got in to the donut shop it seems like more levels required powerups to complete. The last level seems impossible even with multiple powerups. I am bummed because I enjoyed playing the game but won't pay to advance, I enjoy a challenge but this seems overly challenging for a free game. I don't mind waiting and saving up for extras but they seem more difficult to earn later in the game.

The game had some recent update and it won't let me play the restaurants that were in rome. It keep sending a message about it need to update google resources. I never had a problem like this before, but if it continues I will delete the game.

-1 star for the forced ads. -2 stars for the unbeatable stages even when everything is maxed. When all things are maxed you should be able to beat every stage without using any of your boosts. My final verdict, fun for a bit and then uninstall. Not worth playing long term.

I get it. You want people to buy and spend gems. What gets me is that this game tries to trick you into spending gems. When you fail a level, the BIG button that says "OK" is to spend gems to keep going and the tiny "x" at the top of the screen is to try again without spending gems. Update: I tried contacting the dev in game like they suggested but got "form invalid". Lowering rating a star

This game is so much fun but you hit a wall around a certain point where you can't progress without using a bunch of boosts which will eventually require you to pay real cash for once you run out. Even with boosts sometimes the levels are too difficult. Costs to upgrade gear was too much and halted progress.

Be wary when you start out without signing up. If you decide to sign up your account with the game later down the line, it will start you back from zero, nullifying any purchase AND progress you made. Havent received concrete assistance on resolution yet either.

So much fun!! I get so caught up and the time Flies by! I wish there were more ways to get money cuz as the levels go up the upgrades get ridiculous compared to the winnings. Still love it

When I 1st started playing it was great now it keeps shutting down then I have to reboot go through everything just to get to the level I'm at. Then I'll play it a couple more minutes then it shuts down again. I've spent alot of money in this game to just have it constantly stopping and shutting down. Irritating!

The app continues to crash over and over and over i dont have this problems with anything else but this game, there are multiple continuous ads which i dont mind if they didnt freeze and crash the game everytime over and over and over and over again. Its become unplayable, i will sit through the ads but if you want us to do that fix the crash. Unless the creators have given up. Much love - ps it just crashed before i wrote this. Sorry its a great game thats why im so mad .

The worst gaming experience I've ever had. I was just playing this game and I came here to leave a review because it's ridiculous. Countless times I've been in the middle of using my last boost, and the game mysteriously glitches out of nowhere. When you win too many times it glitches, when you've watched ads for the 100th time to win boosts, it glitches you don't get your prize. The game just automatically stops and you get nothing. You have to watch a million ads that glitches your phone

Game built solely to make money. As others have said...enjoyable until donut shop. Once you reach the last few levels of the donut shop it's impossible to win without paying. I refuse so the game gets uninstalled. I would imagine if you pay to beat that level it will only get worse on future levels.
