Loving this game. I can not understand why other reviewers are having problems with running the app or achieving things within the game? If you are running out of energy it is all there in abundance just look for it. If you're problem is waiting for constructions etc to finish just patience and persevere. I am now running 4 plus locations and trying to keep up with everything. Ads are a necessary ???? but use them to get energy etc.

Game play has been very buggy in the past couple months. Freezing, not being able to travel to the competition islands Yesterday I collected the Dino race chests, then went to the panda island and all the rewards disappeared. (3rd time this has happened- losing rewards) submitted a request for help, but today I can't even log onto the game. It just crashes. I've rebooted my phone and same thing.... I hate that after all these years I'm about ready to walk away.

I have played this game for a very long time. I began when there were just 5 islands and not many peripheral challenges; there was a lot less land on each island too, but now it has become a completely new game and I'm really enjoy all the variety. The only problem I have with the game is that, I completely lose myself and time while I'm there; I can be there for hours.......

Thank you for developing this game. It's been 3 weeks playing this game and still very enjoyable. I got beautiful graphics, pleasant and interesting places to explore, fun and challenging quests to complete as well as great story. All the good quality in only one game. But there are times when the server connection's lost. It stole some of the entertaining experience when playing this game. Wish this could be fix.

I have always loved this game so much. But nowadays it has become quite frustrating. Every time I try to visit any neighbors island, it always asks for an update. I don't know why this game is getting so many frequent updates when game play isn't improving at all! I still keep losing buildings, there are a lot of glitches, and now it takes a lot of time to load to the game, especially why travelling from one island to another. I hope they fix these issues, specially reduce the amount of upgrades

I fell in love with this game. I like having a "clan" of other people I can talk to and even ask questions. I play on both my phone and my computer. The two do not sync but have two different clans is FUN! Been playing for around three years now. Level "106" and experienced major glitches. I let them know...now I wait to see if the fix my problem. I cannot leave the first island, plus nothing I do gets saved. I really enjoy this game. I hope they actually fix it.

Too many issues with each updates. Currently switching islands take so long to load. On race day keep getting can not connect to the server please try again. Or no internet connection. And can't access the the clan or task list. Loses a lot of resources. Have to kepp restarting the game. Use to be a very enjoyable game, It very frustrating now.

Love the game been playing for about 5 or 6 years now, sadly I do struggle with it, losing stuff you've been waiting for or it doesn't register progress. However now I can't get in at all the start just freezes. I've checked the tablet all OK tried going into apps to clear the cache can't find it I'm stumped,!!!!

I really really need help! I've been playing this game for years. It definitely is my favorite. I've come very far. And I play everyday. But lately I've been struggling with loading issues. When I want to change between islands, it loads forever and when I have to watch an ad to receive a bonus or something, the game just logs out by itself. I have reached a point where I don't even want to play anymore because I get so frustrated with these issues. Please help me.

Have been playing for a few years with no issue. Now it's terrible. All of a sudden started freezing. No matter what I did it would remedy it. Then purchased buildings disappeared. No refund given. Went from a really fun game to a waste of time over night.

So I made up to about level 74 and have paid hundreds of dollars now the game won't open for me. I'm beyond pissed!!! because I really enjoyed the game. Requested help and the only recommendation I received was that the memory my be full. Bruh ... I'm not even at half point for memory usage on my phone. Tired deleting and reinstalling ... nothing. It is just this game. So disappointing.

Its one of those time based games but you can easily put it down. It has similar side games which work on energy instead of setting timed tasks. It's graphics are good.

Was a great game but now it's full of glitches u0026 now it's keeps disconnecting from server which conveniently happens during the Dino Race u0026 no it is not my internet as everyone in our clan is having the same issue. Try fixing the glitches that have been ignored for months now, like the game freezing at 42% load when trying to move from one island to another. UPDATE, I did contact support about this last year u0026 they have done nothing to fix it. Still freezing at 42% when moving between islands.

Lots of fun fulfilling each mission! The customer support leaves alot to be desired though... I made 3 in app purchases on 3/3/2022, payment went through on 3/4/2022 and I found that I was charged twice for 1, and the $9.99 cut stone machine was never received, and when I reported the issues... They just keep emailing me that the ticket has been resolved despite the fact I have gotten nothing for my $, nor a refund (not even for the duplicate charge). Weeks later FINALLY RECIEVED items!!!

Spent so much time and energy on this game like every other game starts great sucks you in then, bang, glitches . Never once been able to complete a side quest.

I have been playing this game with no problems at all and loved it. I have spent alot of money and time making my Islands look good etc... but as of a couple of months ago it crashes at 8% the team is aware about it but I'm still waiting!!! Not very happy at all

Took my money. This is the third time that this has happened. I bought a one time thing once and it didn't show up so had to go through Google to get a refund. Then because I'm a glutton for punishment I bought 2 more things back to back and they both disappeared. So I went to tech support and they said wait 24 hours! . I've never had a game do that! If I don't get what I purchased I'm going through Google and getting a refund. Their support is a joke and takes forever to respond. Stop working.

I love this game so much but sadly it takes my money and resources for tasks and then doesn't do them! Such a waste of time, maybe if you removed all the extra side nonsense the main game and the reason I want to play would work properly and my internet would not get the blame for your failures! Because my internet works fine everywhere else but I couldn't complete a single team task yet this week! Let me know when you fix it as I'd love to come back!

Great game but the islands need more space and less items like statues that take up room and then a repeat of that quest later on in the game, I enjoy making a picturesque village but that now becoming hard as space is limited, I'm now having to delete buildings or box them because of lack of space .

For 2 days now I have not been able to open the game because a message that says "Please wait. Extracting resources..." Has been on my screen and won't go away. I have let the game sit for an hour, but it won't go away. I have been playing for a year now and don't want to lose my progress by removing game and reinstalling it. Sooo frustrated!
