The good point is that the game is pretty. The bad point is that it is borderline unplayable if you don't pay anything. Almost every action will have a timer and you will have to wait again and again. In my opinion, you would attract way more people if you decreased the timers or if you allowed player to watch unlimited sponsored videos.

I've been playing this game for a while now. I'm up to level 18. This game was fun at first. It becomes a battle of not having enough space which becomes annoying and you can't ever spend all your energy for days because you only have 1 or 2 spaces open. If you got more coins to compensate and buy more space as you level up it may help. The game also becomes extremely redundant with the quests. I got 5 quests in a row for a level 8 sword. The rope needs a higher drop rate.

The merging is fun for a bit but some issues arise early on. Sometimes when you merge an item, a duplicated one is created with a bubble around it and if I watch an optional ad I get to keep it, otherwise it disappears after a period of time. This isnt a huge issue except that it takes up valuable room and I can't get rid of it earlier unless I watch the ad. Cooldowns. After 8 hours, the barn is still not done recharging. If you're going to incentivize me not to play the game, then I won't.

It's a very fun and addictive game, I myself have put a lot of hours on it by now. There are multiple problems with the energy system but if it worked as it should Id not even mention it. The only thing that makes the game playable is watching ads to get more energy or get more items out of generators, but for me at least MOST of the time I try to watch an AD the game just crashes for no reason and I gotta try and try again. If that gets fixed it's a 5 star game

Great concept, poor execution. The energy system and the item recharge system do not work well together. It should be one or the other. I've had all of my items ready to give me things to merge only to realize I have no energy to get anything out of them. The art style is pretty nice and the way the world grows as you complete quests is really cool. Edit: droped it down to two stars because the energy and recharge systems are awful. Makes it extremely hard to progress at higher levels.

Medieval Merge is the type of game that you can't rush. It's something you occasionally come back to throughout the day. Art is wonderful. The normal complaints that you always hear are that the time it takes for the stamina to regen is slow, and that there are limits on watch ads for additional stamina. But tbh, then it becomes a game you fully focus on, instead of a chill game to come back to. My personal QOL I would love is to see the timers on when the resources are ready. Great game :)

Cute game, not bad for a merge game. I don't agree with most of the other reviews, I think it's energy and space use is good and challenging. My main issue is I ran out of content. Been waiting over a week now and no new content. Also some of the items aren't sellable and I don't use them very much. Like the gem boxes, I made too many thinking they would be useful but now I'm stuck with them forever taking up valuable space, also chests. Last is items that create items, after auto use can't sell

After 50 hours w/o spending money, the merge gameplay is pretty standard. Use energy to place items onto a board. Along with standard energy to tend to, each spawner has its own energy pool. The drop rates for some items are pretty low(rope, gems, rivets) and you can blow a whole spawners energy and still not get one of them. So that can be frustrating for sure especially if you're trying to complete a daily. The new event weekend is a pretty cool new addition though. I recommend this game.

Love absolutely everything about it. It's unique and very addictive and i actually want to keep playing because of how invested it got me. The energy is understandable but even the items taking time to recharge is a bit of an overkill in my opinion. Perfect game just needs better adjustment on how many things can hault progress.

It does what you expect and it does it well. This is a game where spend a few minutes on at a time, dont expect to waste hours a day. Ads are not intrusive. The game doesnt make you feel its mandatory to watch Ads, and miss out. The difficulty curve/time to get the required items feels well balanced. You get just enough inventory space, if you manage it well. The game runs well, and loading times are short/none. Visuals are good. Theres not much to complain about.

Honestly a very cute game with a great concept that's unfortunately ruined by frustrating energy mechanics and an irrationally small board to work with. Liked it for quite a while but it loses it's luster when you can only play 5 minutes a day and don't have a big enough board to combine all the objects you need later on. It gives you the incentive to sell objects that took a while to earn just to get board space... then warns you that all the items you are about to sell are rare.

The game itself is pretty fun, and the art style is nice. However, I'm only at level 5 and the game has slowed down drastically to the point that I spend most of the time waiting and watching adds than actually playing. This all spawns from the recharge timer for the items. Why is it so insanely long? I would pay good money just to have a permanent decrease in wait times, even if it only halves it. And please, some kind of play area expansion, it's so claustrophobic. It's so small.

has potential. the storage options aren't great considering i'm level 6 and already have 8 different generators on the board. i'm not super motivated to play because i know i'm not going to progress much if i do, even though the art style and story seem really interesting. i'm also not a fan of using ads to marginally improve wait times; if i have to watch an ad, i should get a decent reward for it.

Good merger game, the little story it's following is fun and one of the more interesting choices. However I think the devs might want to fix the pricing on items a bit. All level 1 items have the same sale price no matter the rarity. It doesn't feel like anything is worth selling because you're not really getting much but then if you keep it all, because you don't know when you'll get it again, it just clutter up the board. I mean a level 1 branch and a level 1 jewel sells for the same amount

Game sucks for a merging game. Limited space, can't increase board space, and inventory space runs out quick. Too many different branches of items. Should be able to obtain more board space or new boards for different themes, like tools, plants, etc. I'll admit, I've spent a lot of time on this, but it's kinda over with now. I've got a bunch of high value items and no room to grow. Also, thought there was lore, but that immediately stopped after tutorial. RIP.

It's a fun side game. :) Energy refills a bit slow but it's fast enough for daily casual play. Update: I've been playing this game for about a month. It's a slow grind but it's highly satisfactory. There's always new items to be discovered, and for curious people and those who get bored easily, this is great stimulation. I only wish we could customize the main character, and for the inventory space to be a bit cheaper. :)

Potential is all this game has going for it. It's incredibly tedious, and this gets worse and worse the more you unlock. The board aspect is hindered by locked spaces you can't unlock for seemingly a long time, making it nearly impossible to progress without deleting progress in other areas. The graphics and idea are great, but the game play is almost impossible. The generators are stingy, the board is impossibly difficult to unlock, and it sucks because this could be a really cool game.

A beautifully simple game, with a very nice background world to explore and improve. Entirely playable as a free 2 play (though you do have to wait for generators to recharge), I'm actually tempted to spend money on it, because it hasn't resorted to the pushy micro-transaction sales tactics of so many other games. Even more surprising, there aren't a ton of ads, and they are all optional! I would actually pay a couple bucks to be completely rid of the last few ads, but there isn't the option

Great looking game design with a fun game mechanic that's made incredibly tedious. Not only do you have energy that is gone way too fast and restores very slowly, you also have to wait for your item spawners to come back when they run out of juice. Chests take forever to open. There's never enough space on the board, and the plot is mediocre at best. If all the waiting mechanics were removed and the game were monitized in a different way, it might actually be a fun game.

The game is pretty fun, the art style is good and it's a nice change from other merge games. But it feels like the game constantly pushes you away from actually playing if you're not actively paying for gems. The game has the standard energy system, which by itself is fine. But on top of that the items you use that energy on have their own individual energy. So you have to wait/pay for your energy, and then also wait/pay for the energy of the items you're spending your energy on. It's so slow.

This is one of my favorite merge game, I see a lot of reviews are complaining about the limit board size, energy,... etc. It's not really a problem for me. You can always clear some un-needed item and merge again when you need them. Also you can also increase energy size by eating the ????, my current ⚡ level is at 117, extra ⚡ lvl isn't too hard to get if you have patient. The only reason I gave 4* is because I can't close out the game. It'll lose process played last time.

Super gorgeous graphics, neat merging table. I love this game! It has been filling a couple of minutes of my free time every day for a few weeks now! I also love how the game doesn't force any ads on you! All of them are optional! Must play if you love merge games! There's a lot that could be added, but the developers are really easy to contact and give feedback to, so it wouldn't be surprising if the game was improved a lot on in the future.

The game concept is good but the overall enjoyment factor is brought down because of the item recharge time being very long for certain items and the energy system. Also at a certain point in the game rather early on, it starts requiring high level items that take a while to get and some items like the rivets, gloves, rope should all come from their own spawner instead of the toolbox and toolbarrels which makes them harder and more tedious to get. I also think the inventory slots cost alot.

Really enjoying this. The energy refills quite quickly and the quests always feel achievable without being a monotonous grind. Storage is a little on the expensive side and with somewhat limited space it does get quite cramped at times but it's not unmanageable. It's worth mentioning the Devs are also really responsive as I've been emailing them back and forth regarding something which is super refreshing.

Good job on destroying your own game. Each new updates reduces the playability of this game significantly by decreasing the tapping frequency of generated resources, increasing the level of requested items in daily quest. The numeric information of each item are still missing after so many updates, so that the players won't aware that the resources will not regenerate if there is one item remaining in the resource generator, and the items are pathetically lesser than before. This game is updated time-to-time to make the game heavily relies on P2W and completely ignored the game balance. Also, there is no ongoing story after the very beginning of the game, or any dialogued animation after each quest completion.

This game is fun overall but there are some bugs. My husband and I both play the game. He has a market place and gets the weekend events, but I do not (even though I am ahead of him jn levels and quests). I have tried reloading the game and nothing changes. The game site doesn't say that I need to update. Not sure what is wrong.

Game started out alright, but quickly found some bugs and that it's nearly impossible to play without paying or watching ads. Items disappear, which cost energy to create from resources which become exhausted which cost gems, ads or significant time to refresh. Early missions become impossible to complete without costing money, watching ads, or waiting a surprisingly long time.

I love the game. Maybe the one thing I like to be added is having an option to see the previously corrupted place compared to the complete, beautiful one, just to see, reminisce and praise the progress I have done. I would be like, "Oh, so this was the look it has before, and now it's this. Wow, I've come a long way. Huh." That kind of scenario. Plss add this option.

This game has the potential to be great. However due to long times to gain energy it falls short of being great, with it coming to a mediocre like most mobile games. The art style is certainly unique and looks pretty good. However the story really falls after the tutorial and this game could use some simple dialog in-between each task you do. There are micro transactions but they aren't in your face, and I personally haven't seen too many ads unless I ask for them in exchange for energy. 4/5

Fun concept, graphics and the UI look great. However, the amount of actions you're able to do before either the item generators run out or you run out of energy makes it feel like they dont want you to play this for free. I can only do a few things before I need to come off for hours to let everything recharge. Theres not enough space on the board, meaning you have to pay for storage which gets gradually more expensive, again trying to get you to buy more money with real money.

Starts off fun. Very soon, the board fills up and you will either have to sell items you need, or spend real money to increase space, etc. Energy recovers very slowly, and there are hardly any items within the clickers before they have to recharge, and they recharge slowly too. It is designed to make you spend money, pure and simple. Only reason I gave it a second star is because it seems bug-free and the graphics are decent. Still gonna uninstall.

A few weeks in and I can safely say this is my second favourite merge game. It's very enjoyable to fix things and the art is excellent (which is the main draw of these games to begin with). It is possible to get high level generators quickly and there is a cool mechanic that lets you refresh energy and get bonus max energy. Overall the only issue is the game is still new and needs more content. There are optional ads for small bonuses but you can easily play without them.

It's a nice-looking game and a fun concept, but the items you tap to generate materials take WAY too long to recharge, and offer no countdown beyond a circle that fills up. Of course you can buy items to speed things up, but that costs money. It feels like the game isn't interested in you playing for more than 1-2 minutes before you have to wait for a recharge. It's frustrating and a poor game design; it also really feels like a cash grab. Improve the recharge rate and the game will be better.
noname431136, the 17/05/2022

The game is satisfying and the visuals are good. As other reviews mention, though, the wait times for resources to recharge are extremely long. I think what makes this worse is that you can't tell how long it will take. The treasure chests and prize bubbles have timers that can be checked, but not the resource sources. And even if you watch an ad to refresh a resource, you may only get 2 or 3 items from it before it has to recharge and the timer resets. This is very discouraging.

Really needs some balancing. The graphics are lovely, had the potential to be a keeper. At the moment though, you often find yourself with too much energy but nothing to tap, or not enough energy with lots to tap. Also, some timers don't show how much time is remaining. Not enough space, to the point where it doesn't even make sense, extremely difficult in the early stages before you've made enough money to buy the inventory slots.

This is a pretty boring merge game. The only thing it has going for it are the graphics. I kinda want to give it a chance, but at this point, it just feels like a chore, instead a game. The randomness on how items are generated is frustrating, and I dont feel accomplished when I complete a task, just relief that the task is done. A for effort, C for gameplay.

The premise of the game is fine; collect various items, merge them to upgrade, turn in specific sets to complete tasks much like Merge Mansion. The problem comes in that item spawners have very long cooldown times and give such a small number of items that I run out of things to click before I run out of energy. I love the graphics of this game, but as I said, the item spawners need to give way more before going on cooldown. Also for some reason I can only play on Wi-Fi regardless of data speed.

Decent game, great art style, however, recharging takes way too long, and you don't get enough resources. Ads are misleading as well. Ads showed that there is combat, but its nonexistent. Would be nice to have some other activity in the game since all you're doing is waiting. It would be cool to customize your character with cosmetics.

So far, (one day of play) this seems to be the best of this style merge game. The art is actually nice looking and makes me want to see the repairs done. Also the advertisements aren't bad at all, your not interrupted while playing. Plus so far the only option I've seen so far for ads is when you run out of energy, you can get 15 more for watching an ad. I can't think of many mobile games that feel like a game instead of an advertisement farm.

Game is actually very interesting. I was enjoying it. But you're quickly interupted by pay walls. Items need to recharge in order to move on. Slept the night away work up went to work, just tried playing it and I got maybe 5 mins before all items needed to be charged again or speed up with currency. Wouldn't recommend if you like playing for more then 5 mins at a time.
