To my surprise it's really satisfying. I'm not always fond of idols songs but THIS hits the spot. I like the fact we can train ourselves on songs with minimal rewards, balancing the recharge. The musics are really good and greatly implemented into the gameplay. The art style feels underwhelming (probably to my standards) but the animations make for it. Now, the gacha part has rather good rates compared to most gacha games but we can't pull that much. I won't complain on my two free 4* though.

it's a very fun and cute game and had such amazings songs and story line but I just hate how harsh the score is, like I just miss a single note and I lose a hundred, and no matter how much perfect points I get, the misses messes my score up so I'm kinda upset with that and the slider is pretty annoying. Most of the time it won't even move and it messes everything up. And most of the time I hit the disc instead which is also annoying. But I recommend this game! very cute, and amazing songs! :D

The game was a lot of fun! It was easy to get used to the mechanics and I managed to get better in just a few days. My biggest issue is the slider--- After the Colors event update the slider started randomly moving to the other side or was extremely delayed. At first I thought it was me, but when trying the easier songs it still was a problem. I chose the seperate option for it and still the slider would react even when only notes were on the board ???? I don't know how to fix it...

After almost a yea of the global version's release most issues related to performance have been addressed. Battery consumption remains a bit high, and if the device has around 4GB of RAM it will lag with high settings. Even if it is missing some of the songs and cards from the Japanese version (hence the 4 stars), it's still a good rythm game, the characters and their stories are charming; the music selection is nice and new songs are added frequently (this point could be improved too).

The characters are all very cute and I found the game play enjoyable! But as of recently the game will lag during 'lives'. At first it would just lag behind a bit, but as of this last update, the lag makes me completely miss notes to the point where it's unplayable : ( . Looking at other reviews this seems to be a reoccurring problem, please make turning off the effects an option! 3 stars until the problem is fixed, the great characters and designs do make up for it though! Overall great game, the only problems I have is: A, the updates don't show up on the play store restricting my access to the game. And B, The slider is too weird if you accidentally tap on the line for it, it will just jump to where you tapped and can mess with you if you are going for full combos. As previously stated the game is great overall and I would reccomend it, problem A is the more annoying issue and I hope it gets resolved.

I'm terrible at rhythm games, but this game makes even sucking fun. There's a fun story to play through, and a host of cute characters to befriend. The graphics are stellar and the designers of this game seem to have made extra efforts to animate many of the characters, provide extra art featuring them, and making them all unique. The main rhythm game part is fun as well and looks great, even though I'm no good at it. Maybe I'll be better with practice.

Never understood what's so fun in pressing correct buttons while music distracts you during whole process. And I still don't after playing this. But! D4DJ have a lot of difficulties including "audience" mode, and have fully voiced story so you can enjoy game even if you are not fun of gameplay itself. Good: great graphics (3D characters!), relaxing atmosphere, fully voiced game, simple UI, lots of CG, large song catalog, LOTS of gifts and more - almost perfect game. Bad: no Email/Google bind.

The game is great, and the graphics are just the cherry on the cake but sometimes the audio cues from your party members make the entire game lag, making it near impossible to play at times. Also it's been prompting me to update, but the Google Play Store has been saying there's no update, (the button just says "Play") leaving me unable to even start up the game. (edit: turn off audio cues if you have lag and the update issue isn't fixed so you have to just wait? it's alr been a month for me rn)

The gameplay is really enjoyable and unique. I love the characters and units, the art on cards are also pretty. I do have a problem with NPCs too.Since i tier a lot, i need to maximize my score by going to multis but the waiting time is too short so with the fear of playing with NPCs (which will give me lower score)i usually go out of the room then go in again and with this the app will suspend me for an amount of time, preventing me to tier which really irks me.

I love the game, the songs, the art, the animations, effects. The problem is the transfer data via transfer code seems to be a pain because it doesn't seem to work even if i have entered them correctly, i neither have twitter nor apple acc so this game should add an fb and google acc binding system. Ive already lost accounts multiple times because of this.

I started playing since March when there is an event from SIFAS which led me here, at first was like really hard since I'm used to two finger only either thumb or pointer, but these past few months are much more easier for me doing Expert songs, some problems are the slider, it sometimes glitch itself and loses my combo in higher levels, energy could use some increase since some events rely on high scores to get in ranking.

Game works really well without lag.. . Alot of songs to choose from.. But sometimes in multi live the notes arent hitting accurately i dont know if it has something to do with the internet. Sometimes it gets disconnected in multi live aswell. But still by far one of the best music games i played in mobile

I'll start this off w/ a 5-star review, which is subject to change. I love Bushiroad's Bang Dream a lot, but can't seem to get that game to transfer my progress after changing phones. I'm hoping this game is similar enough for me to enjoy the same way. I've just put too much into the other game to just start it over from square one, so I'll try something new.

This is a very enderrated Game even tho It's really good like the Songs, Characters, Units , Storyline etc. I really love the cool animations when you're going on live! Well It's Really hard on first try, but when you play it longer you will enjoy it! Right now I am at level 8 too!

I LOVEEE ITTTT There are some issues tho Sometimes the slider gets stuck, like when I'm tapping the tiles and moving the slider, the slider gets stuck sometimes and I cant move it ontime, also sometimes I get glitches during my lives and it makes me lose my combo, also there needs to be some more songs from anime, that would be cool!!

Good gameplay, remixes, covers, and song selection. Only issue is that a tablet/ipad is really needed for higher level play, since a smaller phone screen results in multi-touch overlap more often.

Love the game! But since May 13, the game now has a bug where it barely counts my taps in songs where the difficulty is 12+ (it doesn't matter if it's hard or expert, it's the same for both)

So far so good. The gameplay is decent enough (though frame rates start to drop when your phone overheats). I quite enjoy playing rhythm but the reason why I am giving a 2 star is the gacha system. 3% sounds like a lot but the drop rates for 4 stars is horrendous (in my experience). What's worse is the rate up drop rates. You cannot call it "rate up" if the chances of getting the rate-up character is 1/3. I've gotten the non-rateup characters 10 times in a row. Add a better pity system please.

Love the game, love the music, love the characters. Dislike the slider (which is a cool aspect of the game, but when you're playing at fast speeds it becomes funky), a bit laggy with animations

I really really love this game don't get me wrong but I sometimes don't want to open it because whenever I try to do a live, as I am playing and pressing the tiles they sometimes say "Miss" even tho I clearly pressed them or the slide tile being stuck to the side and not moving, or it moves to the side by itself when I didn't move it.

i'm giving this 3 stars because of one problem i'm having. when i play a song, sometimes the judgement lags? when i tap on time, at times it registers the tap late causing me to get a good, bad, or miss. this doesn't happen on all of my other rhythm games or apps. please fix this!!

Very fun and challenging rhythm game. Love all the songs. Wish the energy recharge was a bit faster. Overall it's really good. Hopefully more anime and tokusatsu openings would be addded in the future

This game is fun so far but Im having trouble on clicking the options and sometimes there's so much loading. Im not lagging the clicks I apply is not glitching or whatever my only issue is whenever I open the tutorial I can't go back anymore. Please fix the buttons

i do like this game, and the artwork is amazing as well as the song selection, but the only real gripe i have with it is the controls in combined judgement. i tap way above the judgement line and the slider at the bottom still moves and messes me up, and its jarring to regain your footing. even moreso, the skill popups at the top of the screen obstruct vision of the lanes, making it harder to be able to see notes coming down. if these issues were to be fixed this game is an easy 5 star.

Been playing this game since EN release. I don't know what happened recently, but the game has been giving me lag spikes on some occasions. I've turned down all the settings I could to try to get it to run better but nothing has worked. It's a rhythm game, it doesn't need to be visually impressive, it needs to be responsive first and foremost. My tablet isn't even old. Either give me the option to turn down more settings or just tone everything down a bit.

Such a cute game! The characters are memorable and the stories are really nice addon. The gameplay itself is pretty neat too with a slider feature. The effects can be a lot but you can turn them off. You can also turn off the some of the gameplay features if it's too hard, i.e sliders and discs. Overall, a really good game to at least try once!

A good rhythm game, songs are great and so is the art, but there are some issues. I have an Android and there are many times the game will just not get past the loading screen, I have to exit the game multiple times to get it to load right. The sliders also seem to be an issue bc sometimes when I'm trying to tap a note the slider will also move, not sure if it's just a problem with the combined judgment line. There's also some lagging + other problems with loading in multi live, or in solo live

One of the best mobile rhythm game experiences I've had. The touch controls are responsive and the scratch notes and slider are fun additions to the typical rhythm game controls. Rolling on the gacha is only really necessary if you want to compete in events or collect the cute characters. Great lineup of original and cover songs as well. Recommended.

Absolutely gorgeous game! Been playing it nonstop for a few months now and I don't have a single complaint. Graphics are gorgeous, many songs actually present a very fun challenge, the gacha system for characters is fun and accessible without paying, and there's never a dull moment with events constantly going! Most rhythm games are low quality and desynchronize themselves between the visuals and audio but D4DJ is not one of those games. Best rhythm game out there!!

It's amazing! I like the character design and songs, but there is a issue. I've just replayed d4dj durning the collab and I can't seem to hear any voicelines from any characters. May you please get it fixed? Thank you!

One of my favorite rhythm games. It challenging but not in a way that makes it not fun plus the character are fantastic and well written. ALSO the songs slap so I definitely recommend playing it!!

Very fun gameplay and good song selection. The packs in the store are extremely overpriced but you don't need to spend a single dollar on the game if you don't want to. I also get some lag every once in a while but I would definitely say it's worth the download.

It's nice, but it has some weird things/bugs 1. My notes in the songs have a longer release then the rhythm 2. My game will randomly shut down but besides that this game is pretty nice!

Its really really fun to play and the design and the songs are good but sometimes my game loads for a long time so i have to wait for a few hours to play again and today i just received a suspension for "behavior that may be disturbing to other viewers" even though i havent said anything bad

Your game is a piece of junk. It keeps freezing on me when I am trying to learn the level up function. And it won't let me get past anything else. I'm better off uninstalling this and getting love live back.

This is a nice game. I like the music and game play and the gacha element. I do think that sometimes the gacha rates feel waaay lower then they really are. Plus some of the songs are like literally impossible. Like I tried a song with a lvl 15 difficulty rating and DAMN. Is this even possible? Although I do play with only thumbs... But overall this is a pretty good game. 100% would recommend

???? When's there's a new update, but it doesn't show up in Google Play, I normally just restart my phone for a while and let it reset fully. When I turn it back on, the update's available in the Play Store. Hope this helps!! ^^

Im new to the game and I enjoy playing it. The characters are really cute and I like their design. I have no problems with the game at the moment. I play on mobile and the game hasn't lagged at all, which Is really good.
