Great for the first 4 or 5 bundles of puzzles but then it FORCES you to either buy points or use your collected points to go further. You cannot get through some levels without doing one of those. UPDATE. I decided to give the game more of a chance and decided that its ok really bar one big issue. When halfway through a game and adverts come on the game locks up with an advert stuck on screen. The game has to then be restarted at that level.

I have played this game for 2 years and loved it. But for several months it has been awful. Sometimes when trying to watch an ad for a free shuffle the game crashes and closes. I just waste my time watching an ad for nothing. But sometimes it works. Now they increased the amount of coins for a shuffle. I'm ready to uninstall it.

UPDATE: I thought the recent update fixed the problem, but it has not. This really affects strategy. The game has recently started to make matches independent of the tiles I am selecting to match. I will press one tile and it matches a different tile (that does match the first one selected) than the second one I have selected

I love this game but I am almost ready to uninstall. I have contacted customer support 3-4 times for the same issue. While playing the game it will not go into the shuffle after watching an ad or it will charge me 60 coins to finish the game. I have update this app all the time.

Lately receiving message multiple times to check network connection when trying to watch add to continue. Network is working fine. Frustrating to be forced to close app u0026 start again only to receive same msg. although sometimes one in awhile able to get a level completed. Suggestions please. *Update on previous review* 7-18-22: After the latest bug fixes, the app is back to not functioning properly. Constantly crashing over u0026 over.

This game WAS INITIALLY GOOD NOT THAT MANY PROBLEMS ..then it changed ...im getting so many glitches and game crashes ...its getting EXHAUSTING .....every time i play 1 game ...the game stops ...then have to restart the process each time to play a new game ...then i may not credited with the win and not get my points ...or the game skips. The blocks flash on the screen.i have NEVER PLAYED A GAME WITH SO MANY PROBLEMS ...i have a samsung tablet ...i have gone past the point of fustration ....

I don't like not being able to deal with an add for a shuffle. I don't like the only option for a shuffle is to spend money. The cost of a shuffle is to high at 60 token's. Frustrating moving to a different game.

One day before I updated, I am getting kicked out of the game. I did the update hoping it would help. It did not. This bug needs to be fixed! I really enjoy this game and don't want to have to get rid of it!! Also could you fix the problem with when I tap on what I want to match, the game picks its own match? Thanks

I would have previously given this game 5 stars. However, since the most recent update I am unable to finish the package I am currently on. It freezes up and kicks me out or doesn't even load at all. I have checked for updates on my device and all updates are current. At this point, it appears I will have no choice but to uninstall then reinstall losing all my progress.

It is very frustrating to have to keep going back to opening page, especially in the middle of a round. This is happening more and more frequently. Also having to continueally have to search for the level I am on every time I reopen the game, or I am forced back to opening page. I do enjoy the game, but not all the constant interruptions.

Love playing this game but do not like the latest update. The increase in coins needed to shuffle or get a hint does not match the zero increase of coins when you finish a game. Also, it no longer zooms in when you get to fewer tiles. The game is hard on my eyes when there are a lot of tiles, the game is zoomed out, and the tiles are tiny. The zooming at least gave my eyes a break.

Very addictive! Big downside us that you lose your progress and level when changing devices. Also when my son accidentally uninstalled this and I reinstalled it I lost my progress.

Time starting after first two tiles selected a lot better than before. Prefer the colorized version of your daily boards as opposed to the black and white versions.

When I started out I rated this game a 5 star. Now I take away all the stars. I keep getting kicked-out in the middle of a game. When I get far enough to play a video for a shuffle, most of the time I watch the video, unless it kicks me out right away, and the video locks up and I have to restart the level. I haven't been able to complete a game in weeks. Too bad I was far along and enjoying it.

Hate the new update. It used to be when you ran out of moves, you could choose to play an ad for a reshuffle. Now the game forces you to either spend 20 coins or restart the level entirely. I spent a lot of time saving up coins so I could use them for shuffles and hints if/when I needed them. Now my coins are nearly gone and there is NO way I am spending money to buy more. I spent my $1.99 for an ad free experience so I could bypass the ads after every level. But this is just awful. Fix this!

Been playing the Zen league for about 10 days and have been locked out. Just says I need - 2020 more stars. The more i play to get stars the amount of stars continues to rise. Eventually got into the league but after 3 days I'm locked out again. It said I need - 36 stars. I play to get the stars but they continue to go up. Total waste of time and the developer doesn't appear to be interested. I like this game but it keeps pissing me about. Sort it out developers or at least give an explanation.

Love spending time doing puzzles and this is a good game to play if you have 5 min to spare anywhere. Only con is, there's ads. But not so intrusive that you can't enjoy a quick challenge. As always if you don't wish to pay to remove ads, just go into airplane mode. Highly recommend if you like classic puzzles. ????

I love this game. Been playing it for years as a way to relax and unwind. Lately though I've noticed that there's a lot of ads and I can't seem to play daily puzzles that I've missed. Hope you guys fix that!

I WAS having fun playing the Zen League competition thing. I was in the low 20s in rank, I was feeling it... Close the app for 15 minutes the other day and Then the game tells me that i need -393 stars to play. Thought waiting a day or so would fix it, i was WRONG. Thought the update would fix it. Again, i was WRONG. WTH? I'll change this IF something happens-

One issue fixed and now there's another one! I've completed the daily puzzle 4 times but it doesn't register so I haven't attempted anything on my current level. As much as I've enjoyed playing the game (when it works fine), I will probably end up uninstalling it because the issues seem to be getting more and more frequent.

I understand the need for ads to help keep games free. What's annoying is the length of the ads (should be no longer than 5 seconds) u0026 repetitiveness of an ad after games. Also the method of exiting ads after finished needs to be clearer u0026 bigger, the amount of times I've pressed the X to exit to only be sent to opening the thing being advertised is frustrating

The app will not allow me to data sync only gives me the option to sync current game which I have a new phone so that's starting over very frustrating .. if this gets fixed I'd give it 5 stars

Thoroughly enjoyable and peaceful to play. Even though clearing the chips from the board is time limited it's not rushing you. It's simple to play and you can pause when you get stuck. One of very few games I've actually given five stars, irrespective of the ads and some of the ads go for 30 seconds or more. That's the only downside.

So frustrating Can not exit out of ads I enjoy the game but there are no exits for ads then you are locked in. Constantly having to fully restart and losing game play. I hadn't played for a while hoping it had changed and it's worse now. Sad will likely have to delete the app as it is no longer a relaxation tool and creates tension and disappointment rather than relaxation like it once did.

Used to be amazed about the simplistic yet characteristic looks and features in this app, it was welcoming and a pleasure to either relax or spend time with throughout the day. Unfortunately that time has come to an end and I'm considering deleting this app. Every game there's a full screen ad that will last for at least 10 seconds, locked, after which they're forcing you to click the ad by accident leading you to the Google store before being able to head back in and continue. Shame, really.

Love it ! I used to love it but My classic mahjong has developed a problem, when I play the daily game u0026 compete it the tiles go away u0026 the the E Button should appear but it does not u0026 I am stuck with a screen with the graphics but nothing else. I can't turn the game off it's just stuck, So could someone do something about the game. It's the same on my tablet as well the self same problem.

Visual acuity plus gentle pressure! Graduated start and no side quests. Clearer picture quality than most with calm subtle music. Stroke recovery brain builder! When it gets to the forced purchase level I uninstall u0026 start again because it's so pretty. That's not what the sellers want but I'm using it for my development not theirs!

Love the game, I'm waiting for new levels to be released. Finally got 100% on all puzzles. I know that inflation has gotten bad, but why the tripling of coin costs for shuffling and hints?

Amazing rendition of a classically fun game. I would recommend removing the ads for the reshuffle option as some of the ads auto direct you to the play store which cancels any progress made on the level you were playing.

It's a really fun game, but I've gotten to the point where no matter how many times I replay a level, I can't finish it unless I pay or watch an ad. It's frustrating when I was able to get through all the previous levels within days and now I spend tons of time on each level because I don't want to pay or waste time on ads.

Finished all the levals and deleted it and have started again. Can"t set it so there is a short cut, I have to go into my apps every time. This is very inconvenient. I love to play several games to relax before sleep.

I have had this game for about 6 months and recently it has started crashing after almost every completed level. Sometimes it doesn't even save the completed game. Might have to delete this version and find a better one.
