Ticket #941819 I get a response after 92 hours for a working as design answer on something that was not expected before the rolling upgrade. My worst experience in term of technical feedback. The positive aspect is the communication which is professional. But the support team need to have upskill. It's worth to mention that my job is escalation engineer (bug report soft bug with step to reproduce to engineering). Your Gm filter legit Tickets. Game is now removed.

was an amazing game in the beginning. but joycity has had no sympathy for our complaints. they don't care if a server is dying. and if shield falls of their own fault before time of its ending they make excuses and call you a liar.... when game faults and you lose a battle you should of won in every aspect of the game. they send you a petty excuse. and if they do on rare occasion agree its their fault they only give you back a fraction of what their fault caused you to lose. 2 stars for this.

I'm very disappointed and annoyed with this game! If I get attacked by other players (either because I couldn't reset my shield or I forgot to, there's no way to fight back. All ships are destroyed, all the pirates on those ships are either dead, at the healer's hut or hiding in the cave (the tiny percentage of them). Then it costs me an arm and a leg to repair the ships, heal and/or train pirates and repair the gate. Honestly it's not worth wasting any time on this game! I'm DONE!!!

Since last update and maintenance I have seemingly lost a ship. Where did it go? I've tried several times to send an inquiry with a picture and it won't load. I've spent money on this game and I'm getting tired of all the issues. You're making your money get my ship back. Eye of the Storm!!!!!!!!!!!! Ticket has been sent along with pics as proof..

The game itself is great, but they don't care about the players or their experience. On 3 separate occasions I've seen players in one server alone (not counting the others) get away with some serious stuff because the devs can't be bothered. I've seen players real names brought into the game by other players which is a real life risk and nothing was done. I've seen players say some incredibly awful and abusive things and nothing is done to them. Don't play the game if you don't wanna be abused.

Developer responded to my previous review telling me to contact support. But,I have been contacting them daily. I told them that support meant to help players. They still won't help with the packs I bought on the wrong captain and notified them about immediately asking for help. Instead of being able to delete that obsolete captain since devs can't correct erroneous rewards...they tell me I have to waste my pack money on gold not packs. Don't let them fool you, my account is still locked.

Edit: As promised here's 5 stars for fixing the update that lost me my profile. Where before I could not find my disconnected progress, this time I was able to. Next time you do an update, make sure it doesn't disconnect and lose a players progress please. I love the game, be sure to make it more piratey! ???? ☠

The game costed me way too much money, and I opened over 80 chests and boom! THERE'S NOTHING. Absolutely nothing, they want us to spend more money for nothing, it's a trap and I abviously fell for it. Joycity should increase the chance of getting at least something in them chests. Please Joycity, please?

Joycity designed this game to cut people's pockets. Even if u spend too much cash, u get very little rewards from the boxes.u buy a ship box with ur hard earned money and later u see the chance to get ship blueprint is less than 0.50 %. Seriously man? surely one of biggest scammers of the 21st century they are.

This game looks good and isn't very stingy with free stuff(except for tacticians for your ships), however there's 20+ tiers of pirates and ships that don't differ in any way besides having higher stats. And there's so many attack modifiers that stats is what decides every fight, even a pet parrot is just a 13% damage bonus to cannon damage. Commander skills and tech trees are super linear, only good designed system is treasures that you can chose when to activate.

I spend $2.49 every month for a monster Hunt subscription. I have subscribed for almost a year if not longer. The month of Jan I paid on the 27th and there was a bug. I did not receive my rewards. I complained to the the customer service they refused to refund me. Now is February 22nd. They threatened to suspend my account if I complained to Google play for a refund. I am very angry and although it is tempting to spend 99 cents or $10 occasionally. 11/15/21 I only shield now. Fun is gone.

The entire time I have played this game there have been issues. Signal issues and constant downloads take up way too much room on your phone. The game itself always loads slow and always lags when everyone tries to defeat the world monster. Used to be server only now all servers attack the world monster at once. Small players never get a good chance. Bigger players that pay into the game attack small players that don't pay to play until they are empty which discourages activeness.

Run don't walk from this game everything seems OK until you hit your 20's in level building then everything turns 5 times more expensive all of a sudden and the loot doesn't.... then it goes to double the 5 times at 25 as you have to "double upgrade" total cash grab once you hit upper levels don't waste your time. Unless you want to pay to grow you cannot even grind the mats easily at that level.

.(You guys are always so quick to respond. I appreciate that)(edit: shield issues seem to have been corrected)(many glitches corrected) (06-08-21) new features make me think they hired a genius. Glitches are still a problem and everyone complains of lag and crashing.(11-28-21) I'm much happier with gameplay now than I was for the first 2 years.

I am very upset along with others, the rewards for mission are disgraceful. The rewards for events disgraceful. You force large missions and events to force purchases. You make events unobtainable unless you purchase. Then the rewards are horrible. Ive played this game for a year and the rewards have never been this bad. Seems to be a pattern here everyone complains about rewards and pay to win make a change, listen to the customer instead of your greed.

I love this game and have been playing it since it began. The only thing I am disappointed in, is that I am Leader of an alliance and cannot complete the Leader tasks. It requires my alliance to take three ports which is not ever going to happen because of the high level alliances who always take the ports.

What the hell!! What is with all the glitches!!! Every time I load the game, it glitches! I can't advance, can't play, can't do anything except uninstall it!! Was a decent game for the whole 3 days I could play but after that, NOTHING BUT GLITCHES!!!

the game can be fun but player spend too much and server are empty after some month !! Also the player slander , harrass and isult , and the JoyCity company does nothing againt those player! And is same story in all the servers, 30.000€ spent in 6 month players is in all the server and there is no competition! ( 30.000€) and those can actuall hold everything solo, Port Royal ecc..Players are all between 40 and 50 yo and bother the younger one to peave the game . For many is only a spend Race!.

When reinstalling it erased my account, despite it being linked to Google play. Said it couldn't link, a profile already existed! Logged out, tried opening the account through Google play... Only to find out everything of mine was gone and it asked me to start all over again. But my username was still taken.

DO NOT PLAY, Joy City screwed up during the update and a loop hole was found by creating alternate accounts which is legal and the way they designed the game. 3 day lock out for using that feature and becuase they screwed up, in my book is bad business. DO NOT INSTALL OR SPEND MONEY WITH THEM, they are willing to take all they can and give nothing back....guess it fits the game...being a pirate....not worth the aggravation .

Can't play more than 2 minutes at a time.since sending this review nothing has changed.can log into game but that’s it. Have done everything you asked me to. I have sent you OS, what kind of phone this is, model, how much memory it has and what version of game I am playing. You are still wanting me to redo everything I have done for the last 3 months. I have in-installed and re- installed game so many times I now do it in my sleep. Seeing as I can’t get this account to play on an IPhone plus 6, I would like to change to a Samsung AO4 android phone. I need information on how to do this please!

Been playing the game for a year. Would have given the game 5 stars. It's a fun game but our server is dead and the game is getting boring and pointless. Many have requested this to be addressed and it has not been. Almost thinking of quitting because of it.

great game too bad I have lost a captain when trying to link accounts grrr it is still listed in an alliance but of course shows inactive, I had to create that one to get to my original captain. my advice link all accounts until you create another captain (the game does let you have up to 6)

I love this game. Is strategy and diplomaci. But as a sugestion, would be nice to find a solution to balance the power of the alliances on the game. Like powerfull alliances must been facing strong chalenges from the server.

A lot of fun. Definitely a pay to win game, but you can still enjoy playing it without spending a ton of money on it. Only thing that could make it better was if they accepted ARRR for payment.
