Hi, impossible to pass the latest levels in the latest hotel cause the time is not sufficient. The player does not control the arrival and the departure of guets, the level ends while there are still guests in the rooms! The lugguage was served immediately, so no delay due to this. Please correct

I used to love this game, BUT the last update is so bad... it becomes almost impossible to get gems, then it's really difficult to improve hotels.... the achievements book is really a good idea but it shouldn't have replaced the adds to get gems....

Addictive, I love the different levels of challenges as the guest pile up. I feel that it is more complex than Diner Dash because the game is more interactive by adding food, guess service, checking in and out as well as cleaning. Very Fun. Each level if you do well you get to upgrade or a prize. Plus there is a time limit to each round.

Ok about the game i been playing this game since a month now..in game updates are very slow which makes you to wait to clear a level and after sometime it gets very tough like real tough no matter how you play and then you are struck at a level for weeks.. I have cleared two hotels third hotel is very frustrating since the room boy is very slow like a sloth and won't even take task after 4 command which makes it very confusing and frustrating..

If you want to make money, fair enough, but this is beyond a joke, you would have to spend daily to enjoy the game as much. I saw your replies and can't believe you say that it's a fair and level playing field whether you spend money or not. I think if you spend money then you should have at least a slight advantage. People can easily spend 100 quid in a month on a game worth 2...doesn't seem fair to me

Game was fun.its getting a little ridiculous.not very much fun as it was levels get to be stupid hard to beat and excessive. Not worth the stress of trying to keep up with the game. I loved the game until a recent update. Now I am able to collect the daily prize, but the game immediately sends me to another screen that is blank and nothing happens. I cannot click out of it. It's been like this for 2 days!

Your Prancing Hill level 77... despite upgraded all rooms and food to max level and didnt miss or deliver late to customers, AND put them to right room yet CANNOT fulfill the target. Its always short of 5coins to the goal. It differs from what u mentioned previously that all level can go thru without booster.

Fun game,but you are going to have to use boosters a lot. When the few free ones are gone you're going to need more which means real money. Seems the boosters can only be bought with diamonds, which are also needed for upgrades. Why pay coins and diamonds for upgrades? I watched an ad for diamonds and only received one. ONE! The game is fun,but very hard without a lot of boosters. Plus, you can't save if you're not on Facebook. I'm not. Uninstalling.

I really love this game however I'm now stuck on Snow Residence Level. Usually once you reach Level 80, it opens a new hotel. I'm currently on Level 82 of Snow Residence however the next hotel still says opening soon. I sent an email to ttsupport with following response: Hello! Thank you for writing to us! This is an arcade game, exciting and addictive since they have new challenges after one another. I don't know how many levels they have because after we're done one location or map, there's always a new one! Gave up one star because it sometimes went toooo hard that urge us to buy gems to complete the level. You can watch ads instead but they limit to only 2 gems in some hour. I could get stucked for weeks.

Great game, super fun very addictive. You do need the gems to advance a lot but the game itself gives out lots of them plus it gives great rewards. There is a rewards app in the free gems section of the games that makes it easy to win lots of gems. That app itself is horrible at fulfilling the offers however the customer service people at Grand Hotel are fantastic about helping resolve the issue. I had 2 issues with it and they fixed the problem the same day I reached out.

It could be a great game but I feel its made for you to fail. I will go weeks just logging on to get the daily reward to get enough coins to upgrade so I can pass a level. Also then, the upgrade is enough to pass a level or 2 then back to waiting again. They cost too much! Shame as I loved it. Edit: In response to your reply... its still weeks with earning the extra gems. Doesn't help with coins. You have to upgrade previous levels to pass so defeats the purpose. YOU DON'T GET COINS FOR LOSING

Edit: I previously gave this game 5 stars. Since an update, going back to previous hotels to collect gems has been reduced significantly. I now have to play 15 games to get 1 gem where it used to be I got 6. Progress was already slow but now is so slow I'm starting to not want to play it anymore. It's a shame because I really enjoy it.

I love the game but I think the rewards pay out. Could be a whole lot more especially since the price you pay to play. Is I find it to be quite expensive. So if you give more incentives and rewards would be great. I'm also having an issue I need help with syncing my game. From my one phone to my new phone I'm connected with Facebook. It's still not letting me do it and I don't want to lose my credits. I'm on my 14th hotel please please help me transfer my game. From my LG phone to my Samsung????

I enjoy this game a lot. But just today I noticed that about 20 gems disappeared. I did not upgrade or use them to buy more lives. They simply just disappeared. Very disappointed with that. Update: customer service was in touch with me almost immediately and they were able to help resolve the issue. Thank you for your prompt response.

Very fun game, definitely worth the download. I have gem issues that are minor In the end of the first area, and consistently in the second hotel you have to have gems to progress. But they dont fill over time, and as rewards you only get them one or two at a time. Not as frustrating as I originally thought, but still slows progression

It's really fun and manageable until the later part of the game. E.g. I've to earn $1,300. Before upgrading the rooms, I manage to get $1,279. After getting the upgraded rooms, the money I earn keeps getting stuck at around $1,179. ???? I think the programmer purposely made it like this to make players spend money, which is understandable but at the same time annoying. This was the reason why I stopped playing about a year ago (spent quite a bit too). Came back to give it a 2nd try but same issue.

Fun and enjoyable to play. Just wish it would give more extras to help pass harder levels instead of expecting you to pay for them. The 2nd hotel, the last few levels, you run out of diamonds quickly. Then you don't have any extras left to help you pass the levels. So you have to purchase more diamonds in order to buy extras in order to pass the levels.

Some levels are just too difficult to pass.. And that requires power ups,which costs diamonds,that you don't get enough in a game,so you have to pay for them,which I'm not planning to do. So I think I'll deinstall this game soon.

At first I really enjoyed it. But now it's ridiculous. The hotel is way understaffed. Seriously one person to make and deliver food, deliver coffee and towels AND CLEAN ALL THE ROOMS?! When games get impossible to win without boosters I lose interest quickly. I had levels that required me to not miss an order. But I have guests in all rooms, making orders, people wanting to check in. Losing patience. I need the genie bottle and firecrackers to even get close to winning. Had potential.

Good game that takes my time. I think I'm getting addicted. However, some levels that require certain amount of coin don't have enough guests for that, even when the guests are enough they don't buy things to make you get up to the expected coin. Not until I had to use double coin purse. Nb: I didn't miss out on any request cis they all gave me a happy face after checking out. Especially the hotel with the snow, I've forgotten the name. Please rectify this. Thanks

This game has been messing up for months now! I play the games, then don't receive the gems. Now, it made me re sign in through my fb account and it brought up the data from 3 hotels ago and I can't advance to the hotel region I just started. Fix the bugs in this game!

Don't get me wrong, when you actually get to play and advance fairly through the game, it's tons of fun. But, as many have complained, you DON'T get to play or advance through the levels fairly unless you pay for gem packages. Of course, you can go days without *actually* playing and check in every 5 hours to watch ads and get a gem or two and you'll have to do that for a few days at a time since you usually need upwards of a dozen gems for each upgrade and...yeah. It's a pay to play game.

I really like this game I've been playing it for a long time but every time it offers me a chance to watch a video to double my income I always do that but lately for the past month it will go to the video and then not play and I have to exit out of it and it will not let me double the income by watching another video.

I would rate the game a 5 star but because I cant receive my gems you are gdtting a 2. Been trying to recd gems for 2 weeks now. The game is great. I actually love it. My only complaint is getting the gems from the free games. The first time I received gems from 3 out of the 4 tiers. Was within my 60 days and no response to the email. This time I am playing Jewel Magic mystry 3 have completed 2 tiers and still have not received my free gems. This makes real difficult to upgrade.

It's one of those games where you want to avoid using boosts. Plus, 10 gems for a refill of hearts?? Seriously (now you only get 1 heart) Edit: Lost progress of a third of my gaming, just accepted it and kept playing. A week later the game's running slow, I saved my progress before restarting the phone. Come to find I lost another third of progress! Note that I do have a newer android so it's not my phone. Already emailed ✌????

I enjoy the game. However, I do not like the fact that if you get a "time bonus" the time starts when you recieve it. The problem is you have to watch the animations and videos following. So my 10 min free time, is really 7 min. Therfore, you are lucky if you can get 2 games in.. not fair

UPDATE: hey, developer, you do not even know how your own game functions? "Double your income" button appears periodically, but it brings coins, not gems. "Free gems" button appeared at every level every time, until I made this terrible mistake of buying gems. DO NOT BUY GEMS! If you do, the "Free gems" button disappears and never comes back. The support girls have no idea what's going on. After two weeks of email exchanges, screenshots, screencasts etc. the bug is still there.

Tbh it's a fun game.It's getting harder to win and the upgrade required diamond which you can't gain easily because you can't achieve the mission. When you tried to play at the previous hotel which had been fully upgraded to get reward for boosters or diamond, frustratingly certain level can't be achieved and you have to win by using boosters. I always got stuck and heavily depends on log in and ads to get diamond so can upgrade the hotel. I did purchase a bit diamond too but its not enough :')

I used to enjoy this game but as u go through the levels, it's getting harder and harder to continue. U need to spend a fortune on gems to get u through a stage, the expense 4 playing the game has ruined the fun. If I need to top my gems up I have to go back 2 Newyork the very first hotel. Come on u must be making loads of money so how about giving something back. Instead of just taking.

Loved this game, I accept the ads, but when the app was accidentally deleted for a bit today i lost all of my progress, achievements, and expenditures. I have emailed support and will update if/ when this is resolved.

Update 1/11/22: Still no Black women hotel guests. There are similar games with more diverse characters. I suggest spending your pay to play on those games instead of this one. The guest stereotypes are disappointing and how come no Black women guests? Also, the game is incredibly stingy with the gems. There should be a way to buy gems with coins earned in the game.

Decent time killer, but it's definitely set up to get you to spend a lot of money in order to advance at a decent pace. The way guest check into rooms after the initial guest check in, will force you to use power ups, sometimes several in one stage in order to beat it. Which makes it a huge money pit of a game with not a whole lot of a reward to go with it. True pay to win game.

Lots of fun, but levels become impossible to complete without boosters or extra customers which means spending $$ I would happily watch an Ad to get those additional 3 customers. Also rewards for winning events are pretty measly and the price of upgrades is too high.

The game is great when I'm able to actually play it. I've gotten kicked off while in the middle of a level, while whatching ads to gain gems and in the middle of using boosters. So even if I've paid for these boosters or earned them through my game progress the game will kick me off and I lose out. The further along I get in the game the more often this issue seems to occur. Very unfortunate.

Started off fun but once you get to the next bunch of hotels its impossible to beat any level without spending money or waiting weeks to get enough diamonds and cash. It just gets frustrating because losing levels has nothing to do with your skill and everything to do with not having the upgrades you need to win. But ironically to get the upgrades you gotta beat the levels so. . .! Smdh I'm over it.
