The update seems great but the design of the grid lost in greatness it seems that there are some other bugs as other reviews seem to be saying. I haven't encountered any yet, but could you get back to the previous design for the grid it seems to bright as the lines are much thinner and something else seems different otherwise this game is a 9/10

These past few weeks I've played enough to say that the game is back to working normally. Now that it is, I can say that the app is my favorite for nonograms and, in my opinion, the most well formatted. Yes, there are ads between levels, but when you're spending 5-10 minutes on each puzzle, it doesn't feel excessive. I'd say it's very f2p friendly and I appreciate the constant additions of new puzzles.

This was my favorite game but after the latest update (2-1-22), it started lagging, the extra help it offers at the beginning of some puzzles isn't working correctly. I have to exit the game and go back into it, and it has the same line filled in each time. I made the mistake and tried uninstalling and reinstalled. It didn't fix the problem and I lost all my progress in the game, plus the extra coins I had purchased. I have emailed support but didn't get a response. Very frustrating

I really love this game but there are a few issues of late. When starting a difficult level, it offers you a line to help with the game... however, this does not show up and you have to exit the level and reopen it so it shows up. Also, when completing a level an advert pops up but there is no buttons to dismiss and you have to restart the app to continue. Really annoying!!

I totally enjoy playing this game and have become slightly obsessed with it. However, just recently when I go onto the next game where it comes up with the offer of a random line, it doesn't appear so I'm finding that I have to keep going back and restarting for the line to come up and its always the 4th line from the left....thats not a random hint!!! Hence the 4 stars

Would love to give this 5 stars, the only reason it gets a 4 is because you need to have internet to boot up the game. This app is perfect to use on planes but not able to open app while flying. I've tried opening the app before takeoff, but if you wait too long the app needs to reload. Could the game open off storage and maybe have a sync button someone in the app?

I've been playing this game for years now and I love it! More levels than you can ever hope to complete if you buy VIP and new daily levels every day! I want to give them 5 stars, but since I've had the game I've experienced a lot of instability between losing months of progress, app not working for weeks at a time, etc. Currently it seems to be working great, but I cannot give 5 stars until I feel like the app is in a more permanent stable place. Once I feel it is I'd be happy to switch to 5.

I'm a big fan of this game, and I did (more on that later) have quite a bit of progress into it. However, it seems like the game is bugged. Levels rarely load, if they do they are in a constant state of buffering. This led me to believing that if I reinstall the game it might fix the issue. Yet now (hence why I said "did") my progress has been reset significantly. My 2000+ coins have gone back to 500, back at small things when I was at instruments, and nothing loads still. Please fix this soon!

Originally my favourite app but has slowly become extremely buggy. Won't open half the time. Freezes in the middle of games. Slow input. Just a host of issues. Update - has been fixed! Its back to the game I loved. Kudos to the developers for the relatively quick work to fix the issues.

Update: The levels load again but now the lag is unbearable. It makes solving a single puzzle very frustrating. I just want the experience to be smooth because the game is enjoyable when its not having issues. I love this game. Unfortunately its always been a bit buggy and slow but i looked past that because it was fun. Now the levels won't load and it's literally unplayable. I have probably over a hundred hours in this game and I want to keep playing it. Please fix this asap!

Since the last 1 or 2 weeks, whenever I log in into the app and start a new puzzle, for 5 or more minutes, the app keeps lagging and stops for some seconds, it's not fun at all and demotivates completing the level, so I try a few more times and the same thing happens, that in the end, I close the app and forget about the puzzles. I hope, this will be fixed at some point.

**UPDATE: The lagging is finally gone and the game seems to be functioning perfectly, as it used to. Thank goodness, this is one of my favorite games!** When I open the app, I can't even click on anything, there is zero response from the app, even after closing it completely and reopening it repeatedly. When I was able to actually play, the game lagged terribly. Please fix, this is ridiculous.

This is the first and only nonogram app I've found that has genuine mobile functionality. On others I find the squares too fiddly and small for a touchscreen, or the pictures too intricate for a small mobile screen. This app bypasses all of that to make an engaging and challenging game with a huge amount of content.

A couple weeks ago I would have rated as a 4-5 but even after uninstalling and reinstalling the new version it doesn't give you your free random line on 15 x20 puzzles and there is still one collum (5th from right) that doesn't show your input. It records your input but the box remains blank. Makes the puzzle really frustrating.

This game works great - if I have nothing else open. Used to be fine with more apps open. Also, just in the last couple of days, the random line they give you when it is a "hard" puzzle doesn't show. You have to leave the puzzle and go back in.

Most recent update fixed the lagging problem for me, but now the random line offered at the beginning of some hard puzzles doesn't work right. You have to hit yes, then leave the puzzle entirely, then go back in and it will have given you the same line every time, it's like the fourth or fifth column from the right.

Was really enjoying the game. Until it updated today and NO games will actually load now. I had just upgraded to VIP level and now I can't even play. Going on 3 weeks and 2 "updates" and loading issue still not fixed. Contacted Developer like Google says, bit nothing but an automated response. Guess I'll be working with Google to get a refund on my VIP purchase.

Can yall chill with updating the game??? It worked perfectly, then yall did the update where the whole game wouldnt load. Now another update and its laggy, the hint at the beginning doesnt work (and leaves a huge unplayable blank line, u0026 I have to close out the game between each ad because it doesnt give me the option to close it out when its done). It was perfect before!!

Loved this game until 31/12, since then I have been unable to load any games at all. Nothing. All I get is the loading heart. Was told to install the update but still nothing. Can't even link to FB, really don't want to uninstall and start again as I on the last campaign. Update. Its fixed, but running a little slow.

I am having the same issue as the most recent reviewers: puzzles are not loading. At first, it was just the daily puzzles, but since the latest update, NONE of the puzzles are loading. PLEASE FIX THIS! Otherwise, I love this game, and am saddened that I haven't been able to play for almost a week.

I've been playing this for a while and I loved it, but recently it's been super off. Rewards haven't been loading, for a while none of the puzzles would load, and now it's incredibly laggy. This used to be a game I'd play daily, and now it's basically unplayable. I hope they fix it!

With recent update its become so laggy, I love playing this game to de-stress and unwind. Switching from the box to X and placing them is becoming frustrating now. Being a VIP and purchasing the extra packs seems like a waste to give up and I don't really want to move on from it... hopefully a new update of lagging issue is fixed soon.

The games no longer load anymore. Glad you added an update that now prevents anyone from playing at all. This has been going on for days with numerous reviews stating the same thing u0026 no one has addressed it at all. Edit: I have also paid the VIP u0026 do not want to have to uninstall either.

After game updated today, no games will load. Seems to be some kind of glitch with the update. Hope they fix it soon. Game cannot be played at all currently. Very disappointing. To add to the disappointment, my saved game info has been lost. Epic failure, cancelling premium membership and deleting app.

Due to the new update the first free line never goes and always stays on the 5th line from the right. You have to exit the game and reopen the level to even see it. This is really annoying hopefully you guys can fix this soon!

I have loved this game for years, but since the recent update the game has slowed down and become really sluggish, at first I thought it was my tablet as it's old, so bought a new device but still having same issue. Issue now resolved.????

Is normally a great game. But for last 3 days it won't load! Very frustrating. It opens fine, let's me choose game and plays ad fine, then when moving on to load the puzzle it just sticks on loading screen forever!! I am bummed to not get to relax with my favorite game. Please fix!!

Great game until the most recent update when it's got so laggy I can't even play. I've been paying the subscription for nearly a year but going to be cancelling unless it gets sorted because it's really not enjoyable with the current bugs. Sort it out and it'll go back to 5 stars.

Love this game but after the last update there are several bugs. The annoying one is that the game lags when playing connected to internet (mobile data, wifi) After loading the game always turning off the connection that helps to play. Thanks for the fixes hope you will not stop ro make the game better.

Update: thanks for finally fixing the stylus problem-it now glides across multiple cells! Still not 5 stars due to slight delay after tapping before cells fill in. Just wish it would go back to how well game worked for years................... Still no fix to the stylus problem even after recent update (Samsung Note 20). After playing this for a long time it may be time to give up and find a different game if you don't listen to user complaints and simply fix what used to work :(

I play this daily. Love that some are more challenging than others. Great way to keep my brain working. 12/30/21: For the last three days, daily challenge games will not load. I have tried multiple times each day. Very frustrating.

Was enjoying this game until I installed it on new tablet. Game disappears from game launcher and now games won't load. Have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times but to no avail. Games just won't load. I really enjoy this game and hope it will be fixed soon

Have been playing this game for over a year, recently puzzles will not load. Puzzle packs which I pay for do not give rewards for completion. Can't delete as I will lose my VIP status. Have made many attempts to contact with support with no reply. NOT HAPPY!!!

I've tried several variants of this by other publishers. This is the easiest to use. I'd like an offline version. UPDATE 12/30/2021 I can no longer open the daily puzzle; just get the LOADING screen forever.

I have loved this game for years now. It has come with my through 3 phones now. I do t know what's changed but it is so laggy I almost can't play it anymore. I love it but after a few levels fighting with slow response time I can't play. It's a fun game but it's almost too bad to handle...

Love this game but the most recent update made it unplayable. I want to keep playing this game but it's so lagged out that even the timer goes up by 3 seconds at a time. After being told there is a new version of the game I find myself sad that I bought perks with real money on this game.

Have played the game for a long time but recently it has been really laggy, it takes 10 seconds for the game to catch up to what I've done and puzzles won't load or it will just be stuck on the start up screen and I have to close it down and open it a bunch of times before it even loads

Fun and you can take your time solving puzzles. There aren't lives in this game so you don't have to worry about making a mistake. Updates for new puzzle packs and doesn't push you to pay to play. I haven't found another Nonogram game like this. It's one of a kind in my opinion.

I've played this game for a while now, and even paid for a large part. If you can get the games to load, you have a terrible lag between touching and the boxes showing up. It's not playable in it's current condition.
