I was enjoying the gameplay but after a few months and money spent, I uninstalled the game because it takes a really long time to load (30+ sec on my samsung galaxy S8). For a casual game that requires regular checkins during the day, this is way too long. Takes a long time to exit as well. God forbid you should turn your screen off directly while game is active. U often in for fun next time you turn your screen on to do something else and you have black screen as it tries to reload:(

I was enjoying the game until the latest updates when the option of viewing ads were incorporated to gain energy and items. Although I don't mind the option and wished they kept it under one place than all over the village, it is rather a nuisance, especially the floating balloons. Also, my game has been crashing and the screen sometimes flashes making it very hard to play. This is the only game where I'm experiencing this, so it is not my device. I hope the developer addresses the issues soon.

I like game and would have given more stars. It uses too much energy for items, and the forbidden village keeps crashing. I have sent a message, but no reply as of yet. It says restart game, or reload app. The game game has improved a lot since I started playing, still uses a lot energy to collect, and I wish the growing time for greenhouse was shorter on some of the items.

I used to think that this was definitely a 5 star game because it had no ads but after the last update it became a 3 star game because they decided that it needed to have ads so it could become annoying like other games instead of just leaving it alone! The storyline is addictive and interesting but if they want a 5 star rating they're going to have to give me the option to buy out the ads so it's relaxing and enjoyable again! Yes but now I can't tell when I have resources available.

Edited. Just like Goodville, I just don't like energy games. I play for a few seconds, literally, and grab at getting more energy. It would be better without pesky energy. Take notes from Lost Survivors or Hayday...energy makes players play other games while we wait. The exact opposite from what developers should want. Cute graphics, nice storyboard. I would love to see some changes. I'm on level 6, so my review could change, lol! I rarely play because I run out of energy, so fast.

Uninstalled! Ive tried to like it, I play other very similar games, but this one is just boring to the core, theres no fun in loading it up, cutting down a single tree and closing down again. Energy is the lowest out of all these type of games, and material gathering is the most expensive. They say there are ways to make more energy, but really whats the use of finally, after hours of 10 second plays, making 5 energy when the rocks cost 95 ive been clearing the same map for months, worst game!

I am having an issue with the order board. Whenever I view an ad that lasts longer than 25 seconds, the game restarts under the pretense of internet connection issues when there are none and I have to keep watching ads to get the reward until I view a short one and actually get it.

Very similar to family island game. Just too much tapping, waiting, energy limitations and repetition in these types of games. Also, doesn't let you turn off music for at least first 5 minutes. I still didn't get to settings access to do so before I decided to stop playing.

This game definitely has potential. Think there should be a little easier way to get materials to build stuff like bricks etc. Think it takes alot of energy then you have to wait a long time to play again. I also think there should be a way to make trees disappear. I am missing out on a lot of chests or energy because a tree or object I can't move is standing in the way with no way to get to it. I like the game it just takes forever to get energy to play and then i spend it all in a few mins.

Ennoyable story, achievable and focused gameplay. I appreciate the absence of limited time side quests or an over-reliance on adds. The game gives the option for patience or paid gameplay, and has achieved being relaxing and enjoyable without demanding my attention. I play because I want to, not because I'm afraid I'll miss out on something. Definitely a keeper for me!

Similar to several reviews for this game - nice graphics u0026 storyline, but, just like every other game like this, the energy depleats so quickly that it becomes boring the more you progress. Enjoyable at the beginning when you get a lot of energy through tasks u0026 hidden treasures. Later levels you can only clear 2/3 items u0026 you're out. Cooking soup/making candy/whatever doesn't help enough. Either clearing items takes too much energy, or there's not enough energy to begin with. Uninstalling.

It's a fun game, but it gets a bit ridiculous when so many items require multiple ingredients and those ingredients/supplies have to be created in the same location. Makes it a slow game to progress through. Energy recovery is slow too but is used up really quickly with little go no progress. It shouldn't take all you energy to clear one tiny spot. That needs to be fixed. This game has a lot of potential.

Love the format of the game, but once you get past the first few levels you can only play for about 5 minutes every hour because you run out of energy. Edit to add, yes, some of the levels give you lots of extra energy to keep the game moving, but what's up with the library level! I can't get anywhere without long periods of waiting to recharge. It's discouraging and if all the fire levels are that bad, I'll end up quitting! Please either remove more obstacles or add more energy boosts.

overall, enjoy the game, but it does fall into the same traps as other similar games. Limited energy and resources and no easy way to get more without paying money. I'd find the game a ton more fun if there was either more energy, different energy pools (like home base versus other islands or whatnot), or there were options like watching videos. aside from that, I actually enjoy it a lot.

Frustrating, I am about to quit this game. It takes a lot of energy to get through the areas. You spend your time waiting and going between the different areas just to get energy from the main area with the little bit of fruit you collect! ???? Update; yup, I've done all that but this last one is absurd. 100 energy to break one boulder and 90 each to break the other 2 boulders! I'm done.

Had a reply back stating how I can get more energy, by collecting fruit and mushrooms, but I NEED ENERGY TO COLLECT THEM TOO! The energy crisis in the game is silly really. There's just not enough, I like the game but it's getting really frustrating now with how much energy everything takes. And so far there's doesn't seem to be a solution to getting more, even though the developers have said there is! ????

The energy system needs to be rebalanced. It's getting very boring only being able to play for a few minutes at a time and only complete 1 task and have to wait an hour . I don't mind paying for games , but the energy is also way too expensive. Will probably uninstall if this doesn't get reworked . Great game otherwise

Thankyou for bringing out a wonderful game. To have unlimited storage space is a wonderful concept. But alas, that is the only good thing I have to say. If your slow paced this game is for you,but if you like speed, the only way to progress is with your cash. Very disappointing with the limited energy available, they say there is ways to make energy but it is soon used up on the many stupid trivial obstacles.

Great game overall, i enjoy it a lot but you really need to add rotate to all buildings Edit: I see a lot of negative reviews due to energy being slow to gain . I don't mind it as i have played a lot of these kind of games before. Maybe a good incentive would be to add some sort of way , maybe in the form of a weekly repeatable event, or a filler event between the big ones, where you could trade excess resources for energy, primarly the cultivation part.

Uninstalled. Between the lack of energy u0026 now offensive ads I just can't keep going. Would have been a fun little time waster but 18 points to clear a little bush u0026 an upper limit of 70 makes it just a not fun grind. Made it to lvl 19 before the offensive ads killed it for me. If their ads were all rated E, I prob would've kept playing. The gross ads take away any enjoyment I had before. Esp since you have to watch them is you want to get a bump of energy.

This is a good take on the clear area + produce goods for orders genre. Inventory is not limited, and there is a bit of a plot, but it's more cute than serious. It takes quite a bit of steps to bake a pie, but each production is rather quick.

Fun game but an energy game that will cost a lot of money to keep filling energy. The developers tried but failed when making fruit so difficult and so energy consuming that it lost it's benefit to make energy to play quests. Instead your making energy to find fruit to make energy. I actually don't mind ads within reason because they support developers and I don't even mind spending a little cash but with no rewards for it and quests taking so much energy it's just not worth it.

I really liked it at first but after the update watching ads has been a pain. I finish ads and it keeps on getting errors on getting my rewards. Its annoying now. I don't mind wqtching ads but when you have to watch a few and getting errors everytime is grating on my patience.

Needs work. You can't pm people in game and on events there is no way to see what members of your group contribute. Slow energy refill, vials automatically added to energy instead of stored. It's to easy to hop off and forget to get back on, nothing to keep you playing. Fire is hard to keep on hand and to many thing require way to much of it. This game stalls out after a while. Group event caped, u have 2 wait on other members with no way to help. No game info on things like gaining loyalty.

Great game to play and would have given it 5 stars except for 2 things. First, unless you have 5 in your team you can't go further in the Forbidden Ruins. Please lower the score to go further so teams with less than 5 members can go further. Second, keeps crashing which is a pain.

It's bad really bad, crashes constantly It's slow and very laggy, why have you not sorted the basics out. I'm sorry but im updating my review, it's unplayable, just crashes after the game has loaded, thats if you're luckily enough to load it. Very very poor.

As a game developer, I really liked this game, as the game genre fit for me, it was engaging with the freedom to do as much or little as you liked. The latest monetization update with ads really turned me off. I am aware I don't have to click the ads, but I feel the in app purchases should be enough and the ads have devalued the feel of the game as now you have this floating balloon in the way. I really don't know why ads are nesccerrary in your game, the iap's are setup nicely to advance.

Tried the game as play forge of empires and elvenar and they work fine. This game drags more than a cart with the wheels removed. Took 10 minutes to get to harvesting peas (that's only the first part of the tutorial). Will be uninstalling until you fix the issues. A shame as inno is normally pretty good

When you are trying out a new game and there machines that are constantly overheating and there is no explanation of how to fix them, and you are stuck and no more resources, then let me tell you devs THIS IS A GAME CRASHER, that is when your game gets uninstalled!! Good game, smooth gameplay (when you have energy, of course) The energy consumption is extremely greedy. I can't do anything for more than 5 mins and energy ran out. And the game requires A LOT! I understand it's a free to play game, but maybe adjust the energy consumption to be less, and a bit more generous on acquiring ingredients to make energy. And the shop is very expensive compare to what you get.

The biggest flaw to this game is your energy system. Why limit a player to play your game? It's a big turn off. Even with the added ways to gain energy. It feels like a waste of time. Your customers want to play the game not sit and watch commercials. For little energy increase.

It is not a game of heart racing excitement. It won't keep you occupied for hours. But what sets Sunrise Village apart is time. There are very few limits. No utter devastation because LIFE. It is relatively new, so sometimes there are real headaches. But the game is patient with me. I can be patient with the developers. And Teams! With real team work. It can be played free. I've spent real dollars because the developers have earned it.

This is a great game BUT..... You have to jump through at least a dozen hoops to gain one step. It's neverending, stage after stage to take one little step. It's exhausting and frustrating. It's a shame because it's a lovely game with lovely graphics but I'm losing the will to live so I will be deleting it.

I like this game, very addicting, great storyline, there is just one thing i don't like, its very hard to get through the fog, we need to break 6-10 obstacles to just clear a small portion of the fog, and the levels are huge, it will take a week just to clear one level.

currently at level 20 and have not needed or felt the need to spend any real money. Edit: now at level 35(FEB 2022). I have the maximum amount of every production building that you are allowed to have multiples of including resource factories. And still have not needed or felt the need to spend even one dollar on the game. Just a matter of strategizing what orders(or boats) and when to fill in order so as to maintain a healthy coin base for making crops. I wish there were more quests.
