the bonfire 2 : uncharted shores

I played the first Bonfire game and really enjoyed it. This one is a huge step up. Im not too far into the game, but it'd be awesome if we could enter some building mode and rearrange the roads/buildings. My original layout for the town didn't leave enough space for expansion, and I'd like to move stuff around, but I'd have to destroy in order to put something somewhere else. I'd consider paying for ad removal and rating 5 stars if something like this was implemented.

So I re downloaded the game. This game is fun.. and in most cases I completely destroy a game when I first get it find all the bugs and glitches. It does have a few that need to be addressed it's best if you just buy this game so you could speed run. If you set up your base in a certain way you can literally hit fast forward and just win every time. It's definitely challenging and a good waste of time.... The glitches is getting kicked out due to the ads and the random kickouts u0026 Plus a lag

This is one of those rare mobile games that is actually enjoyable and doesn't have any "anti fun" mechanics built into it. It's fun to watching your village grow and evolve. The gameplay is fun and challenging enough to keep you interested and want to keep retrying if things go wrong. The art style and music is also very charming.

The game looked cool and started fun. I started to figure out the different roles to use the villagers. Then they kept getting killed by monsters. Then the ads started. With the amount of time it took to replace villagers, accomplish tasks and having to watch ads, it became unplayable quickly unless I wanted to pay. Unfortunately I didn't want to continue playing and only lasted a few hours. The game looks great and might appeal to some people, especially if you are willing to pay to remove ads.

Awesome idea. I've made it to day 100 on 2 seperate saves now and I noticed a common problem. When you put guards in the towers, the guards you have on the ground seem to run away leaving the towers to get killed and then come back and fight the raiders off. Also when you get to a high number of days, you just play on the sped up time and it seems like you get an ad every 2 minutes. I love supporting developers but 4.99 to just remove ads is quite a lot. If it had some sort of bonuses, maybe.

Overal it's a very good game. The graphics looked amazing and it's easy to get used to the game mechanics. The only bummer I had was when I played on a new device but I couldn't transfer all the saved progress from my old device therefore I had to start again. There is also a weird movement with the guards at night, when the monsters arrive, they would instead of running towards them and attack, they would run the opposite way, leaving the villagers getting attacked.

Good game, really like it, but there are a few bugs. For example, after training in a shooting range, units cannot equip a bow. Or the fact that the resources after the removal of the building (what lay inside) remains lying on the ground forever. In general, the game is super, I advise everyone!

Fun game. I paid to remove the ads because I thought the game deserved it. All the people complaining about ads need to shut up because they don't understand how much effort goes into a game like this, devs need to be compensated for their effort. Not a complete 5 star rating because there's a fair bit of room for improvement. Patrolmen AI is pretty stupid, always runs to back of map for some reason, letting people die. Hard to select units that need upgrading when you have 20+ ppl. Overall good

Love this game! I've been searching for a game like this for ages and Bonfire2 delivers! I don't mind the ads, since they play every ~2nd morning they become part of the routine. There are still a few minor bugs though: Villagers getting stuck. (mostly resets itself) No collecting of demolished building resources. (They just lie there forever) Villagers AI isn't all that great. (mainly the builders running after the same task) But overall very good game!

I love this game. I'd say one of the best mobile games out there. few suggestions tho. 1. I hope there is cloud saving so i can continue playing when i change my phone. 2. I wish i can move around the buildings without just destroying them. 3. when worker is assigned to a building, they only put their resources into that specific building. so when that structure has it's capacity full, it don't recognize that it has the same building next to it can store the resources for example hunting lo

Overall its an excellent and downlaod worthy game. What I like the most is how it's free and you watch a 30sec ad and your play for like 10-15mins and another ad. Placing buildings where I like. Naming people whatever I like. After 100 days I've experienced a lot and there's no real feeling of 'adventure' or 'exploration'. The Guard AI are morons and will get themselves killed which is harder on you the player. There needs to be small Quality of Life UI adjustments.

ADS! But wait i was just... ADS! trying to find a better... ADS! weapon than wooden spears. Won't allow enough huts to house population. Multiple second tier buildings available without the needed primary resource buildings (why would i want 3 brick foundries when i only have one slow as hell clay pit?). A large guard force with the best weapons and armor available getting wiped out each night. ...ADS!

Love the building and survival of the game. It's a real challenge but I've already put so much time to playing that I've hardly noticed when the hours pass. Note: previously had issues with the actual app and was helped to troubleshoot the problem. Very much appreciated✌????❤

Good game I was very happy with the first game that was released however the only thing I would have to say is that I liked the way the first game played related to the game screen and the ease of control over the various characters you have to interact with. Versus what you have in the interactive world that you control in Bonfire 2 as the visuals are not as pleasant and as easily to interact with. Still a good time.

The game is great, you start on an island and have to build houses and many things to keep evolving. It is fun to play and keeps you entertained. You recruit people and give them different jobs, at night monsters atrack you so you assign guards to keep your people alive and safe. Overall fun game with alot to discover!

Good game, but ads are broken. At some point the game forces you to watch an ad every now and then. Except I regularly don't get credit for watching ads so I'm currently stuck and can't continue playing. There's no icon to click to move forward. Hitting back forces me to watch yet another ad which again gives no credit to proceed with playing.

Love the game and buying the full version is worth it, looking forward to see this game grows, a little request for the developers i do hope that the will give us the option to remove trees and rocks on the map. It can be a feature that players can unlock on the mid game before the final battle to maximize everything.

Great game but doesn't have cross devices support! The gameplay is every enjoyable. However, I hope that the developer would add some kind of account system for cloud saving and cross device support! My device is fairly old and I want to run the game on a tablet but it doesn't have ad remove there. Same google play account!

It's a great game. I can't really say it's bad since I've been immersing myself with the overall gameplay for more than a few of hours and I still want to play more. At the same time, having ads pop up every 5-10 minutes (5 mins when you double speed and 10 mins when you play normal speed; yes, I timed it) sucks. You don't get to do much after only 5-10 minutes of gameplay and it's worse for people who has attention issues. Which is why it's unfortunate that I won't be able to continue this game. The experience is just ruined for me due to the frequent ads. I've seen people get mad at reviewers complaining about the ads and simply telling them to purchase the game to get rid of them, but we should all remember that this is released as a free game. Anyone has a right to review this and compare it to other free games that also generate ads. The game's problem with the ads is the frequency of them and how they basically use it as a progression lock instead of an additional boost to progress in the game. In other games, you have energy bars that can be used for progression or something similar. They fill up when you leave them be after a time, but if you watch an ad, you may progress faster and continue playing the game. In this game, they block your screen after a time stating that you need to watch an ad to support the developers. I tried restarting the game when the block appeared without watching the ad, but after I played for 2-3 seconds, the block reappeared. Unless you watch an ad, you cannot continue to play. Period. I also want to mention that it was problematic when an object or person was behind something because you won't be able to click them. I had to delete a house because I was unable to click my bonfire after I built it in front of it. Same with people clumping together and me unable to click them for leveling up. You may want to add an indicator that tells gamers which person has leveled up recently to make it easier. I had to scour my whole colony every time when people leveled up. The game also crashes every now and then once you've built a lot of things. I've started crashing even before I expanded my settlement with two bridges.

I got this game through Play Pass but still get ads. I tried clicking the remove ads button but nothing happens and I still get ads. As for the game itself, the main thing holding it back is that there isn't anything to do at night and fast forward is still too slow. There needs to be something to do at night or a way to speed past it faster. Also, some parts of the UI aren't clear, like why certain people can't equip carry items. It's good if considered early access.
