I don't know what you did at your last update, but the animations between levels are now glitchy, freezing, and slow as molasses. It's like I'm watching a DVD on a Windows 98 box. And it's on ALL my devices (two phones and one tablet, all Android 9 or 11), so please don't tell me it's a hardware problem. *** UPDATE: last update fixed the problem...THANKS!!!

Review update: some of the glitches seem to have been fixed, so that's a plus. This game used way too many tactics to get you to spend money including making the game crazy hard to beat levels unless you're buying upgrades. Once you purchase an upgrade the levels will automatically become easier. Also wish it didn't take so long to refill tickets to play in the championship. Thats the main reason I play but I can only play like twice a day.

I've literally watched the game screw me over multiple times. I've had it freeze after winning an extremely hard level, having spent money to buy things and then having to replay the level. I've seen fish hit something and it not respond, bombs randomly blow for no reason, for as much as I spend, this shouldn't be effing me all the time

The levels are definitely rigged so that you end up 1 to 2 steps short of finishing, so you have to watch an ad to proceed (this happens all the time with almost every level so it can't be accidental). Then there are the jelly Queen levels that suddenly spawn massive combos for the green jelly just as you're about to win. It used to be a relaxing game, now it's just infuriating. I'm basically hate-playing at this point. Time to delete, just as with Facebook.

Disappointed! This is the second time since the February update that I HAVE NOT gotten all my prizes. Say thing is it's the same combo, 2 striped pops and a gooey guy. Please fix this, it has to be in your coding. Once I understood but now it's twice, SO DISAPPOINTED!

V's... Whats the point of playing a game you're set up to lose! DEFINITELY still RIGGED! Conveniently no internet available when winning, you can stick your game up your 33 con :/ Not fun anymore. Even when you have a striped hammer and colour hammer against default boosts you still lose, if it's the last rung to the end chest you'll definitely lose! Now crashes out on a win so doesn't register. Now the more I play it the more I hate it, horrible joyless game! Candy crush Jelly in itself is ok!

I stopped playing for 2 years bc the levels was too hard to beat. You have to spend real $ in order to pass a level. I wish they wouldn't make some of the levels so hard. ???? other than that it's really fun to play.

I LOVE when games are so desperate for money they make every other level impossible so you end up wasting all of your lives every time you want to play and still can't beat it. Change your algorithm to make the game significantly easier after losing 2 or 3 times, it's not that complicated I promise. I know you greedy turds don't understand but having fun with it would promote people buying things more than never winning. Id rather uninstall than pay for a game that intentionally screws you over

Malicious money siphoning tactics aside, this is just a poorly designed game. It takes all the things you like about the soda version and makes them worse. Levels are bland and repetitive. The "new" level style of head-to-head are infuriating. It's the equivalent of trying to complete a level but every other turn you have to hand your phone to a toddler. Definitely the weakest of the three and so clearly a slimy cash grab.

Some levels are so hard that I can't beat them on the first try. Certain things have to line up just right when possible moves are limited by obstacles. Very fun though.

One word plain and simple. Fun. Just wish UT was a way to obtain those power ups quicker in the vs arena. The boosters at the bottom are always locked and I never get to even see what they are for cause I never get them. I doubt if anyone have ever used them..

All of a sudden for the last week or two the game keeps shutting down when the ads play for extra moves. So that if you had almost cleared the board and opt for extra moves through ads it then goes to black screen and restarts the game, losing your progress on that level. Basically makes it restart at beginning of the level.

Fun could be better. I havent played this in a while but why does it only have play packages starting 6.99 with boosters. I play almost all king games u0026 all of them have packaes as low as .99 or 1.99 or 2.99 with boosters. Second when you on a winning streak u0026 it gives you boosters to use free on levels since when it takes all of them away when u lose once? Shouldnt it do 1 at atime like it adds 1 at a time. Your cheating the customer u0026 the experience.

Candy crush jelly has stopped working!! Was fine yesterday. I have uninstalled reinstalled, reset my phone, cleared data cache and browsing. Still getting the same message that candy crush jelly has stopped. Constant problems with this game after 2 weeks RC was back for 4 days, now gone again! So annoying!!! 2/2/22 once again the app has stopped working!!

Love this game or should I say addicted to this game. But been really frustrated lately. I just played lever 3240. Impossible to beat with the amount of moves they give you. I was forced to have to sit through 6 minutes worth of ads to finally finish the level. In pretty sure they're making these levels impossible so you have to sit through ads just to keep putting money into their pockets. Ugh not happy!!

I loved this game until the royal championship, then I realized u don't get the points it shows on the board. At game end I had 47 and other player had 28 but the game said they won n i lost all my progress and I would have opened chest, they do this so u will buy gold bars to keep your progress. I also played myself.. not sure how that happened but shortly after my bars and rewards were missing, and no my account wasn't hacked.

Too much errors specially when I'm leading the game. Whenever I pick the premium booster or blocker interestingly the computer (or the developer's software program) always makes me lose. Giving premium candies out of the blue to my opponent.

On level 994 when the queen makes a move on the left side, my side it turns my red blocks yellow but when I make a move on the right side, queen's side it doesn't turn the blocks red but it does the opposite by turning them yellow. Even when 1 of the blocks are part of the move. That's called cheating on the queen's part!!! Level 994 sucks!!

ATTENTION ROYAL CHAMPIONSHIP PLAYERS.....BEWARE!!! Here are the rules: 1. The game will always make a way to give your opponent a "miracle move". 2. Your timer will run out faster than your opponent and sometimes they get ADDITIONAL time to still make their moves. 3. The fish will help your opponent more than you. 4. Most of the time you play against a bot not a person. 5. If you lose, don't waste gold bars to keep your spot. You'll lose anyway and be ready to lose...A LOT!! Enjoy. ????????????

Love your game, just wondering why I have to constantly wait for new levels to be "made"?! It will take 7-10 days before I can play again, then it's only 8-10 new levels then I have to wait another 7-10 days for more levels.

What happened to candy crush jelly? Suddenly i cant open it! Im afraid to uninstall it , that i might start again from the beginning when i reinstall it, im almost in level 3000, i might loose it all????????????Pls fix the problem, tnx I should be thankful cuz u fix the problem already, i regained my level but i lost all my boosters, i have so many boosters w/c im really enjoying and helped me a lot to level up, it is very very disappointing????

Gets 2 stars for fun. Loses 3 stars because it costs to much. 1.99 for 10 bars no .99 would be reasonable. Rather disappointed that in order to get certain things or to get past certain levels you have to pay to play

I now see whats happening after ive read the reviews. I pay a great deal just to have my tools stolen, system freezes or the internet to mysteriously go down. I can immediately go to another game and its amazing that i have internet on those games. I think youve gotten a bit greedy

game keeps blacking out forcing me to feel it's time to uninstall. Very frustrating and annoying, I have noticed I am not alone in having this problem or feeling enough is enough. Sick of all the adds. King fix your games

Every game with an AI opponent, there's a way to get extra moves but no understanding how to and the ai will run you off and you lose your built up extras. I do like the PvP but think that should be easier to get tickets for.

Just starting playing this game. I have to admit, I hate the levels, when you have to compete against the monster,those levels are so hard, but I appreciate the work the developers put into making the game challenging. Five stars for me.

I guess when Candy Crush Jelly updated, it has now crashed many times on me, I did reach out and like many others have said, they just say uninstall and reinstall, clear other files, no matter what I do it keeps crashing and I just put in a new memory card and it's still not working.

This championship game needs to be reported. What a case. The cheating is unbelievable. I'm on 44/45 The other thing is on 10 they have hundred and thousand balls appear with only three or four of the same color. And guess who lost me and this happens repeatedly . ABSOUTELY DISCUSTING

I enjoy this game, very addictive!Recommend it to everyone wanting to play and improve their brain. I disagree with those claiming that at some level you must use money. I have played this game for years and refuse spend a dime. I have patience and detrrminationand try to learn from the failures. Usually do.Just give us more FREE weapons. Great game! Well, updating my rating after 2 years I still rate you a 5 star game. You did give us more free weapons and I have no conplaints.

Connection to app unreasonably unstable, loses you games, points from games you won and cuts out and back hime on a regular basis. I check connection on other sensitive apps and all fine at my end. You need to fix this persistent issue!

New update causing the app to crash after every round win or lose. Super frustrating just get a black screen and have to restart the app every time. Won't be playing till the next update.

There should be an option in the Royal Championship if either a player wants to compete against players not using extra boosters that we get for free each time we win, or compete with LAME players who only win by using stronger locks u0026 boosters! I have fast internet but I can't even connect to the Royal championship!! Like wth? My toilet time is meaningless without the championship! I hope there will be new levels ASAP coz I've reach the end of the levels!

The worst candy crush of them all. The fish are useless, they hit nothing that needs hitting. You get 15 moves to take out a board full of cupcakes that needs 4 or 5 hits each. Then there's the pink thing that already has more jelly spread than the player sometimes even comes close to getting, and you lose a life if it wins. Worst than fishdom. Bad game

I watch ads to get boosters u0026 it says ...reward granted BUT...THERE'S NO REWARD! JUST STUCK WATCHING ADS u0026 NOT GETTING THE BOOSTERS u0026 XTRA MOVES!!! VERY MISLEADING u0026 ANNOYING!!!!!!!???????????????????????????? The game also lags u0026 frezes up quite often!????BUT...I❤️this game! I wish the Jelly Queen was on every other level????I like winning the treasure chest you get 2 hrs of UNLIMITED lives????????????????????????????

The game is fun and relaxing until you get to later levels, at which point they are designed to insta-kill you if you have any boosters, or have multi-stages designed to waste boosters, or set up to make the lvl impossible if you have boosters. At which point, customer service just throws their hands up and says "hey, that's game design". The whole thing becomes "spend money to get gold to buy lives" and it's a real shame. Just reset your progress around lvl 1400 when it happens.

Not for me I didn't like playing against the games opponent so much, so often. I like the concept and the jelly theme but will be Uninstalling after really giving it a try with over 100 levels. Disappointed

What is going on. Games constantly locks up. Android and iphone. If you choose to watch an ad then it gives you a rank up ( see the same rank up multiple times) and this combo locks the game. Please fix!!! :)

There is an ad that doesn't play...I have put in a report...it not playing takes away any extra moves I might get...it's very aggravating!!!! PLEASE fix the dang ad that's continually messing up my Game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
