Fun little game that holds true to Nintendos Ethos! I have played alot of mobile games and paid for ad free versions of my favorite ones. This game is refreshing in that it can be totally free to play without any advertising being pushed into your screen every time you play. It only has one paid option in the app for what would be the "full version" of the game, which is totally fair. There is no other pay to win features that are so overdone in other apps. True to Nintendo and worth a try!

Platforming at it's best! The movement mechanics are great. The fun comes from collecting all of the special colored coins. Very challenging, very fun. You have to buy the game for $9.99 if you want to play the other levels after the free ones though.. that sucks.

Game is nice, but support for accidental purchased was being ignored by the developer. I contact the support just a few moment after my 4 years old son accidentally click on the offer showing on the game. There is no way to refund even it did not take too long when i found about the unwanted purchased. Google can't do anything as well about this. My last resort is to email the support but they seem non-existent.

Absolutely no fun in playing this game. This is very limited game with limited level. Black coins absolutely impossible to get. Waste of purchased unlock level. Easy mode is a waste of time as it doesn't count. Even if mario can move back and forth the coins are placed at very hard to impossible location in black level. Donno why the made this game. Could be Nintendo's Android pet project.

THIS GAME IS GREAT. It has a lot of modes and levels, and as a Mario Completionist I'm loving every level. It's so unfair that some people rate this game based on their lack of money to pay $10 bucks for all levels... Considering Mario games come out at $60, this game is giving away a lot for free, and even more for just $10. Please don't rate this game bad just because you're poor... And, if you are not interested in paying the obscene amount of 10 bucks, then don't, nobody is forcing you...

I loved this game enough to purchase it, then I upgraded my phone. I stayed with Android, S24U, but I can't sign into my Nintendo account. I've tried it many times on different days. Yes, I triple checked my login info u0026 compared it with my 3ds u0026 wii u. I even had my husband verify I was putting in the correct info, TWICE. I have no clue why my phone will not sign into my Nintendo account. Be warned if you're upgrading your phone, you may have the same issue.

I very much like the game. I think that the art style stays true to the of Mario games and the difference areas that we go to is amazing, straight out of the games. However, I don't appreciate the paywall to play the other levels. If Nintendo really wants us to pay, at least make the whole app purchaseable because what's even the point of playing if we cant even go that far. But overall, it's a great game that I feel if one is willing to pay the money.

I like this game but over half of the game is behind a pay wall. I have a linked account, which you know what that means, but 5 stars if there isn't a pay wall. Edit: Here's the levels I'm not sure if linked account can unlock, 2-4, 3-4, 4-4, 5-4, world 6 levels, and world star levels

This app can be so great if it didn't have things that can get players so frustrated, Like half of the time i've played as toad in rally i did really great and my oppenent did afwul but somehow just because the number on their profile is bigger then mine they, automaticly win, and when its the other way around, no matter how high my number is compared to theirs, im still bound to lose if im in back of them, so Nintendo is really making this mode hard for no good reason, Besides that i love it.

Nice, including the new way you play this game just by tapping.... but I'm not a fan of games that needs paying in order to complete it. Also you barely have control of Mario, you can only make Mario jump; take note that the Mario games before and after this game lets you have full control of character. I already deleted the game; I have a Nintendo Switch anyway.

Purchased the game and then I switched phones from straight Talk to ATu0026T everything's there, but the tour requires me to purchase it all over again even though my worlds are unlocked. So I un-installed. Congratulating Nintendo for stealing ten bucks from me

I love the game, but I feel like you guys would get more income if you have other levels be unlocked by watching ads. ???? Just saying... it gets boring playing a demo over and over again, and people don't mind watching ads for more gameplay.

this game is good but every time I play it, it always gets in to crashes. and it's so annoying cause I loose toads. the people who made the game weren't trying hard enough to make less crashes cause I had like 5 crashes in a row in and hour

It has very easy and comfortable controls. The difficulty comes from the level design and collecting the special coins. It's nice to play mindlessly when waiting around or something. Also, a single purchase and you get the entire game. I just wish Nintendo continued this monetisation practice with their other mobile games. Very much worth the purchase. I just wish it wasn't online only because it can be slow to start up and navigate the menus.

This is a great Mario game! Some people complain that you have to purchase the rest of the game. But you still get 4 whole levels for free. It's really just like a demo, and the price is cheaper than other Mario games with a price of 10$. The controls are simple but fun. And with other game modes to try, you'll have loads of fun. Just because you can't go backwards doesn't mean it's bad. In the first original Mario Bros. game you couldn't go backwards either.

Visuals: clean, but mostly lifted from NSMBU. Sound: SAME! Controls: Simple and responsive, just like a proper Mario game, only downgraded for simple touch controls. Content: For $10, it has plenty to do and is pretty replayable. But it's finite. It will end, like a regular game. PRICE: $10 seems steep, but no microtransactions offsets it. Think of it less as an expensive mobile game and more like a budget Mario game (those are $60 normally), and the price point will be less of a hurdle.

Aside from the occasional frustrating pixel-perfect jump to grab a special coin, this game is a lot of fun. That said, Toad Rally is unbelievably tedious. Losing happens more often than winning for no good reason, and somehow they didn't think to make passive Toad gain an option at all. So unless you get lucky, no Toads for you. Can't use My Nintendo points to get Toads either. Aside from those aggravating oversights, definitely worth the price.

I like this game, but when I went to transfer my save data from my iPad to my Android phone, it transferred everything except the content of the game that I paid for. I paid 10 dollars on my iPad for the rest of Tour Mode, purple and yellow toads in Toad Rally, and no waiting times in Remix 10, but it wouldn't let me play past World 1. I was just wondering if it was possible to transfer that data from an Apple device to an Android phone. Thanks in advance!

After purchasing this is a super fun game, the game modes are fun and is a well executed idea. That is if you can get a "good" network connection. Consistently when playing remix 10 I will get error after error and need to close the game, swipe it out of my recents, open it and wait for it to load all over again. A minor detail on top of this is the game is incredibly loud, I can't listen with music because the sound effects completely cover any music I put on.

This game is a side scrolling runner. It does have the platform design and includes many elements of the Super Mario series. The controls are easy and, in my experience, precise enough to make Mario do what you need him to do. It does take some practice like any platformer does. The graphics easily compete with what the Switch and 3DS are capable of. Mario moves smoothly across the course, and I have not seen any sprite glitches so far.

Even if I am a fan of mario, this game is not that good. You have to pay 10 bucks for the rest of the levels, playable characters, and purple and yellow toads. The remix 10 is kinda interesting, and I do like playing as Daisy. If this game has no micro transactions, it could be a good game. However, these micro transactions ruined the game for me because it made the game less playable than when you normally pay for the game. It's still good in its own right but limited if your not paying it

looking back on this experiment in 2025, I think it's mostly a failure. a Mario themed endless runner is neat, but the levels ask for exploration which is tough in the time given. unlike super meat boy, you can't retry small segments, but instead have to try the whole map again. also, the kingdom builder aspect is a complete mess, with the only way to build up being a race against someone else's course ghost, but you can lose points if you lose, so you have an incentive to quit if losing

Some Bugs, Still. After all these years, and playing on several different phones, there is STILL a bug that, after playing for a while, the game will detect multiple taps on the screen while holding it down. make it hard to jump when Mario immediately goes into a twirl or bounces away from a block instead of climbing up. It's extremely frustrating.

At first, I didn't like this game. I was frustrated because of the auto run and wanted to play it like a regular Mario game. Now that I've spent more time with it, I've come to appreciate it. I think of it as more of a puzzle platformer kinda like Mario vs DK. You really have to plan the sequence of moves. It's pretty fun after a while, and they give you a lot of missions/challenges. Mario is the videogame GOAT!

good game, strong potential. I applaud Nintendo for not milking this for microtransactions like their other mobile offers. However, the base game is quite barebones. The levels in world 1 are shallow in depth, and the kingdom building lacks the amount of goalposts to keep you coming back. The game is good but struggles to keep me coming back.

the game is fun but the problem is with the rally I always feel like if you get to the checkpoint first you get an almost immediate win because no matter how hard I tried the bots that reached the checkpoint always won and sometimes when I reach checkpoints and get many style point by killing enemy's and getting super stars and I still lost. would've given it a 5 star if it weren't for the mis accuracy of the rally and the paywall that you have to pay around ten bucks just to play the full game

I like both Sonic and Mario so I like this game because it seems to look like it has platforming aspects from Mario and that sense of speed from Sonic although I don't know why it uses the 'New Super Mario Bros' level style and music. I don't know why this bothers me but I sometimes feel like you are being restricted with what you can do. Although on a different note, if you ever think about making a mobile Super Smash Bros, then please add a bit more Sonic Characters than just Sonic. Hayden

it's been a while since I played Super Mario Run, and after a while I decided to play it again. After I opened the game it said "loading..." just as usual, and it took extremely long to load at all. so I was stuck on the loading screen. Nintendo please fix this(sorry for bad grammar) EDIT: Nevermind it's working again.

A fantastic mobile adaptation with a refreshing twist on the classic formula. Remix 10 offers endless courses for collectors, and Toad Rally is a fun, positive PvP experience. My only critique is the paywall hits too early; letting players access World 2-1 for free would offer a better taste of the full adventure before purchase. Despite this, it's an incredibly polished, enjoyable game and absolutely worth it!

I was so happy to start this game and install Mariokart as well. But, I've had to re install this one and Mariokart, and it keeps telling me an error in connection. I believe it's because, I had an update on here, but an appt came up and I had to leave. I reinstalled those 2 and installed 2 others. No luck on 1st two games! I'll try the others, but if they don't work, I'll have to let u all go. ? re installing 1 more time.

while the concept and game play is fun(ish) the absolute penny pinching from Nintendo is ridiculous if you're only going to make part of the game available for free without purchases then lock the rest of the content behind a pay wall then how about you just change the price of the game from Fred to $5 usd? honestly would've given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the paywall.

The Game is easy but at least the 4 levels where decent, look this is easy new super Mario bros wii with microtransactions. And you have to pay for more than 4 levels and don't get me started on the toad game. And the game is like"control Mario with 1 hand! "when you can do that with a wii mote or joycon

this game is very good for a mobile game i love the levels and the simple controls the only thing I dont like is that to play the whole game you gotta purchase the thing to play it and u have to play for all the characters (except blue yosie he sucks) so pls just make the whole game free that would be great and make a ton of people happy

This game is pretty fun and addictive, but I don't like how you have to pay to play the other levels. it feels pretty weird, considering that it is a free to play game. When I downloaded the game again. my data was deleted. i was pretty disappointed because i paid the paywall about 9 dollars to beat the game. The ending it just peach kissing, no surprise there. As sad as it is, at least there is more content after. Nintendo, at least let players finish the game instead of buying the levels. 7/10

It is rediculous that even after buying this game, in full, you cannot play it fully offline, without any internet connection. This is a terrible thing. Imagine what happens if/When the servers get turned off.

I've never paid for a mobile game. I put so much time into this I decided to support them and pay for the full game. I still play it when I got some time to kill and really enjoy the special events that give new challenges and/or goals.
