This game is really cool! Combat is sick, rewards exploration of maps and attention. It invites being strategic and changing strategies on the run. Just a few nit picks: Mobile controls can feel awkward sometimes when moving, a virtual joystick might be nice as an option. Card expansion prices are too high here, it's like 30usd total and 7 something individually, they cost more than most games on mobile, they need toned down a bit, and I read that they're cheaper on steam? Still good game though

Pretty cool game so far! I just feel like there's some mechanics that could be a bit better developed, as well as UI elements (like a Guardians page), and interface consistency between menu/instance - but it's a great feeling to see the dev(s?) putting out on update actually fixing things the very next day after launch. I hope they continue to listen as they have, as this seems a work of passion for gaming that corporation executives lack. Thank you for the free game, and keep it up! \m/,

The latest update fixed the loading error. I tried the second character with a shield once they were finally unlocked. I went from barely winning fights, to beating stages in one turn and killing the first boss with just my summoner and guardians in 4 turns under par. The druid is the only character unlocked at the start, but she is painfully weak. She just has weak minions that are instantly killed by the boss' area attacks and tree ents that take extra damage from the boss' fire attacks.

Have to say im enjoying this game. Aint unlocked all content yet. Got to chapter 2 n died :( ready to go again tho :) keep up the good work. There does seem to be a glitch tho. I keep having to unistall and install again as the game gets stuck in the loading screen. It does keep my progress tho so thats good. Please fix as i will prob not install again 1 day. Its gettin annoying already.

Fun game idea that needs some serious rebalancing. Being one shot in the very first random fight you encounter is just awful game design. Otherwise the idea is fun, it's looks nice and has some fun ideas. Movement controls are awful though on mobile.

Too much RNG even for the genre. The mechanics of the game feel really bad because you lose cards after using them. I like this kind of game usually. Can't put my finger on why this just feels unfun. Edit: Will try to give it another shot because dev seems to care and there are positives to the game.

Wow its perfect for mobile. No need to sit on a desk. The core game is free. The only things in the shop are the expansions. I give it 5 stars for now. Very smart business model, no entry barrier but also no predatory microtransactions and no ads ! Good Job !

Highly recommend this. It's not easy but very fun and you to really think your actions before taking the next step. I personally spent the money to get the Angels and Demons pack but I still enjoyed the game before. I only bought it cause I was hooked and wanted more.

Really like the mix of Baldurs Gate style combat and deck building. I've played a few runs, so far sticking with this one longer than most games like this.

Great game even without expansions. Three full stages that are challenging even in easy difficulty. Overall, it's a blast and very fastpace for an tactics game.

An absolutely amazing game! It deserves 5 stars. However, my only complaint is that the expansions to the game's cards and playable heroes are $8 USD a piece and there are 4 of them. For all the content in the game you have to shell out nearly $35. if they were $3-4 each I'd say it is worth it to get them. let's be honest. for that much I could get 7+ different games on steam or 4 different versions of Skyrim. I love everything about the mechanics and gameplay but I don't agree with $35.

Fun and challenging. It takes a few games to get your head around it, then it clicks and it's a lot of fun. Bought a dlc after a few free games to support the dev and get the necromancer ?

hey me again game's great now just wanted to let you know about a balance issue with the new dungeons nemesis thing gets way to overpowered fast due to being a well ya know one of those things with the empowerment mechanic whenever something dies uh yeah can someone rethink that nemesis because it's basically a game over if you fail the 18-20 roll

This is a great game. I've been enjoying it for an hour or two every night for the last few weeks and I'm probably going to get the DLCs. I do have one gripe/question. Is it possible to check the HP of your party without clicking on them when you're not in battle?

Enjoyable. Clean graphics with loads of abilities as well. Love the "counter" initiative, but I feel there should be a STORYLINE, a quite long and catchy one, instead of the adventure. Or perhaps an adventure of more than 3 bosses. Too short for me. Overall, a great game and would recommend for anyone who loves turn based games and fantasy games.

Awesome game. No ads and no microtransactions. The only purchasable options are full blown dlcs for a fair price. The gameplay is fun, if a little repetitive. Encounters start to feel sort of the same after a while, but you can still find yourself challenged. The art is top notch. Fun story-telling through lore you find around the map. Funny little events like goblin birthday parties. Lots of fun ways to control a battle. You can even equip temporary summons with loot like you can companions

This game, is simply just amazing. It's actually a solid, real game with no false advertisements. There are no ads And the monetization is somewhat reasonable. Those are the qualities I'd expect in a paid steam game! Been playing this game for 4 days while stuck in bed, sick. Though I do have but 1 gripe with the game. A lot of the cards, are locked behind a pay wall. Which is reasonable for a free mobile game. Though I'd be pretty disappointed if I got this on steam and saw good cards locked.
