Have to keep reloading to play. Especially on the event. It will get stuck on a black screen but still show the sparkles when you tap, so the game is going. Just not loading. It also just straight up won't let you play event levels or bosses without closing and restarting the game sometimes. It's decently fun when it works, but having to close out and reboot it over and over kinda kills the desire to play.

Repetitive cash grab. If you've played any other summoner game, you've played this one. Disney does nothing new with the gameplay loop or story. Generic: "Oh no, the Disney worlds are colliding, it's up to you to fix it." Story. It feels like they took the general idea of kingdom hearts, dialed down the visuals to early 90's arcade, and filled in the cosmetics with micro transactions. Feels like they're running out of ideas for things to do and just recycling tired game ideas.

It's a great game with squandered potential. The game feels like it should've taken another 6 months to release, because it's incredibly bare bones as of right now. New banners and events feel slow to release. The first event, while providing amazing rewards, wasn't very fun to play. The story mode is way too short and there aren't enough modes outside of that. On the upside, the pixel art is fantastic and the characters look great. The added addition of customizing you avatar is also nice.

I like the game, largely for the designs and general look of the levels, but it has problems. I haven't noticed the glitches or crashes others have noted. It's actually run smoothly for me. However it feels like there isn't really enough content yet, requirements are sometimes strange (not being able to do world 1 on hard until you've beaten world 3), and rewards are sorely lacking. It is a frustratingly slow process to earn crystals or tickets in game. No free daily pull to balance this either.

Edit: new update, same issues. Still having issues with game crashing. Sometimes I'll get to play for 10 minutes, sometimes 2. Sometimes I'll have no issues in the home world, but as soon as I start a mission, game crashes. Other times, games will crash as soon as game loads into home world. I have been trying to play since launch and have only just been able to complete chapter 1.

It's a really fun game but super frustrating how hard it is to get the characters you want. You have what feels like 1 out of 500 chance to get a new character or one you want. The prices (crystals) are super expensive and hard to get. The levels offer a good challenge and I wish there were more. The events end early so it's hard to save up enough to get stuff then the event is over and you missed out. Game is not for people who don't live and breathe on their phone. This game is frustrating..

I was able to play the game! I found it good but I wasn't able to get far due to the constant freezes. I had to re-do part of the tutorial twice because it froze right before it saved! I've noticed this only happens in story segments (inside and out of tutorial). Other than that, I did enjoy the game! The pixel art is lovely and the animations are really good. Just wish the game ran smoothly.

I like the concept and the art is very good! However, the game is very grind-heavy for level up materials. Also, my biggest issue is that there needs to be more opportunities for crystals. Either give us more ways to earn them or decrease the amount needed for the gachas. I have been playing a lot and gotten to the point where I'm stuck and I need more 3 star characters to progress, but it will take forever to have enough for another pull.

Since it's new, there's not much to see. Story mode isn't complete, gacha rolls are rather expensive, and there's only a handful of characters to collect. However, this game does have potential. I love the art style, the story (despite there only being three chapters), and the overall concept. I believe that if this game receives enough attention, it'll improve and become something unique.

A good game with lots to improve. I have been playing since day 1 and the my 1st concern is energy. The stages need to lower energy use to at least 3 or 4 each stage. It should not increase as you go further in the story as well. Your max energy so far is 60, that only gets you 3 rounds of play because you need to use 20 energy for a single round. Then you close the app and wait for the energy to fill. If you want players staying in the app for longer, lessen the energy use.

Had to change stars from 4 to 2. I've been playing since launch and progression is so sluggish it isn't funny. It definitely feels like an attempt to make money. But I won't spend. No matter what. There is fun to be had here, but it gets hard fast. I have one character at Max level. The rest aren't even close. It's frustrating that they won't give out more helpful level up materials. At least enough to cover a full team. Then bank on people's credit cards after that. Shame

This game is rigged, and not even well. I've played for a month, thinking if i just upgrade my characters I can get through the event tower. I got through level 25 with level 50 characters. I've fully upgraded my characters to level 90, given them the best upgrades, and still level 26 is impossible. What's my motivation to keep playing? I've done everything else, and the battle tower is impossible. I've tried so hard to like this game for a long time, but it's time to cut my losses.

The game itself is really fun and adorable. The reason for the 2 star review is because the game constantly crashes, and I mean CONSTANTLY. I'm playing on an Android, it's not the newest phone out but it's only maybe a couple years old. Never had any issue playing any other games, including ones much more graphically intensive than this. Hope it gets fixed soon because I can barely play at this rate.

The game is good but has some balancing issues: status ailments are overpowered, they too easily applied and duration too long. The team special takes too long, should have immediate cast then build up. For lowerer rarity characters we should be able to obtain there medals through there means than pulls. Raise the level cap to 99 as 90 is too random. Start boost items need to inscrease stats more or require less to use. Introduce items to use in battle. However, is enjoyable just needs polish

Game is unplayable in its current state. The tutorial battle crashed four times, each time needing to be restarted from scratch. I've still not finished the tutorial battle because I've given up trying. I even set graphics to low just in case it was my device, but this didn't affect performance at all. Fix your game and I'll give it another try.

The game itself is great. I'm serious. I looked forward to it and loved it. But there was very little content at launch, and it's been quite a while since launch with essentially no new content. No new story, no new missions or worlds. The latest banner is for two ordinary 3-star characters that almost everyone already has because again: there has been no new content except the Belle+Beast Banner. As much as I loved this game, I can't endorse it and probably will not continue playing.

Edit --- Took a star away. The bug reporting is broken. It takes 20 minutes to submit a bug report and you never get feedback or a response. This game has 3 days work of content at best. For a game that have been in development as long as it was and from Disney, it's really disappointing. It's a good concept but only half executed. The level gap from completing the content to the first bonus boss is so large that you lose interest in the game before you gain enough levels.

So the game is out of maintenance and is playable, BUT, it seems like the maintenance didn't fix everything. When I first opened the app and saw the maintenance notification, I was also able to hear background music, and now that maintenance is done, is seems like all the bgm is gone. Only the sound effects are left, but now the game seems somewhat dull because of this. I know it's a bug, and something thats rather irrelevant since the rest of the game works, but I'd still wish for some BGM

Great game generally, however the constant crashes are absolutely destroying it. I've completed the three chapters on normal mode and most on hard mode, but when I get to the final Zootopia boss on hard it always crashes when gis HP hits roughly 50%. If the game has some drastic stability upgrades and possibly some in game compensation for these issues my rating will be highered. Until then, I can not fully recommend this game.

Update: Discovered on the Subreddit that Disney mobile games do not allow/like USB Debugging. So if you have it enabled you need to disable it for the app to work on Android. In case anyone else has the issue that the app won't work, at least for this particular reason. You should really post this issue somewhere so other people are aware. App won't launch on my Pixel 9 Pro. I have the latest version of Android. This is really disheartening. I was looking forward to playing this game.
