waste of time. I only continue playing to kill time. plus I've wasted time since April upgrading everything. I finally made it to the fire crystal levels. However as everyone says it's a pay to win game. The fire crystals are rare and you only get few a day. People that have money to burn are at the maximum level. Only certain people win every single event. UUsually the same person. I do not recommend this gane to anyone. The ads are fake. You can't even block the ads.

Game runs in portrait mode and crashes every third cut scene. Even if it were playable in wide screen and didn't freeze up (lol) every few minutes, the gameplay is pretty boring, it's basically just tapping through an upgrade tree. There's virtually no problem solving or even decision making. It's sort of a spiritual successor to Progress Quest. The art and sound are really nice and polished, the look and feel of the game is alright besides the crashing and weird portrait mode issues.

Another Pay-to-Win War Game. The ads are based on the story, not actual gameplay. The pictures in this Google page are not of anything in-game. It's VERY pay-to-win. Cash spenders rank up super fast, and once you get top on the leaderboards, it keeps rewarding you even more. If you are playing for free, it is impossible to keep up and be able to defend against the PTW people. If you have cash, you can do what you want. I've spent over $100 and am still lacking. Likely un-installing

At first, I was frustrated that the game wasn’t like the ads, but it quickly turned into a pleasant surprise. The gameplay is engaging, and I found myself immersed before long. However, some in-game upgrades take an unreasonable amount of time to complete, and buying speed-ups feels like the only practical solution since they’re difficult to earn otherwise. It would be much better if this aspect were more friendly to f2p players, allowing everyone to progress without feeling pressured to spend.

I am giving this game a 4 star rating solely based on the fact it does NOT play like the ad. The ad I kept seeing for this game was a playable ad with a guy with an ax killing polar bears for meat and selling it to buy stuff and upgrades. That looked fun, and so wanted to try it out. Come to find out, it's just another city builder game. It's not too bad though. But at least Last War actually has some gameplay in it like the playable ads, this so far does not. I wish it did. Devs add it like ad.

Your advertisements are nothing like the game. Your advertisement that made me download this showed free roaming controls (joystick), floor squares for upgrades, instant upgrades (timewise), and brighter cartoon like visual. Your game is not free roaming controls, your upgrades are a click button after you find what you're trying to upgrade, you have to wait for the upgrades to "build", and there's nothing bright about this.

The game is fun. But it is a serious flaw that you're stuck on one server and can't do anything to move. I started a new character and decided this time I'd spend money since I've been enjoying the game so much. The new server quickly has become a toxic cesspool of drama. And I can't do ANYTHING to leave until some state transfer event which doesn't occur for months. I'd have to keep playing until then to be strong enough to even get accepted to another server. This is bad design.

It's absolutely nothing at all like the interactive ads it forces on you after literally every turn you take in words with friends. Unfortunate because that is actually quite fun. This game is well made but it's just a bit... Bland. Been done. Nothing new at all, just a standard city builder. On the plus side there are NO ADS AT ALL!

Super bummed. Downloaded because I enjoyed the ad during another game. Kept playing it until the ad forced me to the play store. Sadly, this game is NOTHING like it's ad. ???? And don't bother leaving the standard response I read on other similar reviews. I will not be sending the ad link to customer support. If you don't know the ads for your own game, I don't think it's likely you care to fix the problem. Just wish now I could find a game like your ad.

This game is a blatant, utter LIE. The ads AND images under the app itself show a completely different play style that I would highly prefer. I absolutely despise companies that are 100% dishonest with potential customers on what their product is about. I cannot recommend this less. This should count as false advertising and I want the time I spent on this waste back.
