This is an all-time classic for mobile gaming, and I've always enjoyed revisiting it from time to time, especially the arcade mode. I've gone on today in 2024, and find out I need to now pay a monthly subscription to have access to this game even though I've purchased it previously !?? That is an absolute joke and very anti consumer. It doesn't cost much each month, but added to every other payment that comes out my account each month, I've now got to avoid this game to save money. Dissapointed!

Only thing classic is the gameplay- you buy the game originally and then you're forced to subscribe for $2.99 a month to play it. I wouldn't recommend playing ANY halfbrick games anymore. I get it, you gotta do what you gotta do make $. But ripping people off is scummy man. Go play games that are actually free or won't rip you off. Halfbrick has fallen haha

I thought the classic version would let me play back in high school, but it turns out you actually have to pay a subscription fee to play it more than 15 minute. I was excited to play it again but not for a subscription fee. it was kind of disappointing. maybe I can find an older version of the game from back when it was free, because there's not really been anything added to it now, anyway.

Need a subscription for a game that I have bought back then. Such a shame. A total loss. Update : After a few chats and email with the Customer Support, I finally got my game back! suddenly app changed to subscription after purchase.. i think it is such poor thing to do .. i dont reccomend this app, or if u really like it just download cracked version from somewhere and to halfbrick studios i have only one word to say .I.

I got scammed. I bought this one back in the day for the classic experience, but now they require a subscription. I see a classic+ on the store now, but I already paid for the classic version. I actually checked my purchase history to confirm this. They quite literally took away my purchase. I honestly ought to file a lawsuit. Really garbage business, not to mention the predatory nature of subscriptions like this one. Don't waste your time or money.

DO NOT INSTALL. This is not the game you're looking for. A recent update removed all of the "classic" aspects of the Fruit Ninja we love. Now, it's a crippled, tedious spin-off of the original. It's not fun. It confuses my kid. It does not work offline anymore and requires some scammy subscription to play. They just added a 60 minute trial mode after everyone complained, but I paid for the original full version. Support is useless. Now, I will never trust anything that comes from this publisher.

Super disappointing. I remember it being good for a few minutes of fun here and there, but definitely not worth a subscription.

One of the nostalgic game i've ever played since i was little, elementary school age, and teenage era. I know this game and its a fine game and its very popular back then, it can be played anywhere or whatever you do nothing just to play this satisfying game but sometimes gives me bored, well i came here just to make an highest score and achievements, thats all.

Don't pay for this game. I paid for the game when it was out, now I have to pay AGAIN for the subscription. I think we have enough subscriptions as it is, and also I think it's ridiculous to charge people money who already bought the game

I'm not sure what's the point, the game is free yet it's only meant to give you a little peak toward the classic Fruit Ninja. I thought this would be the classic game but with limitations compared to the paid version so anyone could play it for free; at this point it's rather better to keep up the Classic+ app.

It's theft that you can charge a price to install a game but then still need to pay a subscription in order to actually be able to play that game. At least have the courtesy to be upfront about the fact you are robbing people when they go to purchase your product so that they know what they are getting themselves into.

I've never written a review before, but what Halfbrick does is absolutely ridiculous. I paid for this game a year ago, so I don't have to deal with ads, but now I need a paid subscription to just play a game I've already payed for. I love Fruit Ninja, but now this app feels like a scam.

Hi, how do you unlock Fruit Ninja dojo? To unlock it you have to get 125 points in Classic mode without dropping. I did that and it still doesn't want to unlock. I think I found a bug.

Ads in a game sure, but having to pay a subscription to play a game is an absolutely insane level of greed

paid money for this game. now I need to pay for a subscription to play it at all. but don't worry theres a new purchase that definitely won't end up needing a subscription this time they promise.

paid to download the classic version so i could skip the adds. then i updated the game and now i have to pay a subscription to use an app i already purchased. waste of time and money

Far from the real classic Fruit Ninja experience, plus now they want you to PAY A SUBCRIPTION to play the game. Absolutely unacceptable.

Downloaded this right away when I found out it existed, since I missed playing the classic version. It promised no ads, which is true, but you only get 20 minutes free before you have to pay for a monthly subscription to continue playing. There?s no option for a one-time payment, so I promptly uninstalled it. Highly disappointed in this subscription-based culture.

There will always be something happening in this type of game. Real-time interactions will require reflexes and skill from the player at all times.
