Liked the game starting out but now past level 550 and it's not challenging. Hasn't been challenging for a while. But anyway, way too many ads. Read one comment that stated "no ads". Like to know what game they are playing. Read past comments about too many ads, it has not changed. There are ads after EVERY level. I understand it helps keep games free, but come on. After every level, it's ridiculous. Will uninstall and try find another game.

Many, many long ads. The game itself is good, better than others I tried, but the ads just kill the experience... I understand they need money for development, but c'mon, there's an ad after every level! And some of these you can pass within 30 seconds. Then there's some ads that are ok, but also 30 second and what seems even longer ads. It's just crazy, the other games are not as ad heavy imo. Please reconsider the decision of sliding "show ads" to 100/100, you'll keep more customers happy.

This game is fine. Nothing special or different. The dictionary is ok, but there are lots of words missing. The most frustrating thing is the way the free spin wheel is rigged to NEVER give you a decent prize. I've found it best to play with WiFi rturned off, otherwise the ads are intrusive. With no ads, it's a good time wasting game. With ads you spend more time watching ads than playing, and the ads are way too long.

The game is nice but it gives you 8 levels in a row, then prompts you to rate the game. After that, you get an add after every single level you play. Basically, I play a level in 30 seconds and have to sit through a one minute add. Only get the game if you intend from the start to pay 10 bucks to remove adds.

As of Aug '25, very frustrated with new, long ads, most all touting other games. Once this change happened, I went through days of trying to get back to the game page from these ads, mostly unsuccessfully. Even uninstalled a few times, which changed nothing. Finally found the formula, which forces you to go through 3-5 pages, incl being taken to the Play Store, to get back to the game. Hate this. Enjoyed game, no more. Looking for a substitute.

I've played 30 levels, but I'm still only getting games with words that are only 3-5 letters. You would think that as you progress in level, the words would become longer and more complex. Wrong. They stay the same, which makes it boring and unstimulating. I'm going to delete the app. The games also frequently feature the same word twice. For example, you might have the words "Cost" and "Costs" in the same game. Same word, but in plural version. This happens often. Terrible feature.

I'm playing the game in Spanish. After you complete a few levels, the words begin to repeat constantly. The rules are unclear. For example, some conjugated verbs are accepted, but others are not. Additionally, some words are not recognised, while others that are not in the official Spanish dictionary are :(

It's a fun game that hopefully helps keep the mind active and the IQ up but what frustrates me is the number of words that it doesn't recognise; and I'm not talking about rude words, neologisms or slang, I'm talking about common English words. It would also be beneficial to be able to choose between the default American English and British English

This is a fun time killer. My biggest gripe with it is the lack of challenges. It repeats the same words over and over. Add a letter s or the root of a word etc. I think this is aimed toward more of grade school level intellect. Also, I've been unable to figure out how to use the gems or how to earn coins.

The timer on ads is shorter than other free games. Ads only occur between levels or when chosen to earn rewards. The dictionary is extensive (getting credit for words not in their puzzle). The difficulty of words is kept to a fun level. My only disappointment so far is how often the puzzles are looking for both the singular AND plural of lots of words (example: Both "carrot" and "carrots" or both "run" and "runs"), and that's only a disappointment because of the ease of just adding an "s".

I like word games and this is probably one of the best. Not too much hassle with ads. You earn gems that you convert to coins. Coins are the in-game currency. With these, you can buy avatars, previous or missed levels, and even speed up waiting times. It does have one issue in my mind regarding completing previous countries. I have to swipe right over 40 times to get to unplayed levels, and this is going to get longer...

This game started off good. There were a few annoying things but nothing to make me stop playing. What did it for me are the length of the commercials. They started off around 20 seconds. Now they've just recently went to 45 second commercials. I'm done, everything you do causes a commercial to pop up. I've wasted so much time just waiting on commercials. It's ridiculous. Advertisers have ruined these games.

Used to love this game, but it has now gone bad and despite several interactions with support, there has been no improvement. Both my wife and I have the same issues. The Lucky Wheel just does not work without repeated attempts, so it is frustrating. The game constantly restarts from the beginning, something which never happened previously. If the app. has become corrupted, then you should be able to uninstall and reinstall without losing your place. Please address this issue.

its a very nice game in principle. I understand the add on thr bottom of the screen. but another ad between every level? i spend more time watching ads than playing the game. And I am not paying 10 euros for a casual pocket game. real games without ads and storytelling can be bought at this price

How should I rate this game? That's a tough one! On the very first board (in the advert) I entered "KIT" and "HINT" and they were rejected as non-words! Maybe the game should be called "Words of Alien Species" ?? Anyway, there are FAR too many adverts, and they take ages to disappear, so I'm uninstalling now.

I have never played a game with more ads and click-bait than this game, Words of Wonders. I find that 85% of time spent with this app open is clicking x's and double arrows to escape prolonged ad abuse. The game itself is fine, but prepare yourself to be completely inundated with ads and click-bait.

the ads are very long, you will spend more time on adds than game. Not to mention the candy crush adds you can't get out of it , after waiting forever to finish if you touch the + always to play store. it constantly hijack your phone you constantly have to exit the game an try again becomes tedious.

again way way way too many interuptions wuth commercial! done in 10 minutes buh bye.. update.. wow is right. they actually told me to purchase add free!!! this is the whole problem these days. nickle and dime you to death! I very much understand this is how they make money and i wouldn't mind once in a while but i can't go 5 minutes without an add. not for me not for me. dint waste your time if you hate constant adds.

I used to enjoy this game a lot but of late it's become impossible to do so because it is now loaded with ads,infact, there more ads than the frequency of the games I play. Ads not only after every single stroke of play but those that keep displaying at the bottom that opens up quickly when your finger goes close to their "terrain " making you visit the site unwilling. I keep closing the app and restarting but it's a NIUSANCE! These tons of ads are not just annoying but unwanted and disturbing

I enjoyed the game for a while. Unfortunately I quit playing it because of the ads. They have to play for about 30 seconds before you can click off the ad and go back. And now an ad plays in between every single level. It takes less time to pass the level usually. So I would spend more time watching ads than playing. I would love to play a game like this with no ads or at least shorter and less frequent.
