This has been terrible recently. It will not let me use the tile set I purchased. Bought another u0026 it won't work either. I can't play the game if the tiles are invisible! The level loads but no tiles appear on the screen! I want my tile set back. Why make different sets available if you can't use them? And before you tell me to restart my phone, I did that already.

Was a good game, except for the adds. However since the latest update it is now auto shuffling every time you fail. That means you can't learn from your mistakes. You are in fact playing a whole new puzzle. Time to move on and find a better one. I'm replying to your comment. Auto shuffle when stuck is turned off. New version auto shuffles on new deal.

I'm new to mahjong but now that I've been playing this game in particular for so long, I really do love it. At one point, I was prompted to remove this game because it was supposedly out of date ( and good no longer be available) not sure why. I have since reinstalled and I'm playing this very same game again without issue so far. A definite recommended favorite. it starts out easy to show the basics like any game should only to get you hooked on beating every new challenge!

This has the least intrusive ads of any phone game I've ever played. They only play between levels and you can usually skip them after 5 seconds. It doesn't bombard you with micro transactions. The game itself is just like classic mahjong I remember on computer games, but with small tweaks like having occasional events or bonus items.

I like the ability to pay 6.0p to remove ads but I don't like how I have to get to level 80 and compete in tournaments to get enough in game currency to buy new tiles. I have eye problems and need access to something easier to read right away. I can't wait for weeks or months when I'm struggling to distinguish between the tiles from the first play. this game is not disability friendly.

Have played this for ages but am going to uninstall due to ads that pop up whilst in the middle of a level. It is beyond annoying and never used to be the case but now they pop up virtually every level. Ruined the game for me. Update, have reloaded the game and it appears, for now, to have solved the problem so happy to give a more reflective rating. Would have been 5* if I hadn't had the pop up ad problem. Update 2, back to getting pop up ads in the middle of a game. Permanently deleting now.

I accidentally paid $9.99 for something in this game and I still have all the ads just as the "free" version!!! pretty irritating! Right. But in this case I did make a purchase because I just kept clicking on things after I had lost a round to hurry and try it again, while doing so I "purchased" whatever at $9.99. Ok, so there is the FACT of the matter and also I still have ads at the bottom and between levels. Why would I say this if it weren't true? that sounds more reasonable

game is okay and enjoyable, what really lets this app down are the adverts. Ads in free games are expected and normally not an issue, but the adverts in this app either run for 3 minutes with no way to skip them, or they can't be closed after the advert finishes, effectively locking you out of the game and forcing you to restart the app, which results in another advert that can't be close. feedback and complaints have been made to customer support, with no responses, which is very disappointing.

there are a lot of ads but they're not that intrusive.. My main issue is I can't find a pause feature, is there even a pause feature within the game? I can't always finish the games because I have to walk away because something comes up.. I see why many times the game says only so many percentage of people finish the game it's probably because they can't pause it and resume later on.. feature in there and I'm literally missing it I'd be more than welcome to redo my review.

CLICK FRAUD: That?s what this company may be committing. Deliberately creating situations that require as many as 20 clicks to return to the game, and unpaid earned rewards. Deliberately downloading unwanted apps (Temu, Robinhood Gold, etc). Opening my EXISTING sponsored apps. Going to my GoogPay acc?t. The game is otherwise enjoyable, without these massive interruptions every 2 minutes, or so. I happily accept their other ads, but clearly, there are other sorts of games going on here.

With the changes we are now bombarded with constant shein interruptions like every 30 seconds. It's ridiculous and most certainly a deciding factor to uninstall this game and find another. Also all of a sudden there's an additional clicking noise every time you move a tile that wasn't there before.....so annoying. Fix it please and get rid of the constant adverts. I'm no closer to buying anything on shein

I like this game but I don't like that it doesn't give you certain things that you've earned especially the crowns. I've earned 20 and it only has given me two. plus it won't give me the opportunity to gain by helping other's out. I downloaded this one because it was advertised as no ads, but there are plenty of ads. Uninstalling. It's no better or worse than any other mahjong solitaire. It does recognise if you have played before, and jumps you ahead a load of levels, which is good, rather than forcing you to go through all the beginner levels. I appreciated that. Following developer's reply: That wasn't my issue. The issue was your false advertising. If you'd said free to play with ads, or one time purchase for no ads,

Excellent version of Mahjong! Can be social or not. The daily puzzles are an excellent balance of difficulty. Some are pretty easy, others are more challenging and require more of a cautious, observant strategy. My biggest (and pretty much my only) complaint is that the regular levels are far too lenient in such a way that if you make a mistake, and you hit a dead end, instead of having to start over, it shuffles it for you automatically. So there's no incentive to be strategic with the levels.

I used my Google Play credits for the $10 coupon shown above and it was a LIE. I got NOTHING for my play points. It did NOT give me any store credit at all. So I,nstead of using the games store coupon to get the "no ads" store item, the game charges it to my credit card for real cash instead. I never got the coupon or any store credit. The $10 coupon offer was fake.

I love the Mahjong game and the team I am in but there seems to be no support with continual problems so very frustrating during the games, for example lightning bolts payed for and used but score and ranking in team does not reflect true accounting ? our amazing Team Leader tries so hard to resolve all the issues we are experiencing but it would make the game much better if she had the support of the Game management to resolve these issues.

Please help! Still no icon for ads! In the beginning I would get an icon allowing me to watch an ad to receive 2 extra bolts when I had used up all my bolts during tournaments. I can no longer afford to purchase bolts and haven't for a long time. I have done as instructed by saving my info, deleting the app and re-installing it. Still nothing and it's very discouraging and takes all the joy out of playing in tournaments. How can I get the icon for ads like I used to get in the beginning?

I'm so hooked on this game because you have to use your mind to remember the titles and what moves you are going to use next without trapping yourself in a next move that you intend to do. I recommend this application for everyone young and old to keep your mind sharp. Excellent site to do just this. Once you start playing it's hard to stop playing.

I had to change it from 5 to 1, cuz as most of the gaming apps, a chrome app will automatically open up. most of the time it tries to run a Norton virus scan but freezes everything... ??u200d???? I contacted them this way, cuz it won't even let me open your tech help window.

is the coding good? no. are the visuals good?. eh but this is posably one of the best puzzle games I've played in a while. no ads, no timer, no losing points if you get somthing wrong. and practically everything in the game is optional. it's perfect. I love it.

I have went from loving to play this game to that fine line/ hating it. I get upset about all the screens suddenly going to another page but what gets me is Losing Progress from week to week on Events. I take screenshots to saw where I'm at before the event ends that week. EXP. - Last week showing I was at 44% this week same event at 8% now. I have for months sent messages to support No Response!! Why should people play a game where you lose progress? You have to play 5 games for 1 piece. Wow!

Ads are ridiculous! the game is phenomenal but the ads make you watch the entire ad, then when you try to close the ad it doesn't let you it makes you wait again or it takes you to the site of the ad.... JUST BUY IT! worth 5.99 to remove the ads!
