Since the last update, GI has changed the rules of the game! Some of the buildings we paid for have become useless since the resources they give are uninteresting... They want equity in the game between "small" and "big" players, but they just turned the game into a boring and frustrating game where nobody can complete quests! So sad, because I had been playing Paradise Island 2 for years...

I have played this game for 8 years. I have always enjoyed it and I still enjoy it, but it is impossible to purchase additional land. I have spent a lot of money on this game but I refuse to spend $100 to have enough crystals or blue tape, to buy a small plot of land. I am very near to the point of uninstalling the app and saving my money. I am frustrated after all these years, that I cannot expand without paying.

If you played the first one, you'll like this one. People say you have to spend like 200$ or more to advance, but if you're good enough, you can spend like 50-75$ and get a killer island! I started playing at the end of July last year and I'm already level 52! And I have the watermelon store on level 2! Also have a bungalow 2.0 now! HutchLee is my name on there, come check me out ?

I am facing an issue where the game keeps showing 'The game requires an Internet connection the first time you load it' even though I have a stable internet connection. I tried switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, restarting the game, and reopening my device, but the problem still remains. Because of this issue, I can't enter the game at all. Please investigate the server or connection system and fix it.soon. I really want to play the game, but currently it's impossible to load.

EXACT SAME PROBLEMS u0026 APPRECIATIONS - I CONCUR 100% WITH THIS REVIEW: "the game has become glitchy and crashes frequently, especially during mini games or after an ad plays. No longer fun; now it's just annoying. Original: It's addictive for sure. As with all games it's slower to advance if you don't pay. It's like any other "build your dominion" game but there's no threat of someone else wrecking what you worked so hard to create."

Not for the casual gamer. Need to have better gaming equipment to play this game. It uses a lot of memory. The latest update increases the need for memory, beyond both my tablet and now my phone. I can't play anymore after playing for 3 years. With the 1000s of other games out there, I will find something else to keep me occupied in my free time with my mobile devices. I have no other issues with other games on either my tablet or phone so no need to upgrade those, at this time.

It's a good game and can keep you interest for long periods of time. However, it does have significant flaws. For example, there's a lot of demands that you spend real money on the game; via quests and there are a lot of really expensive "deals" in the right hand sidebar. Some of which are even AUD$100+. There's a "Confirm Spend Crystals" option, but it's a failure; all it needs is for you to double click and your crystals are GONE. I have accidentally spent hundreds of crystals because I'm clicking on something and then there'll be a pop up out of nowhere, and I'll accidentally press on the purchase for crystals option.

It's an okay game. Goes a little slow. I do like to play it, however there are a couple things that are super annoying. Like if you haven't logged in for 2 days they automatically transfer you to a new union, seriously? I also got a serious penalty when I changed time zones - it thought I was tampering with the time and made all my events take an hour to complete. Money takes a lot of time to generate - like every free game. Also, how do get rid of the notifications? I cannot find the setting anywhere.

Events are nearly unachievable without spending money to buy crystals and coins. I have only played a couple months. Have spent over $200. Buildings are beautiful which encourage to want more. But, I am no longer going to play. It takes a ridiculous amount of coins and crystals just to purchase and upgrade buildings. And in order to complete events on time, you have no choice but to purchase extra because so little is given in game compared to what is required. Very disheartening.

I noticed I gave this game 4 stars back on 7/17/15 and I barely remember playing it that long ago. I thought I'd go in and catch up on at after all these years, but I've become so frustrated because it keeps on kicking me out within a couple of minutes. I've cleared my cache, updated, reloaded, uninstalled, then reinstalled, then updated, but still, it's not happy with me! I guess I may visit in another 8 years after I've forgotten about this, IF it's still around!

Immersion as close as possible to realism in a game that takes up the basics and / or codes of real situations in order to make you experience them in the virtual environment.
