The game is ok but the reason for the low review is that it is next to impossible to get anywhere in the game without paying for it. The building periods are mostly day long and each take more money than the "vault" can hold. You have to upgrade the vault, which takes sever steps before you can upgrade the "hospital". The only way around these day (sometimes days) long upgrades are to spend money. If you have an infinite amount of time or just money to burn this is your game! Otherwise skip it.

The game suddenly froze and crashed making me lose all my progress in the ONLY event there is. When I got back into the game and saw everything was gone and the event was suddenly not active anymore, I thought maybe it's a repeating event so I can at least finish what I started. Nope! ???? I ended up still completing the rest of the game but I feel cheated and angry. So glad I dont spend money on these things because I would have wasted it.

Watched an ad for $2500 and didn't exit it for a few minutes because I had to clean up a mess. Came back to the game restarting after exiting the ad and didn't even get the reward. Hate when that happens. No problem watching the rewarded ads when you actually get it, but when stuff like that happens it just kills my desire to play. Will be Uninstalling.

This game has a lot of potential, but its biggest problem is how long it takes to upgrade. It is ridiculous. I come in upgrade a part of a hospital and it take 4 hours. And that is just level 2 or 3. It is pointless staying in the app, because you can't do anything. Because you are waiting to upgrade but you can't, not without spending money. You guys fix the length of time it takes to upgrade and I change it to 4 or 5 honestly.

Great game, although i can watch some ads to earn a little bit of money its okay. But my main problem is that there really isn't a need for all the things that you upgrade have a time to complete. Building are okay to have a timer to be built or upgrade but the staff or personnel is too much. I love idle games but this one makes it hard to play. When i open the game, i upgrade some stuff and i gotta wait and leave for another 30mins for it to complete. Its too repetitive.

I normally love these games. This game however takes way too long to upgrade anything. Long wait times without options to speed up with ads. Hard to get diamonds. After 2 days your stuck, unless you want to pay real money to keep playing. Tons of ads. Very disappointed. Started fun. Refuse to pay real money to play a free game.

I downloaded the game and after 5 minuets of play it froze. I had to restart it and it froze up about 10 times on the main screen, wouldn't go past loading game. Then 5 times I got past and now it's freezing when you hit continue to the game, I don't know how other people are even playing this when I can't even get into it..????????????????

I have a suggestion. Turn the app so it can be played in landscape mode rather than portrait mode on devices. That way people can see what's on the screen and you can still have the tabs around the edges. The way it is right now, it's hard to see with all of the different tabs. For example the events and the pop up free in game cash things. Please change this. It would make the game a lot easier to see.

The game is great..but like what all other players said, the waiting time for building and upgrades are way too long..that's what makes the game boring, because you've got nothing to do while waiting, you can't even have additional builders and researchers...I wish there's an option where we could just watch 3-5 ads instead of paying real money for some in-game purchases if that's possible...

Pretty good game. A bit slow unless you're willing to spend real money but still quite playable for laid back gamers. Only enough researchers and builders, as standard, for one upgrade at a time each; but paying real money would get you more. I'm enjoying it without that though. As other players mention, the tutorial girl is a bit condescending; which could easily put people off.

Started playing this game, got really far and then it got a glitch and the administrations don't deliver medication, they are just stuck in the same room, I reinstalled several times, contacted support did not get a response for weeks now, can't start game from scratch as the game play is saved and just picks up where I left off with the same glitch. My device is higher than a iphone 7, the problem is in the game. I have deleted the game as there is no point. Don't spend money on this game.

Overall not a bad one from CodiGames. However the ads are miserable. They are extended, so much so the ambulance speed up often times out the game and you have to log back in. Normally not a bad thing but the Emergency stops as soon as this happens so you watch nearly a 2 min ad for nothing. If this isn't fixed I'm gonna have to uninstall.

Game takes way too long to do anything. They throw out 15-30 minute wait times and restrict building and research to one at a time. You eventually get to 4 hour wait times and the only way you get pass that is buying more construction or time off by paying real money for it. These kinds of games are worthless and I am glad I block ads as this one sent me one every 5 minutes I was playing. Don't download this thrash.

The Game is okay, it has lots of protential, Adverts either freeze or don't work, locks the game up then you click the X on adverts and it tries to download them, then kicks you out and then you don't get the money even though you've watched the add. You only get one builer which is annoying, but you can get more if you want to part with your real money. Just another game thats after real money for no real gains

The upgrade time is way too long and there's nothing to do between upgrades. You're stuck with 1 upgrade (build or research) at a time and you're either happy with it or spend real money to get more builders/researchers. In the end you'll probably be opening this game every few hours to play for 5 minutes. The devs could have at least placed some ads to reduce the timers but they didn't. This game is super boring at its current state.

Your tutorial is horrible, why is the consultant talking to us like we're idiots. This is the first time I've wanted to smack a digital character. I understand the need for ads but you can't upgrade anything without watching an ad every 10 secs or just paying for the game and that's ridiculous. You don't get enough money from actual game play to do anything, I've only been playing for 10 minutes and already i want to uninstall. This is the review you get when asking what i think after the intro

Really enjoy the game. Could see myself sinking a lot of time into it. Hate 4 part ads. 15 seconds per section means at least 2 minutes of ads for a 60 second boost. This is unreasonable. I hardly ever see this type of ad so I have to assume the company has some control. Please fix this. Thank you.

The game is not bad, the girl at the beginning is rude though not sure why that's fun? It is a nice game but the wait times for building are waaaaaaay too long 8hrs? given you only get one free builder and researcher then you're left with nothing to do if you need to upgrade other things. unless you want to pay for more and at £6 I'll pass, this game could be really good but the wait times are ridiculous.

Decent game! The game has long upgrades and investigations, but it helps space out the game. The only downfall I will have to point out is that the count down times for the upgrades are not always accurate. If you have two 4 hour upgrades, after an hour one will be at 3 hours, the other at 3 hours and 30 minutes. I would suggest for the developer to look into that.

Ive played the game for a few weeks and am wondering if the admins are updating the game. The last special mission was completed but still shows open. Without some type of interaction, it blows. Only upgrading and you can click that and leave the game and come back when renovation is done.

Great game so far only MAJOR set back is the ads the 16 sec. ones you need to skip like 3-4 to claim your prize but, majority of the it closes the app in the background so once you're done watching the ads the app starts up again and you lose your prize lost already almost 275K in watching ads and app closing in the background kind of annoying.

This game really gets you into it. I highly recommend researching everything for the hospital so that you can earn more. Downsides I have are the times it takes to upgrade at the higher levels takes days to complete, which should be shorter. Also there should be more story lines added as you progress more into the game especially at my level where I'm maxed out never going below 4.5 million. I love the characters and the layout. Maybe add more hospitals in higher levels.

It is honestly a fun game but it takes FOREVER to get anything done because of the 1 builder and 1 researcher minimum for free players. It pretty much enforces that you need to pay in the game to get any real progress. This game also lacks staying in the game cause it just becomes doing an upgrade then doing something else for a few hours. It doesn't get anything farther than that. Please make it more free to play accessible by having a cash option to buy builders and researchers or even gems!

Money in the vault keeps disapearing suddenly, why? I have three million dollars then suddenly exactly zero, I'm still patient. I sometimes watch adds and when the 30 seconds timer in the upper corner ends, I close the add, and guess what, I don't get the reward. I think I'm uninstalling the game soon, specially after I'm near upgrading everything to the max.

The game is fun but the timers are broken and shorting the time twice I have watched the timers end 30 seconds early. It wouldn't be too much of an issue but it happens even after watching ads to add time or speed stuff up. As a programmer myself I am not sure how you miss this bug in a game that is nothing but timers.

I actually like this game very much. I played the lawyer game that is exactly like this but this game is much better because he Physicians improve their attributes. I don't think it takes very long at all to upgrade difference aspects of the game. I think it is very fun. I do wish on the emergencies you can go back and collect your reward. Sometimes I can't sit and wait for every emergency to complete.

Half the time you watch an ad to make money and the game resets so you don't get rewarded. Last five times my ambulance was almost done and then the game resets on it's own and I don't get the reward. I don't see why anyone would pay real money for a game that's so broken. Once they fix these problems I will change my 2 star review. Also the worst ads are the spam ads that every 15 second I have to hit next. Last 60 seconds and always causes my game to reset.

This game had a lot of potential but it's been just destroyed with the silly system in game. So many unnecessary upgrades that don't make sense. Why is there a limit on the vault?! You need to upgrade research to expand, then more upgrade to unlock the expansion slot, THEN YET ANOTHER UPGRADE, to actually do the expansion. This game is just a lot of waiting around, being unable to do anything. I have played many tycoon games. But the new ones made by codigames are very poor. This and law tycoon.

great game 2 things i wish that you can change is the amount of cash you can hold in the vault i am already at the max of 4.5 million and 2 i can only upgrade one item at a time the only way to get another builder is to use real money which kinda sucks. Besides that the game is great. Edit: I have everything upgraded and now there is not much to do. Going to be uninstalling it if nothing else happens

Is there more to this game that I'm not seeing. I cant seem to progress further into the game. I have no more objectives to complete, I have nothing else to research and only have a few staff to get to rank 5 left and the vault is at $4.5 m and staying on level 11. Is there an upgrade soon or a secret button. I was enjoying it but now feel like I have wasted my time

Great game at first ! But As you start to progress.. it gets exceedingly irritating to upgrade, most upgrades taking 3 hours long and on top of that you can only do one upgrade at a time... Because of this I've had to uninstall the game as it is no longer enjoyable to play as you are forced to pay money just like every other free to play Idle game

Loving the game however seem to have a glitch where no distributors will deliver to my radiology 3 room. Meaning i can never complete any emergencies which is very frustrating! I have unnassigned all other rooms except the problem one to see if that works but all characters just stand idle. Please fix this!!!

This game is just like every other game this developer has made. Fun and addictive but there is always a MASSIVE pay wall once you get into the meat of the game. My complaint is amongst the many others, waiting. You will always be waiting to upgrade which means you will always be waiting to progress and play further. Even with 2 builders (I bought a second one) I am just waiting hours just to open the game for 30 seconds to assign them to build something else and wait another 4 hours.

I like this game. The only issue I've seen so far and is really really annoying Is that my ICU staff of 1 is only treating patients in 1 of the 2 beds that are in the ICU. So I've had the same dude sitting in a bed for a couple days now and things are moving VERY slow. It'd be nice to have that sorted. I havent felt obligated to purchase anything with real money and i really dont mind the ads bc they dont bust in every few seconds...you watch them, you get prizes so Good game so far!

Good,could be great. Within 3 weeks was able to max out everything with relative ease with the family bundle pack. Nothing to do anymore. The season was fun but needed more challenge. Vault and income amount is strange, your vault at max only holds 13m but you can get well above that in missions, even in the idle increase but can't store in. Millions waisted. Unfortunately once everything is upgraded there is not anything to do. Money stays full, doctors keep asking for more money. That's it.

I love playing idle games. But this one took the cake. Lets talk about the ads. The only ad package that they have is $40 and thats a damn rip off. You have to watch and watch just to get something done. I decided that its not worth my time to even play this game. Lower the cost and i might play again. #dontplaythisgame

This game was fun at first now it's boring. You can only upgrade once at a time which is annoying and sometimes take like 8 hours. There's nothing fun in game to do while your passing the time. Was gonna wait it out to see if the game gets better but nvm, uninstall.

Wait times are unrealistically long. Game looses all continuity and becomes almost instantly boring. Made the mistake of paying to remove ads. Just made the game even more painfully dull, waiting for things to finish.

It's OK but it has glitched. The couriers are not delivering to certain rooms so it means that you do not complete the takes. Everything takes so long. Got to the stage where I am thinking of deleting the app.

Fun u0026 I'm happy with how prices scale, compared to other idle games. I'd like to see a summary of Upgrades to do on 1 screen, sort by time. Also the Dr Salery should be calculated by current pay. As it is now We can put points into 100% reduction From Max value, essentially paying them $0. Where it should be Max-%u003dPay, Then Pay-%u003dNew Pay etc etc.
